Die Erfindung betrifft Reninhemmer enthaltend eine Trimethylsilyl-substituierte Aminosäure, Verfahren zu deren Herstellung sowie pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen, welche diese Verbindungen enthalten, gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8. Die erfindungsgemässen Reninhemmer enthalten als Bestandteil eine Trimethylsilyl-substituierte Aminosäure. Überraschenderweise vermittelt die Anwesenheit dieser Trimethylislyl-substituierten Aminosäure dem Peptidmolekül eine bemerkenswerte Stabilität gegen die proteolytische Aktivität von Chymotrypsin. Dies führt überraschenderweise zu einer starken Verbesserung der Bioverfügbarkeit der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen. Die in den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 beschriebenen Verbindungen werden nachfolgend als Verbindungen gemäss der Erfindung bezeichnet. In der Formel I bedeutet A insbesondere BOC-Prolin und R1 insbesondere Äthyl, Propyl oder Isobutyl. Falls R2 für ein geradekettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, so steht es insbesondere für Methyl, Ethyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, Butyl, tert. Butyl, 2,2-Dimethylethyl, Pentyl, Hexyl usw., insbesondere Methyl, tert. Butyl und 2,2-Dimethyl-ethyl. Sofern es durch Aryloxy substituiert ist, steht es insbesondere für Phenoxymethyl oder 1- oder 2-Naphtyloxymethyl, vorzugsweise 1-Naphtyloxymethyl. Heteroaryl bedeutet insbesondere Pyridyl, Thienyl oder Furyl. Im Heteroarylalkylrest besitzen der Heteroarylteil und der Alkylteil vorzugsweise die vorgenannten Bedeutungen. Ein geradekettiger oder verzweigter Alkoxyrest bedeutet insbesondere Ethoxy oder tert. Butoxy und ein (C6-10)Aryl-(C1-5)-alkoxy-Rest besitzt insbesondere die oben für Aryl und Alkyl angegebenen Be deutungen und steht vorzugsweise für Benzyloxy. Falls A die Gruppe EMI2.1 bedeutet, so steht R3 für ein geradekettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl, insbesondere für ein Alkyl mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere für Ethyl, Propyl oder Isobutyl, der glykosidisch gebundene Zuckerrest beispielsweise für Glucopyranosyl, das gegebenenfalls O-acyliert sein kann, z.B. Tetra-O-Acetylglucopyranosyl, eine gegebenenfalls substituierte gesättigte oder ungesättigte (C2-30)Alkylcarbonylgruppe insbesondere für eine entsprechende (C4-20)Alkylcarbonylgruppe, beispielsweise für einen Palmitoyl-, einen Oleyl-, Linoyl-, Stearoyl- oder Pivaloyl-Rest, wobei die Alkylcarbonylgruppe durch einen Cyclopentaphenanthren-Rest substituiert und für einen Cholyl-Rest stehen kann, ein (C3-6)Polyhydroxyalkylcarbonyl-Rest, beispielsweise für einen Glycerinoyl- oder einen Gluconoyl-Rest, die gegebenenfalls substituiert sein können, und für beispielsweise einen Penta-O-acetyl-gluconyl- oder einen Dibutyroylglycerinoyl-Rest stehen, ein Aroylrest beispielsweise für den Benzoyl- ein Heteroaroyl beispielsweise für den 2-, 3- oder 4-Pyridinoyl-Rest, ein Arylalkyl-Rest beispielsweise für den Benzyl-, Phenethyl-, Naphtylmethyl-, p-Chlorphenoxy-propyl-2-Rest, einen Arylalkylcarbonyl-Rest beispielsweise für einen Phenylacetyl-, Bis(1-Naphtylmethyl)acetyl- oder einen p-Chlorophenoxy-1,1-dimethylacetyl-Rest, eine Heteroarylalkylcarbonylgruppe beispielsweise für einen Bis(3-Pyridylmethyl)acetyl-oder