Composite surface coating material (2) (1) comprising at least waste tires (3), a mineral filler (4) and a binder, the waste tires (3) having a homogeneous particle size between 0 and 7mm, the mineral filler (4) being present in at least two different particle sizes, characterized in that the mineral filler formed by pozzolan (4) of known and homogeneous particle size represents between 40% and 80% by mass of the mixture before addition of the binder, tire waste (3) representing 60% to 20%. 2.
