Beschreibung description
The invention relates to a method for mounting hangers on an overhead line of a track, with the help of the known number of hangers provided between two catenary masts and their distance from one another while driving an assembly vehicle, the hangers are mounted between the carrying cable and the contact wire, and a vehicle for carrying out the Procedure.
Particularly due to the increased operating speeds, the accuracy requirements for installing an overhead line are becoming ever higher. Particular care must be taken when measuring the hanging division before installing the trailer. However, this manual measurement has been very labor-intensive and depends on the reliability and concentration of the workforce.
The object of the invention is therefore to simplify the assembly of the hangers of an overhead line in the correct target position while avoiding the known disadvantages.
This object is achieved according to the invention in a method of the type described in the introduction in that, depending on a zero value defined by a catenary mast, the distance covered by the assembly vehicle is measured and automatically compared with the respective desired distance of the trailer to be assembled, and in that Correspondence of the measured distance value with the target distance of the trailer to be mounted, a signal for identifying the correct target position of the trailer in relation to the contact wire is emitted.
Such a method considerably simplifies and accelerates the correct hanger assembly, since there is no need for any manual measurement process. In addition, errors in the correct distribution of the hangers resulting from a lack of concentration or sloppiness during the measurement process are reliably excluded. The crew now only has to wait for a signal that is exactly given by the distance measurement and the comparison with the target distance, in which the trailer is to be mounted. Particularly suitable signals for identifying the correct target position of the trailer are those with an optical and / or acoustic effect, since in this way the perception of the signal by the workers is largely guaranteed. However, there is also the possibility of converting the signal mentioned, for example, into a colored marking of the contact wire.
An advantageous further development of the method according to the invention consists in the fact that the target distance of the hanger to be assembled is automatically reduced by a constant, adjustable size in order to form an acoustic and / or optical warning signal. This pre-warning relieves the workers of a constant concentration tension and, when the pre-warning signal appears or sounds, the possibility of targeted preparation for the imminent steps required for quick trailer assembly.
Finally, a further advantageous embodiment of the method according to the invention is that for each catenary mast the number (n) of hangers for the next section of the overhead line and the distance (L) to the next catenary mast are entered in a control unit, the desired distance (I) the trailer is calculated and saved and the distance measuring device is set to zero. Due to the constant zero setting for each catenary mast, a disadvantageous summation of minor inaccuracies of the target distances is reliably excluded.
The invention also relates to a vehicle for mounting hangers on an overhead line with a machine frame supported on rail bogies for carrying out the method mentioned. This invention is characterized by a path measuring device and an input for inputting at least one parameter from the group, which is connected to it: distance between two catenary masts; Number of hangers; Target distance of the hangers to each other; comprising control unit designed for path-dependent signal delivery and by means of a signal device associated therewith for displaying the path-dependent signal which characterizes the desired position of the trailer in relation to the contact wire. With such a combination of a path measuring device with a control unit and a signal device, there is the possibility of an exact determination of the respective hanging position, which is completely independent of the concentration and accuracy of the workforce. All that is required is to enter at least one of the parameters listed and the zero position of the path measuring device in the area of a catenary mast, so that this determination of the hanging position can be achieved with a minimum of constructive means practically without any significant additional work.
In the event that, according to an advantageous further development, the control unit is assigned an acoustically and / or optically effective signal device, the vehicle can reach the exact hanging position in an acoustic and / or acoustic signal that is immediately recognizable for the entire team and is effective even with a reduced concentration of the workforce. or optical form.
With another development according to claim 6, there is the possibility of giving a warning immediately before the exact hanger position is reached with the aid of two signals that differ in time and acoustics or optically. This relieves the workers of constant concentration, but can still prepare in good time for the impending assembly of the trailer.
Damit ist eine automatische A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the control unit is connected to a servo valve for interrupting a travel drive. This is automatic

Interruption of the vehicle's right of way can be achieved as soon as it has reached the exact hanger position.
The further inputs of the control unit according to claim 8 enable an automatic initiation of the steps required for the assembly of the next trailer.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the control unit is assigned a display for displaying the target distance for the trailer to be assembled, as well as the actual path and the difference between these two values, which creates the possibility of constant control.
With the further features stated in claims 10 to 12, a simple, exact zeroing of the path measuring device is possible as soon as the marking comes to lie exactly opposite the catenary mast.
Finally, a further advantageous embodiment of the invention consists in that a non-contact measuring device, which is connected to the control unit, is provided on one long side of the machine frame for detecting the distance to a catenary mast. This measuring device makes it possible to automatically carry out the aforementioned zeroing of the path measuring device in the area of each catenary mast.