einen Bis(4-Chinolinylmethyl)acetyl-Rest. In R4 steht eine Seitenkette einer D- oder L-Aminosäure insbesondere für Methyl, Isopropyl, Isobutyl, Benzyl, Hydroxy(C1-5)alkyl, 4-Aminobutyl oder 2-Carboxyethyl. Die hydrophile oder lipophile Aminosäure-Seitenkette in der Bedeutung von R8 kann beispielsweise ein n-Butyl-, Isobutyl-, Benzyl-, 4-Imidazolylmethyl-, 2-Methylthioethyl-, Trimethylsilylmethyl-, Cyclohexylmethyl- oder ein Pyridylmethyl-Rest sein. Hydroxyalkyl mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Bedeutung von R16 steht vorzugsweise für Hydroxyethyl oder Hydroxypropyl und eine Alkoxygruppe mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Bedeutung von R17 bedeutet vorzugsweise Methoxy oder Ethoxy. Die in den Ansprüchen 6, 7 und 8 beschriebenen Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formel I können im einzelnen wie folgt durchgeführt werden. Das Verfahren gemäss Verfahrensstufe a) wird vorzugsweise so durchgeführt, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel II mit einem Amin der Formel H-D unter Verwendung von in der Peptidchemie bekannten Verfahren, z.B. in Gegenwart von N,N min -Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid (DCC) (unter Zusatz von 1-Hydroxybenzotriazol (HOBT)) in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel, wie z.B. Methylenchlorid oder Dimethylformamid bei Temperaturen zwischen 0 DEG und Raumtemperatur umsetzt. Das Verfahren gemäss Verfahrensstufe b) wird unter denselben Bedingungen wie das Verfahren gemäss Verfahrensstufe a) durchgeführt. Das Verfahren gemäss Verfahrensstufe c) wird so durchgeführt, dass man Alkohole der Verbindungen gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 mit einem Chromtrioxyddipyridinkomplex (CrO3 . Py2 = Collin's Reagenz) in einem Lösungsmittel, wie Methylenchlorid oder Dimethylformamid zum entsprechenden Keton oxidiert. Die in den obigen Verfahren verwendeten Ausgangsverbindungen sind entweder bekannt oder können auf an sich bekannte Verfahren, beispielsweise wie in den nachfolgenden Beispielen beschrieben, hergestellt werden. Die erfindungsgemäss hergestellten Verbindungen der Formel I können auf an sich bekannte Verfahren isoliert und gereinigt werden. Racemische und/oder diastereomere Gemische können auf an sich bekannte Weise aufgetrennt werden. Falls die Verbindungen der Formel I saure oder basische Gruppen enthalten, so können diese gegebenenfalls auch Salze bilden, beispielsweise Metallsalze, wie Natriumsalze oder Säureadditionssalze, wie Hydrochloride. In den nachfolgenden Beispielen sind alle Temperaturen in Celsiusgraden angegeben und sind nicht korrigiert. Die optischen Drehwerte wurden bei 20 DEG C gemessen. Die in den Beispielen in abgekürzter Form angegebenen Verbindungen sind im Anspruch 3 in der Reihenfolge der Beispiele voll ausgeschrieben. Beispiele Zwischenprodukte: L-N-Boc- beta -trimethylsilylalanin 24 g (2R)-2,5-Dihydro-3,6-dimethoxy-2-isopropylpyrazin in 400 ml Tetrahydrofuran lösen. Bei -70 DEG 82 ml n-Butyl-Lithium zutropfen, 15 Minuten rühren, 30 g Jodomethyltrimethylsilan zugeben und über Nacht auf Raumtemperatur erwärmen lassen. Die Reaktionslösung wird zwischen Ether und Wasser verteilt, neutralgewaschen, getrocknet (MgSO4), eingedampft und an Kieselgel mit 7% Ether in Hexan chromatographiert. Das Produkt (24 g) wird in 200 ml Methanol gelöst, bei 0-5 DEG mit 20 ml conc. Chlorwasserstoffsäure in 50 ml Wasser versetzt und 2 Stunden gerührt. Dann wird im Vakuum eingeengt, der Rückstand in Methylenchlorid gelöst und mit 2N Sodalösung extrahiert. Die organische Phase wird getrocknet (K2CO3) und eingedampft. Der Rückstand wird in Tetrahydrofuran gelöst, mit 35 g Di-tert.