Abstract

本发明属于高分子材料加工技术领域,涉及一种高聚物共混物混炼成型的装备和方法,其装备的主体结构由密炼部分、存胶部分、挤出部分组成,密炼机采用侧壁排料方式,密炼机的两转子异向旋转时进行混炼,同向旋转时进行排料,密炼机排料口与存胶室进料口相连,存胶室排料口与挤出机进料口相连。本发明的混炼成型方法是,密炼机混炼好的胶料通过密炼机排料口排入存胶室,存胶室内安装的强制加料装置将混炼好的胶料压入挤出机进料口,安装在存胶室的料位传感器控制挤出机转速,实现连续混炼成型的目的。本发明实现了高聚物共混物密炼与挤出一体化,减少了中间生产环节,自动化生产程度高,可降低生产成本,提高生产效率。

Description

一种高聚物共混物混炼成型的装备和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工技术领域,具体的说属于高分子材料混炼及成型加工领域,特别是一种高聚物共混物混炼成型的装备和方法。
背景技术
在高分子材料(包括橡胶、塑料和各种合成树脂等)的加工过程中,混炼是一个非常重要的加工环节;混炼质量最终决定了高聚物成品质量的优劣和使用寿命,因此,对于混炼环节的研究与改进,在国内外始终是高分子材料加工界关注的焦点。目前工厂大部分使用密炼机实现混炼工艺。密炼机经过多年的改进在密炼质量方面的优良性能是其它机型无法取代的。但密炼机根本上的缺陷也无法克服。例如间歇性的混炼方式,加料的批量性与排胶的批量性;这与现代大生产的连续化与高效化相矛盾。因此,如何实现连续混炼始终是橡胶及其他高聚物加工业追求的目标。目前Farrel公司已研制、生产出各种型号的连续混炼机,但这些机型只适用于塑料和粒状或粉末状的橡胶混炼,而对于目前橡胶制品及轮胎厂使用的大块橡胶,还不能实现连续混炼,即使对于粒状或粉末状橡胶的连续混炼也需要多次反复加工才能达到预期的混炼效果。因此,目前橡胶混炼主要还是依赖于密炼机完成,然后经过压片机进行压片或经挤出机挤出成型。由于工作不连续,不能自动化生产,增加了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产成本,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够克服现有技术中大块橡胶不能连续混炼挤出的缺点,实现既具有密炼机优良混炼质量,同时又可以象挤出机那样连续生产的设备,以达到自动化生产的目的,提高生产效率并减轻工人劳动强度。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可使高聚物、共混物连续混炼成型的装备和方法。本发明装备主要由密炼、存胶、挤出等三部分组成,本发明的混炼部分仍然采用间歇方式,而挤出部分的工作却是连续的。为实现间歇和连续的衔接,在密炼和挤出工序中间增设了存胶室。密炼部分和挤出部分采用现有的密炼机和挤出机,对其关键部分结构,进行了改造。本发明的主体结构由密炼机、存胶室、挤出机三部分组成,密炼机排料口设在混炼室的侧壁上,在密炼机排料口处装有挡胶板,可根据需要打开或关闭混炼室,密炼机排料口与存胶室的进料口相连,存胶室的的形状上半部分为方形或长方形,下半部分为方形或长方形或园筒状的收敛形,容积为混炼室的1~3倍,存胶室的排料口与挤出机的进料口相连;密炼机的两转子可同方向旋转或异方向旋转;密炼机转子长棱中间有旋向相反的短楞,可促进物料在转子上的内循环,提高对物料的剪切作用;在存胶室内安装了强制加料装置,该装置用液压或气动方式控制其下压或上提;存胶室内同时安装了料位传感器,料位传感器与密炼机、挤出机的控制***相连通,根据料位的高低控制密炼机、挤出机的转速。下面分三个部分进行详细介绍:
1.密炼部分
密炼部分主要对传统密炼机的转子和出料方式进行了改进。密炼机转子作为密炼机的核心部分,一直在聚合物加工中起着至关重要的作用,因此转子的设计直接影响到聚合物的加工效果。本发明的转子是以同步剪切型转子为基础进行改进设计的,转子采用多棱剪切型转子,棱的旋向同为左旋或同为右旋,棱在基圆柱上可均匀分布,也可以非对称分布。各棱的螺旋角可以相等也可以不相等,取值范围为25°~50°之间。转子工作部分长度为l,第一棱的长度为l1第n棱的长度为ln,分别从转子工作部分两端向中间延伸。各棱的长度可以相等也可以不相等。l1/l和ln/l的值在0.5~0.9范围之内。根据需要可在两条长棱的中间部位,加上旋向相反的短棱,这样会促进物料在转子上的内循环,增强物料的混合剪切作用。本发明转子的特殊形状可实现混炼和轴向输送两种功能:在混炼状态下,它是一对同步剪切型转子,当胶料在密炼室中混炼完毕后,改变其中一个转子的传动方向,使其进行反方向运转,这样两转子由原来的相向旋转变为同向旋转,此时转子就可以对物料产生轴向输送作用,从而实现轴向排胶,类似于同向双螺杆挤出机。