The invention is described in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing.

Sofern die mit 38 bezeichnete Abfrage i < n/2 zutrifft, erscheint die Anzeige 39 «Eingabe ii» am Display 30 (i entspricht dabei der Numerierung des jeweiligen zu montierenden Hängers). Mit 40 ist ein Zähler für «i» bezeichnet. In 41 erfolgt eine weitere Abfrage i > n/2 < n + 1. In 49, a counter is set to the value zero. 51 denotes a further query i <n + 1. 52 denotes a further display with the output “DESIRED WAY a = Ii, current path b (see reference number 52 in FIG. 5), path difference c.” The target path corresponds to the target distance (Ii) of the current trailer. The current distance s corresponds to the distance traveled since the zero setting of the distance measuring device 15 and reduced by the sum of the target distances of the already mounted hangers 5. 53 represents a further query with the condition “path difference <I e, a YES output 54 leading to the optical and acoustic prewarning device 31. Another YES output 55 of a query 56 “path difference <0” leads to a counter 50 and subsequently to the acoustic and optical signal device 10.
Before the start of a new section of the overhead line 3 to be assembled, delimited by two successive catenary masts 27, the distance L of the two next catenary masts 27 to one another and the number (n) of the hangers provided in this section are entered (see FIG. 4). Based on the example shown in FIG. 2, the target distance h of the first hanger 5, which can be seen from a track plan, is next entered. Next, the distance I2 for the second hanger 5 is entered. The distance between the two middle hangers is automatically calculated from the first two target distances Ii and I2 and the total length L. Likewise, U and I5 are automatically determined, which are identical to sizes I2 and h due to the symmetry already mentioned (see FIG. 4).
As can be seen in particular in connection with FIG. 5, as soon as the two markings 11, 12 and the first catenary mast 27 lie in a common vertical plane running perpendicular to the machine longitudinal direction, the input 32 is occupied by pressing a start button. The path measuring device 15 is thus automatically set to the value zero. While the machine is moving forward continuously, the target path a, the current path b and the path difference c from the two aforementioned values are shown on the display 52. As soon as the path difference c reaches a value le that is smaller than the target path or distance by a freely selectable amount, the optical and acoustic warning device 31 is actuated. This indicates to the workers on the lifting platform 8 that after a distance of 1 m, for example, the exact position of the hanger 5 to be assembled is reached. As soon as the target route matches the current route, i.e. the path difference is zero, the optical and acoustic signal device 10 is actuated. A further control device 59 then applies a longitudinal displacement drive 60 through which the lifting platform 8 in the foremost position has one of the continuous forward speeds of the machine arrangement 1
The actuation of this control device 59 can be initiated manually or automatically when the signaling device 10 is activated. Subsequently, the hanger 5 is mounted, which is positioned in such a way that the mark 11 defining the desired position of the hanger 5 and the hanger 5 are located in the same vertical plane running transversely to the machine longitudinal direction. As soon as the trailer assembly is finished, this is reported by a button at the input 34 of the control device 9 and a further button actuation at the input 33 shows that the next trailer 5 is approached. At the same time, the drive 60 rapidly advances the lifting platform 8 into its foremost position. Now the current path b, which is continuously determined by the path measuring device 15, is compared with the target path I2 until the optical prewarning device 31 and the signaling device 10 are actuated in the manner already described. As soon as the entire section of the overhead line 3 has been fully assembled and the markings 11, 12 are at the level of the next catenary mast 27, the next mast spacing, the number of hangers and the individual hanger distances are entered again, as already described. By actuating the start button, the displacement measuring device 15 is reset to the value zero and the start of a new cycle for assembling the hangers provided for this section.
With 61 on the vehicle 4 in FIG. 1, a non-contact measuring device formed from a laser transmitter and receiver is indicated. This is used to record the distance to a catenary mast 27. As soon as a distance is determined by this measuring device 61 that is less than or equal to a maximum possible distance of a catenary mast 27 from the track 14, the distance measuring device 15 is automatically reset to the value Zero.
In a departure from the example described, there is also the possibility that the distances between the individual hangers 5 from one another are automatically calculated and stored on the basis of a mathematical function defined in the control unit 9 from the distance between the catenary masts 27 and the number of hangers. Likewise, as an alternative, the control device 9 can also be connected to a servo valve 57 (FIG. 3) which, if the desired path corresponds to the current path, results in an automatic interruption in the application of a travel drive to a trailer assembly vehicle that can be moved independently, for example.
However, there is also the possibility that the signal emitted by the control unit 9 in addition to the signal device 10 or instead of this, for example, activates a device for applying a color marking on the contact wire at the point to be connected to the hanger.