-butyldicarbonat versetzt, über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur stehengelassen und dann eingedampft. Der Rückstand wird in Methanol (0,5 l) gelöst und unter Eiskühlung mit einer Lösung von 15 g Natriumhydroxid in 100 ml H2O/Methanol 1:1 versetzt. Nach 3 Stunden wird das Methanol abdestilliert, und der Rückstand zwischen Ether und Wasser und 40 g Phosphorsäure (85%) verteilt. Die organische Phase wird getrocknet (MgSO4) und eingedampft. Man erhält 36 g eines 1:1-Gemisches der Titelverbindung und D-Boc-Valin, das ohne weitere Reinigung für die Synthese von Dipeptiden eingesetzt wird. Boc-Tmsal-His-OH 29 g Säuregemisch (BocTmsal-OH + D-Boc-Val-OH) werden in 100 ml Dimethylformamid gelöst. Man gibt 19,2 g H-HisOCH3 . 2HCl zu, kühlt auf 0-5 DEG ab, versetzt mit 50 ml N-Methylmorpholin und tropft dann bei <5 DEG 52 ml Propanphosphorsäureanhydrid (50%ig in CH2Cl2) zu. Nach 15 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur wird im Vakuum eingedampft und der Rückstand zwischen Essigester und ges. wässriger Natriumcarbonat-Lösung verteilt. Das Rohprodukt wird an Kieselgel mit Methanol/Methylenchlorid 2-5% chromatographiert. 10 g dieses Methylesters werden in Methanol gelöst und mit einer Lösung von 10 g Bariumhytroxid . 8H2O in 100 ml Wasser versetzt. Nach 2 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gibt man eine wässrige Lösung von 3,25 g Schwefelsäure conc. zu, zentrifugiert das Bariumsulfat ab, dampft die überstehende Lösung zur Trockne ein und kristallisiert den Rückstand aus Methanol/Methylenchlorid/Ether. BOC-Tmsal-Nle-OH Analog zum vorangehenden Beispiel werden 25 g Säuregemisch und 19 g H-Nle-OCH3 . HCl in 100 ml Dimethylformamid mit 55 ml N-Methylmorpholin und 70 ml Propanphosphorsäureanhytrid umgesetzt. Der Methylester kann in diesem Beispiel auch mit wässriger Natronlauge hydrolysiert werden. Beispiel 1: EMI11.1 166 mg BOC-Tmsal-Nle-OH werden mit 150 mg H-CHa(OH)BlyNHBu und 100 mg Hydroxybenzotriazol in Methylenchlorid gelöst. Bei 0-5 DEG werden 96 mg Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid zugegeben. Man rührt 15 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur, filtriert vom ausgefallenen Dicyclohexylharnstoff ab und verteilt das Rohprodukt zwischen Essigester und ges. wässriger Natriumcarbonat-Lösung. Die organische Phase wird getrocknet (MgSO4) und eingedampft. Der Rückstand wird aus Methylenchlorid/Hexan umkristallisiert. [ alpha ]D = -39,1 DEG (c = 0,2 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 2: EMI12.1 Die Titelverbindung aus Beispiel 1 wird in Ethanol gelöst und 3 Stunden über Palladium-Kohle-Katalysator bei Normaldruck hydriert. Man filtriert vom Katalysator ab, dampft ein und kristallisiert den Rückstand aus Mehylenchlorid/Hexan. [ alpha ]D = -30,9 DEG (c = 0,2 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 3: BOC-Tmsal-Nle-F2-Chatin-NH-iBu 200 mg BOC-Tmsal-Nle-OH und 163 mg