技术领域
本发明涉及一种密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构。
背景技术
目前轮胎及橡胶制品等行业应用的密闭式炼胶机组特点是低速重载、冲击较大,正常工作时平均功率远低于额定功率,而尖峰负载时间虽较短但可能超过额定功率,主减速器基本上为定轴轮系—单输入双输出结构,由于密炼装置中转子的中心距是定值,转子的速比调整只能通过更换主减速器内速比齿轮来调整。因此普通单输入双输出减速器的结构已成为瓶颈,限制密炼装置中转子速比的调整。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种密炼装置中两个转子的速比可以实现任意调整的密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构,包括右活齿减速器(1)、第一联轴器(2)、后转子(3)、密炼装置(4)、前转子(5)、第二联轴器(6)和左活齿减速器(7),所述右活齿减速器(1)通过第一联轴器(2)与后转子(3)连接,所述左活齿减速器(7)通过第二联轴器(6)与前转子(5)连接,所述后转子(3)和前转子(5)安装在密炼装置(4)内。
所述右活齿减速器(1)和左活齿减速器(7)包括输入轴(8)、右传力盘(9)、偏心轮(10)、滚动轴承(11)、激波盘(12)、销轴(13)、圆筒形滚轮(14)、活齿盘(15)、固齿齿轮(16)、左传力盘(17)、垫圈(18)、螺钉(19)、输出轴(20)和销钉(21)。。
所述右活齿减速器(1)和左活齿减速器(7)采用双排活齿传动,以圆筒形滚轮(14)用滚动轴承(11)支撑于销轴(13)上作为第一排活齿,另一排活齿与第一排活齿对称布置。
所述输入轴(8)、偏心轮(10)、滚动轴承(11)和激波盘(12)组成激波器。
所述右传力盘(9)、左传力盘(17)和活齿盘(15)通过螺钉(19)连接,构成双排活齿架。
所述活齿以销轴的两端支撑在活齿架的销轴槽中,形成双排活齿齿轮。
本发明一种密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构,密炼装置中两个转子的速比可以实现任意调整,多齿啮合,承载能力大,滚动接触,传动效率高,传动比大,结构紧凑,结构简单,不需要输出机构,输出刚度大,回差小;传动平稳,转矩波动小。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构,包括右活齿减速器1、第一联轴器2、后转子3、密炼装置4、前转子5、第二联轴器6和左活齿减速器7,右活齿减速器1通过第一联轴器2与后转子3连接,左活齿减速器7通过第二联轴器6与前转子5连接,后转子3和前转子5安装在密炼装置4内,右活齿减速器1和左活齿减速器7包括输入轴8、右传力盘9、偏心轮10、滚动轴承11、激波盘12、销轴13、圆筒形滚轮14、活齿盘15、固齿齿轮16、左传力盘17、垫圈18、螺钉19、输出轴20和销钉21,本发明密闭式炼胶机组中的活齿传动减速器机构是由两套活齿传动减速器分别将传递扭矩到密炼装置的前后两个转子上,一台变频主电机的输入功率与转速经过右活齿减速器,通过联轴器将扭矩Mn1与工作转速n1传递给后转子;另一台变频主电机的输入功率与转速经过左活齿传动减速器,通过联轴器将扭矩Mn2与工作转速n2传递给前转子;通过调整两台变频主电机的转速,实现前后转子的不同转速要求,为了保证减速器内部受力均衡而使传动平稳和增大传动的功率,本减速器设计成双排活齿传动,以圆套筒形滚轮14用滚动轴承11支撑于销轴13上作为第一排活齿,另外一排活齿与之对称布置,两排激波器相错180°,两排活齿齿轮对齐而两排固齿齿轮相错半个齿距,这样该结构可使偏心引起的惯性力得以平衡,由输入轴8,偏心轮10,外套一个滚动轴承11和激波盘12组成激波器,由右传力盘9、左传力盘17和活齿盘15三件用一组螺钉19连接成一个整体的双排活齿架,活齿以销轴的两端支撑在活齿架的销轴槽中,形成双排活齿齿轮,固齿齿轮对应于活齿齿轮,做有两排固齿,两排固齿相错半个齿距,整个固齿齿轮16用销钉21固定在壳体上,然后整个活齿齿轮与输出轴20用螺钉19连接,并用滚动轴承支撑在壳体上,成为减速器的输出轴,活齿传动由3个基本构件组成:激波器、活齿齿轮和固齿齿轮,工作时,激波器周期性地推动可作往复运动的活齿,这些活齿与固齿齿廓的啮合点形成了蛇腹蠕动式的切向波,从而与固齿齿轮形成连续的驱动关系,这种切向波形成的条件是活齿与固齿的齿数不同,它们的齿距t不相等,即tg≠th,正是由于齿距不同,啮合时发生了“错齿运动”,使得活齿与固齿之间的产生传动,设激波器的转速为nj,活齿齿轮的转速为nh,固齿齿轮的转速为ng。根据相对运动原理,用转化机构法,可求得三构件之间的运动关系:

由此,激波器、活齿齿轮和固齿齿轮三个部件同轴安装于壳体中,然后在壳体上装上必要的附件,如油面指示器、透气塞、油堵螺丝、吊环等,这样组成密闭式炼胶装置中的活齿减速器,本发明的密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构,密炼装置中两个转子的速比可以实现任意调整,多齿啮合,承载能力大,滚动接触,传动效率高,传动比大,结构紧凑,结构简单,不需要输出机构,输出刚度大,回差小;传动平稳,转矩波动小。

Claims (6)

1.一种密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构,其特征在于:包括右活齿减速器(1)、第一联轴器(2)、后转子(3)、密炼装置(4)、前转子(5)、第二联轴器(6)和左活齿减速器(7),所述右活齿减速器(1)通过第一联轴器(2)与后转子(3)连接,所述左活齿减速器(7)通过第二联轴器(6)与前转子(5)连接,所述后转子(3)和前转子(5)安装在密炼装置(4)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构,其特征在于:所述右活齿减速器(1)和左活齿减速器(7)包括输入轴(8)、右传力盘(9)、偏心轮(10)、滚动轴承(11)、激波盘(12)、销轴(13)、圆筒形滚轮(14)、活齿盘(15)、固齿齿轮(16)、左传力盘(17)、垫圈(18)、螺钉(19)、输出轴(20)和销钉(21)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构,其特征在于:所述右活齿减速器(1)和左活齿减速器(7)采用双排活齿传动,以圆筒形滚轮(14)用滚动轴承(11)支撑于销轴(13)上作为第一排活齿,另一排活齿与第一排活齿对称布置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构,其特征在于:所述输入轴(8)、偏心轮(10)、滚动轴承(11)和激波盘(12)组成激波器。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构,其特征在于:所述右传力盘(9)、左传力盘(17)和活齿盘(15)通过螺钉(19)连接,构成双排活齿架。
6.根据权利要求2或3或5所述的一种密闭式炼胶机组中活齿传动减速器机构,其特征在于:所述活齿以销轴的两端支撑在活齿架的销轴槽中,形成双排活齿齿轮。