本发明的转子驱动可以采用两种方式:一是采用液压马达直接驱动,二是采用电机带动齿轮箱驱动。液压马达直接驱动,换向灵活、方便,占地面积较小。电机带动齿轮箱驱动则能很好地保证两转子同步运转,但安装相对复杂,占地面积较大。使用者可根据不同的安装场地选不同的驱动方式。目前密炼机卸料方式有两种,底开门卸料和翻转式卸料,本发明采用的是侧面卸料方式,在密炼室的侧壁设置了排料口。为了保证混炼效果,在混炼时需保持密炼室的密闭状态,在排料口设计了挡胶板。挡胶板的大小与密炼机排胶口的大小相匹配,挡胶板的运动由液压缸控制。胶料在密炼机中混炼时,挡胶板将排料口密封并由液压缸顶住锁紧,使密炼室处于密封状态;胶料混炼完毕后,液压缸带动挡胶板运动,打开排料口,同时两转子由相向旋转变为同向旋转,胶料就可以从密炼室排至存胶室。
2.存胶室部分
为了实现由密炼机间歇混炼到挤出机连续挤出的衔接,在密炼机排料口处设置了存胶室。胶室的形状上半部分为方形或长方形,下半部分为方形、长方形或圆筒形的收敛形,存胶室排料口处的形状与挤出机的进料口相匹配,当混炼好的胶料由密炼室进入存胶室后,由强制加料装置将胶料压入挤出机的进料口中。本发明采用热喂料方式,密炼机和挤出机在分别工作时,存胶室中必须有一定的储存胶料,以防止挤出机空转,所以存胶室的容积应为密炼机混炼室容积的1~3倍。为了避免存胶室中的胶料遇冷***现象发生,需对存胶室进行保温、加热处理。另外,存胶室设有可视窗口,以便及时观察胶料的储存状况,通过控制密炼机转子和挤出机螺杆的转速,控制存胶室中的最佳储存量,保证挤出机连续工作,从而实现间歇混炼到连续挤出成型的目的。本发明主要针对的是高粘度的橡胶和橡塑共混材料,挤出部分强制喂料可使挤出效果更好。目前常用的挤出机喂料装置一般是在加料斗中增加旋转螺旋,旁压辊或输送螺杆,但这种喂料装置对高粘度的橡胶和橡塑共混材料不适应,因此,本发明在存胶室内安装了一种倒“丁”字型强制加料装置,该装置由液压缸驱动,沿着挤出机进料口方向作往复运动,将存胶室中的胶料不间断的挤压至挤出机进料口中,从而实现挤出部分的连续工作。
3.挤出部分
针对高粘度的橡胶和橡塑共混材料,本发明可采用锥形双螺杆挤出机,该机型具有吃料能力强的特点,可以更好地完成胶料的成型加工。另外,通过安装存胶室内的料位传感器与挤出机控制***连接,实现挤出机螺杆转速控制,保证物料连续均匀挤出。
本发明的另一方面提供了一种高聚物共混物混炼成型的方法,该方法是:密炼机按照工艺规定的程序完成混炼工艺后,液压缸带动挡胶板运动打开排料口,在排料口打开的同时两转子由相向旋转变为同向旋转,将混炼好的胶料排入存胶室,液压缸带动强制加料装置反复上下运动,不断将混炼好的胶料压入挤出机进料口中,以保证混炼好的胶料连续不断的进入挤出机,实现连续挤出成型。为了防止胶料过多或过少,在存胶室内装有料位传感器,视存料的多少控制挤出机螺杆的转速来控制挤出速度,达到混炼成型连续生产的目的。
本发明实施后,实现了大块天然橡胶密炼挤出一体化,即可获得密炼机优良的胶料混炼质量,又可以连续挤出,减少了中间环节,实现自动化生产的同时减轻了工人的劳动强度,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
本实施例包括密炼机1,密炼机排料口处接存胶室2,存胶室2出料口下面接锥形双螺杆挤出机3,密炼机排料口设在密炼机的左侧壁上,排料口处设置了挡胶板6,挡胶板6的运动由液压缸4驱动,存胶室2的形状上半部分为长方形,侧面进料口为方形,与密炼机排料口相连接,存胶室下半部分为两面直型,两面成斜面漏斗状,漏斗状排料口与挤出机的进料口相连接,存胶室2容积为混炼室容积的2倍,存胶室2内安装了倒“丁”字型强制加料装置7,强制加料装置7由液压缸8驱动。存胶室2的侧壁上安装有料位传感器5,用于控制挤出机的挤出速度。密炼机转子10由液压马达9直接驱动。本实施例采用的转子是一对两棱剪切型转子,棱的旋向同为右旋,棱在基园柱上180度对称分布,棱的螺旋角β1=β2=35°。转子工作部分长度为150mm),第一棱的长度为100mm,第二棱的长度为100mm,基圆直径为50mm。本实施例所用挤出机3是锥形双螺杆挤出机,挤出机的螺杆长度为400mm,螺杆结构形式为等距不等深锥形双螺杆,大端基圆直径为60mm。
下面结合附图说明本实施例的混炼成型方法:
在密炼机1按照工艺规定的程序完成混炼工艺后,液压缸4带动挡胶板6向下运动,打开密炼机排料口,在排料口打开的同时两转子由异向旋转变作同方向旋转,将混炼好的胶料排入存胶室2,液压缸8带动强制加料装置7反复上下运动,不断的将混炼好的胶料压入挤出机3进料口中,经螺杆挤出成型。存胶室内安装的料位传感器5与挤出机控制***相连接,视存料的多少,调整挤出机螺杆的转速控制挤出速度,保证混炼成型生产的连续进行。