H-F2-Chatin-NiHBu werden analog Beispiel 1 mit 144 mg Hydroxybenzotriazol und 113 mg Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid umgesetzt. [ alpha ]D = -20,1 DEG (c = 1,5 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 4: BOC-Tmsal-Nle-F2-Chaton-NH-iBu 33 mg Alkohol aus Beispiel 3 werden im 1 ml trockenem Methylenchlorid gelöst und mit 200 mg CrO3 . Py2 (Collin's Reagenz) versetzt. Man rührt 20 min bei Raumtemperatur, fällt die Chromsalze durch Zugabe von Essigester aus und filtriert über HyFlo und Kieselgel. Das Filtrat wird eingedampft und der Rückstand aus Benzol lyophilisiert. [ alpha ]D = -35,8 DEG (c = 0,35 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 5: BOC-Tmsal-Nle-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic 200 mg BOC-Tmsal-Nle-OH und 223,5 mg H-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic werden analog Beispiel 1 mit 140 mg Hydroxybenzotriazol und 111 mg Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid umgesetzt. Das Produkt wird aus Methylenchlorid/Hexan kristallisiert. [ alpha ]D = -12,9 DEG (c = 0,15 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 6: BOC-Tmsal-His-Cha(OH)Bly-NH-Bu 230 mg BOC-Tmsal-His-OH und 195 mg H-Cha(OH)BlyNHBu werden analog Beispiel 1 in Dimethylformamid mit 150 mg Hydroxybenzotriazol und 120 mg Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid umgesetzt. Das Produkt wird aus Methylenchlorid/Methanol/Ether kristallisiert. [ alpha ]D = -32,5 DEG (c = 0,1 in MeOH/CH2Cl2 1:1). Beispiel 7: BOC-Tmsal-His-CHa(OH)Nle-NH-Bu 25 mg der Titelverbindung aus Beispiel 6 werden analog Beispiel 2 in 2 ml Alkohol gelöst und über 3 mg Palladium-Kohle-Katalysator (3%) hydriert. [ alpha ]D = -38,6 DEG (c = 0,1 in MeOH/CH2Cl2 1:1). Beispiel 8: BOC-Tmsal-Bly-F2-Chatin-NH-iBu 248 mg BOC-Tmsal-Bly-OH und 204 mg H-F2-Chatin-NH-iBu werden analog Beispiel 1 mit 182 mg Hydroxybenzotriazol und 141 mg Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid umgesetzt. Das Rohprodukt wird an Kieselgel mit Methylenchlorid/Ether 8:2 chromatographiert und aus Benzol lyophilisiert. [ alpha ]D = -29,8 DEG (c = 0,5 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 9: BOC-Tmsal-Bly-F2-Chaton-NH-iBu 29 mg Alkohol aus Beispiel 8 werden analog Beispiel 4 mit 250 mg Collin's-Reagenz oxidiert. [ alpha ]D = -47,9 DEG (c = 0,24 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 10: 7EG-Tmsal-Bly-F2-Chatin-NH-iBu 59 mg H-Tmsal-Bly-F2-Chatin-NB-iBu und 43 mg 7EG-OH werden mit 29 mg Hydroxybenzotriazol und 23 mg Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid analog Beispiel 7 umgesetzt. Das Rohprodukt wird über Kieselgel mit Methylenchlorid/Ether 8:2 gereinigt. [ alpha ]D = -18,8 DEG (c = 1,8 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 11: 7EG-Tmsal-Bly-F2-Chaton-NH-iBu 23 mg des Alkohols aus Beispiel 10 werden analog Beispiel 4 mit 130 mg Collin's Reagenz oxidiert. [ alpha ]D = -20,6 DEG (c = 0,34 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 12: 3EG-Tmsal-His-Cha(OH)-Bly-NH-Bu 206 mg 3 EG-OH und 500 mg H-Tmsal-His-Cha(OH)-Bly-NH-Bu werden analog Beispiel 1 in Dimethylformamid mit 0,144 ml Diisopropylcarbodiimid umgesetzt. Das Rohprodukt wird mit Methanol/Methylenchlorid 2-10% an Kieselgel chromatographiert. [ alpha ]D = -27,6 DEG (c = 0,1 