Claims (5)

1.一种高聚物共混物混炼成型的装备,其特征在于包括一密炼机,一存胶室,一挤出机;密炼机排料口处接存胶室,存胶室排料口与挤出机进料口相连;密炼机排料口设在密炼机侧壁上,排料口装有挡胶板,挡胶板的运动用液压缸驱动;密炼机转子采用多棱剪切型转子,棱的旋向同为左旋或同为右旋,棱在基圆上均匀分布,也可非对称分布,棱的螺旋角在25~50度之间,密炼机两转子可相向旋转也可同向旋转;存胶室的形状上半部分为方形或长方形,下半部分为方形、长方形或圆筒形的收敛形,容积为混炼室的1~3倍。
2.如权利要求1所述一种高聚物共混物混炼成型的装备,其特征在于密炼机转子两条长棱的中间部位,有旋向相反的短棱。
3.如权利要求1所述一种高聚物共混物混炼成型的装备,其特征在于存胶室内装有强制加料装置,该装置用液压缸驱动。
4.如权利要求1所述一种高聚物共混物混炼成型的装备,其特征在于存胶室内装有料位传感器,该传感器与挤出机的控制***相连通。
5.一种高聚物共混物混炼成型的方法,其特征在于密炼机按照工艺规定的程序完成高聚物共混物密炼工艺后,液压缸带动挡胶板打开排料口,在排料口打开的同时密炼机两转子由异向旋转变作同向旋转,将混炼好的胶料排入存胶室,液压缸带动强制加料装置反复上下运动,不断将混炼好的胶料压入挤出机进料口,实现混炼成型连续生产。