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 13: 7EG-Tmsal-His-Cha(OH)-Bly-NH-nBu 338 mg 7EG-OH und 500 mg H-Tmsal-His-Cha(OH)Bly-NH-Bu werden analog Beispiel 7 in Dimethylformamid mit 110 mg Hydroxybenzotriazol und 0,13 ml Diisopropylcarbodiimid umgesetzt. Das Produkt wird aus Methylenchlorid/Ether/Hexan kristallisiert. [ alpha ]D = -21,0 DEG (c = 0,1 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 14: BOC-Tmsal-His-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic 2,9 g BOC-Tmsal-His-OH und 3,1 g H-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic werden analog Beispiel 1 in Dimethylformamid mit 2 g Hydroxybenzotriazol und 1,2 ml Diisopropylcarbodiimid umgesetzt und mit Methanol/Methylenchlorid 0-10% an Kieselgel chromatographiert. [ alpha ]D = -27,2 DEG (c = 0,2 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 15: Me-3eg-Tmsal-His-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic 350 mg Me-3eg-p-Nitrophenol und 700 mg H-Tmsal-His-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic werden in Dimethylformamid gelöst. Nach 3 Stunden wird zwischen Essigester und ges. wässriger Natriumbicarbonatlösung verteilt, die organische Phase getrocknet und eingedampft und der Rückstand mit Methanol/Methylenchlorid 0-10% an Kieselgel chromatographiert. Man erhält die Titelverbindung mit [ alpha ]D = -26,5 DEG (c = 0,2 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 16: Me-3eg-Tmsal-(me-3eg)-His-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic Als Nebenprodukt aus Beispiel 15 kann die diacylierte Verbindung 16 isoliert werden. [ alpha ]D = -4,7 DEG (c = 0,2 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 17: BOC-Aca-Tmsal-His-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic Analog Beispiel 15 werden 300 mg BOC-Aca-p-Nitrophenol und 600 mg H-Tmsal-His-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic in Gegenwart von 100 mg Imidazol umgesetzt. Das Rohprodukt wird mit Methanol/Methylenchlorid 0-12% chromatographiert. [ alpha ]D = -21,5 DEG (c = 0,2 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 18: H-Aca-Tmsal-His-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic . 3HCl 500 mg der Titelverbindung aus Beispiel 17 werden 1 Stunde mit Trifluoressigsäure/Methylenchlorld 1:1 behandelt. Das Rohprodukt wird durch Chromatographie an Kieselgel gereinigt. [ alpha ]D = -19,3 DEG (c = 0,1 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 30: Tmpac-2eg-Tmsal-Nle-F2-Chaton-NH-iBu 20 mg der Titelverbindung aus Bsp. 29 werden gleich wie im Bsp. 4 mit 100 mg Collin's-Reagenz oxidiert. [ alpha ]D = -21,0 DEG (c = 0,2 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 31: BOC-Tmsal-Nle-Cha(OH)CH2CHCl-NHBu 636,7 mg BOC-Tmsal-Nle-OH und 479,8 mg H2NCH(Chm)- alpha -chlorolacton . HCl werden mit 1,05 ml N-Ethylmorpholin und 1,14 ml Propanphosphonsäureanhydrid (50% in CH2Cl2) in DMF umgesetzt. Die Reaktionslösung wird eingedampft und der Rückstand zwischen Essigester und 2 N Salzsäure verteilt. Die organische Phase wird je einmal mit ges. wässriger Natriumcarbonat-Lösung und ges. wässriger Natriumchlorid-Lösung gewaschen, über Na2SO4 getrocknet und eingedampft. Der Rückstand wird am Kieselgel mit Hexan/Essigester (2:1) chromatographiert. Das erhaltene reine BOC-Tmsal-Nle-NHCH(Chm)- alpha -chlorolacton wird anschliessend mit 3,6 ml n-Butylamin bei Raumtemperatur umgesetzt. Die Reaktionslösung wird eingedampft und der Rückstand aus Methylenchlorid/Hexan kristallisiert. [ alpha ]D = -38,9 DEG (c = 0,48 in MeOH). Beispiel 32: BOC-Tmsal-Nle-Cha(OH)Ala-NH-Bu 1,5 g BOC Tmsal-Nle-OH + 1,2 g H-Cha(OH)Ala-NH-Bu und 0,7 g HOBT werden analog Bsp. 1 in Methylenchlorid umgesetzt. Rohprodukte kristallisieren aus Methanol/Methylenchlorid/Ether. [ alpha ]D = -39,5 DEG (c = 0,2 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 33: 3EG-Tmsal-Nle-Cha(OH)Thiobly-NH-nBu 117,8 mg 3 EG-OH und 350 mg H-Tmsal-Nle-Cha(OH)Thiobly-NH-nBu werden mit 105,5 mg Hydroxybenzotriazol und 111,8 mg EDCI in THF/DMF (1:1) umgesetzt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird eingedampft, bei 5 DEG mit ges. wässriger Natriumcarbonat-Lösung versetzt und in Essigester aufgenommen. Die organische Phase wird noch einmal mit verd. HCl gewaschen und über MgSO4 getrocknet. Das Rohprodukt wird an Kieselgel mit Essigester/Alkohol (99:1) chromatographiert. [ alpha ]D = -18,4 DEG (c = 0,5 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 34: 3EG-Tmsal-Nle-Cha(OH)Bly-NHBu 502 mg H-Tmsal-Nle-Cha(OH)Bly-NHBu werden analog Bsp. 1 mit 2,8 mg HOBT, 151 mg 3EG-OH und 143 mg N-Ethyl-N min -(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-carbodiimid HCl in 2,3 ml Tetrahydrofuran/DMF 1:1 umgesetzt. [ alpha ]D = -15,8 DEG (c = 0,1 in CH2Cl). Beispiel 48: 3EGS-Tmsal-Nle-Cha(OH)Thiobly-NH-nBu 380 mg 3EGS-OEt und 790 mg H-Tmsal-Nle-Cha(OH)-Thiobly-NH-nBu werden mit 15,8 mg N-Dimethylaminopyridin (DMAP) in Methylenchlorid umgesetzt. Nach 1,5 h bei Raumtemperatur wird noch 1,5 h am Rückfluss erwärmt. Nach Reaktionsgemisch wird mit weiterem Methylenchlorid verdünnt, je einmal mit 1N Natriumhydrogensulfat-Lösung, ges. wässriger Natriumhydrogencarbonat-Lösung und ges. wässriger Natriumchlorid-Lösung gewaschen und über Na2SO4 getrocknet. Nach Filtration und Eindampfen wird der erhaltene Rückstand an Kieselgel mit Hexan/Essigester (30:70 bis 0:100) chromatographiert. [ alpha ]D = -56,8 DEG (c = 0,5 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 49: BOC-Tmsal-Nle-Chatin-Leu(S)- alpha -Pic 235 mg H-Chatin-Leu(S)- alpha -Pic werden analog Bsp. 1 mit 210 mg BOC-Tmsal-Nle-OH, 90 mg HOBT und 115 mg DCC umgesetzt. Das Rohprodukt wird mit 0,5-3% Methanol in Methylenchlorid chromatographiert. [ alpha ]D = -13,0 DEG (c = 0,2 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 50: 3EGS-Tmsal-Nle-Chatin-Leu(S)- alpha -Pic 135 mg H-Tmsal-Nle-Chatin-Leu(S)- alpha -Pic werden mit 80 mg 3EGS-OEt in Methylenchlorid umgesetzt. Beispiel 51: 7EGS-Tmsal-Nle-Chatin-Leu(S)- alpha -Pic Wie im Bsp. 50 werden 135 mg H-Tmsal-Nle-Chatin-Leu(S)- alpha -Pic mit 120 mg 7EGS-OEt umgesetzt. [ alpha ]D = -58,3 DEG (c = 0,2 in CH2Cl2). Beispiel 52: BOC-Leu-R-Tmsal-Nle-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic Eine Lösung von 550 mg H-Tmsal-Nle-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic in 1,6 ml Methanol und 0,33 ml 5N HCl in Methanol wird mit einer Lösung von 180 mg BOC-Leucinal in 0,6 ml Methanol und anschliessend mit 31 mg Natriumcyanoborhydrid versetzt und während 24 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird auf Eiswasser gegossen, mit wässriger 2N Natriumbicarbonatlösung alkalisch gestellt und mit Methylenchlorid extrahiert. Die organische Phase wird getrocknet und eingedampft und der Rückstand mit 5% Äthanol in Methylenchlorid an Kieselgel chromatographiert. Die Titelverbindung besitzt ein [ alpha ]D = -33,1 DEG (c = 0,38 in Äthanol). Beispiel 53: H-Leu-R-Tmsal-Nle-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic 250 mg BOC-Leu-R-Tmsal-Nle-Chatin-Leu- alpha -Pic werden bei 0 DEG mit 3 ml 10% konzentrierter Salzsäure in Eisessig versetzt, auf Raumtemperatur erwärmt unt nach 3 Stunden eingedampft. Der Rückstand wird zwischen ges. wässriger Natriumbicarbonatlösung und 5% Äthanol in Methylenchlorid verteilt, die organische Phase getrocknet und eingedampft und der Rückstand mit Methylenchlorid, enthaltend 10% Äthanol und 1% konz. Ammoniaklösung an Kieselgel chromatographiert. Die Titelverbindung besitzt ein [ alpha ]D = -25,0 DEG (c = 0,34 in Äthanol). Die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen weisen pharmakologische Aktivität auf. Die können als Arzneimittel verwendet werden. Wie Resultaten von Standard-Tests entnommen werden kann, weisen sie insbesondere für Enzymhemmer typische Wirkungen auf. Die hemmende Wirkung in bezug auf ein spezifisches Enzym hängt selbstverständlich von der Peptidstruktur gesamthaft ab. Die obigen, besonders als Hemmer der Reninaktivität geeigneten Verbindungen bewirken am humanen synthetischen Tetradekapeptidsubstrat bei einer Konzentration von 10-<5>M bis 10-<1><1>M eine 50%ige Hemmung der Enzymaktivität von reinem Humanrenin nach der Methode von F. Cumin et al. (Bioch. Biophys.Acta 913, 10-19 (1987)) oder mittels Renin Binding Assay. In der "antibody-trapping"-Methode von K.Poulsen und J.Jorgensen (J. Clin. Endocrin. Metab. 39 11974] 816-825) hemmen sie die Humanplasmareninaktivität bei einer Konzentration von 10-<5>M bis 10-<1><1>M. Die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen sind daher zur Verwendung für die Prophylaxe und Behandlung von Zuständen geeignet, die durch eine enzymatische Dysfunktion charakterisiert sind und für die eine Hemmung der enzymatischen Aktivität angezeigt ist. Als Reninhemmer sind sie z.B. zur Verwendung bei der Prophylaxe und Behandlung der Hypertonie und der Herzinsuffizienz ("congestive heart failuren") geeignet. Bevorzugt für die Prophylaxe und Behandlung der Hypertonie und der Herzinsuffizienz sind die Titelverbindungen der Beispiele 1, 22, 23, 24, 35 und 51, insbesondere der Beispiele 22 und 23. Die Verbindungen gemäss der Erfindung zeigen ferner eine antiretrovirale Wirkung und können deshalb zur Behandlung von durch Retro viren, inbegriffen HTLV-I und -III-Viren, hervorgerufenen Krankheiten verwendet werden. Diese Wirkung zeigt sich im FeLV-Katzenmodell [Cerny und Essex. CPC Press IN 1979, Seiten 233-256; Cockerell et al. J. Natl. Cancer Inst. 57, Seiten 1095-1099 (1976); Cotter et al. J. AM. VET. VET. MED. ASSOC. 166, Seiten 449-453 (1975); ESSEX et al. SCIENCE 190 790-792 (1975)]. - einem Modell zur Untersuchung der AIDS-Krankheit. Es wurde berichtet (beispielsweise am 25 ICAAC in Minneapolis von 30. September bis 2. Oktober), dass bei Verabreichung von 30 mg 3 min -Azido-3 min -deoxy-thymidin während 14 Tagen eine Reduktion des FelV-Titers um einen Faktor von 10 gezeigt werden konnte, jedoch keine Heilung eintrat. Nach Verabreichung der Verbindungen gemäss der Erfindung konnte eine Vernichtung der Viren beobachtet werden. Die zur Erreichung der antiviralen Wirkung benötigten Dosen entsprechen denjenigen, die üblicherweise verwendet werden, und liegen beispielsweise in der Grössenordnung von 5 bis 20 mg/kg/Tag. Für die obige Anwendung hängt die zu verabreichende Dosis von der jeweils verwendeten Verbindung, der Art der Verabreichung und der gewünschten Behandlung ab. Im allgemeinen werden zufriedenstellende Resultate erhalten, falls die Verbindungen in einer täglichen Dosis von 0,02 mg/kg bis ca. 20 mg/kg Tierkörpergewicht verabreicht werden. Für grössere Säugetiere beträgt die empfohlene tägliche Dosis von etwa 1 mg bis etwa 500 mg, zweckmässigerweise verabreicht z.B. oral in Dosen von 0,25 mg bis ca. 500 mg 1-4mal täglich oder in Retard-Form. Die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen können in freier Form oder, sofern saure oder basische Gruppen anwesend sind, in pharmakologisch verträglicher Salzform verabreicht werden. Solche Salzformen weisen eine Wirkung in derselben Grössenordnung wie die freien Formen auf und können auf bekannte Weise hergestellt werden. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls pharmazeutische Zubereitungen enthaltend eine erfindungsgemässe Verbindung in freier Form oder mit pharmazeutisch verträglichen Hilfs- und/oder Trägerstoffen. Solche pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen können zur Verwendung bei enteraler, vorzugsweise oraler Verabreichung formuliert werden, z.B. als Tabletten, oder zur Verwendung, z.B. als injizierbare Lösungen oder Suspensionen. Ferner ist eine nasale Verabreichung mit Hilfe eines auf an sich bekannte Weise hergestellten Nasalsprays möglich.

3. Ein Reninhemmer gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 als Mittel gegen Hypertonie und Herzinsuffizienz.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Reninhemmern der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel II

worin A, B, und R1 die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung besitzen, mit einer Verbindung der Formel H-D, worin D in die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, umsetzt.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Reninhemmern der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man
eine Verbindung der Formel III

worin R1, B und D die im Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung besitzen, mit einer Verbindung der Formel A-OH umsetzt.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Reninhemmern der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1, worin R10 und R11 zusammen eine Oxogruppe bilden dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1, worin R10 für einen Hydroxylrest und R11 für Wasserstoff stehen, zu einer Verbindung der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1, worin R10 und R11 zusammen eine Oxogruppe bilden, oxidiert.
7. Pharmazeutische Zubereitung enthaltend einen Reninhemmer gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 und pharmakologisch verträgliche Hilfs- und/oder Verdünnungsstoffe.
8. Verwendung von Reninhemmern gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 zur Herstellung von Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung der Hypertonie und der Herzinsuffizienz.
