Abstract

The outdoor fire for grilling roasting and cooking has a grid (4) surrounded by an annular side (3) with legs (30). The side (3) is joined to a tubular-bracket-stand (2) on which the cooking-grill (5) is held at an adjustable height over the fire. The tubular stand (2) contains a wire cable (50) or chain holding the cooking-pot or grill in a verticaltubular upright (22). USE/ADVANTAGE - The vandal-proof outdoor fire for placing in parks etc is solid, easy to use and to clean.

  Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine im Freien aufstellbare Feuerstelle zum Grillieren, Braten oder Kochen. Solche Feuerstellen werden oft im eigenen Garten aufgestellt; es gibt aber auch grössere Feuerstellen in öffentlichen Anlagen, Parks und auch im Bereich von Wanderwegen. Solche öffentlich aufgestellten Feuerstellen fordern die Wanderer dazu auf, diese zu benutzen, statt wilde Feuerstellen anzulegen, die bei Unachtsamkeit leicht einen Waldbrand entfachen! 



  Solche öffentlichen Feuerstellen müssen solid gebaut und möglichst wenig lose Teile aufweisen, damit sie nicht leicht zerstört oder Teile böswillig entfernt werden können; sie müssen möglichst "vandalensicher" gebaut sein. Die Erfindung hat sich zur Aufgabe gestellt, eine solche solide Feuerstelle zu schaffen, die zudem einen hohen Bedienungskomfort aufweist. 



  Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe mit einer Feuerstelle, welche die Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 aufweist. 



  Bei einer öffentlichen, solid ausgebildeten Feuerstelle mit einem schweren Bratrost ist es von Vorteil, ein am Pfosten geführtes Gegengewicht anzubringen. 



  Damit der Feuerrost gereinigt, aber nicht weggenommen werden kann, ist es von Vorteil, wenn er hochschwenkbar mit der ringförmigen Wand verbunden ist. 



  Der Bedienungskomfort kann verbessert werden, wenn der vertikale Pfosten des galgenförmigen Ständers um seine Achse schwenkbar ausgebildet ist. 



  In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar in 
 
   Figur 1 und 2 eine solid und schwer ausgebildete öffentliche Feuerstelle in Seitenansicht und in Ansicht von oben und in 
   Figur 3 und 4 eine leichtere Ausführung für den Privatgebrauch. 
 



  Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen eine solid ausgebildete öffentliche Feuerstelle. Sie umfasst eine schwere, 8-10 mm dicke Bodenplatte 1, auf der der galgenförmige Ständer 2 und die ringförmige Wand 3 mit dem Feuerrost 4 befestigt sind. Am galgenförmigen Ständer hängt der Bratrost 5. Dieser ist mittels eines Drahtseils 50 in einstellbarer Höhe über dem Feuerrost 4 beziehungsweise über dem auf dem Feuerrost entzündeten Feuer gehalten. 



  Die Bodenplatte 1 ist unter dem Feuerrost 4 mit einer \ffnung 10 versehen, durch die die Asche in eine unter dieser \ffnung vorgesehene Mulde herunterfallen kann. Die Bodenplatte kann entweder auf dem gewachsenen Boden, auf einer Steinplatte oder auf einem Betonsockel befestigt sein. 



  Die ringförmige Wand 3 ist mittels dreier Füsse 30 in Abstand von der Bodenplatte gehalten. Zusätzlich ist sie mittels der Stütze 20 mit dem unteren Teil des Ständers verbunden. Innerhalb der ringförmigen Wand 3 befindet sich der Feuerrost 4, der um ein Scharnier 31 hochgeschwenkt  werden kann, wie dies in Figur 1 durch unterbrochene Linien angedeutet ist. 



  Der untere Teil 21 des galgenförmigen Ständers ist fest mit der Bodenplatte 1 verbunden, während der obere Teil 22 um den Zapfen 23 schwenkbar ist. Die Verbindung der beiden Teile 21, 22 ist so ausgebildet, dass eine Schwenkung um etwa 60 DEG möglich ist, dass aber der obere Teil 22 nicht vom unteren Teil abgenommmen werden kann. 



  Das Seil 50 ist durch den oberen Teil der Ausladung 24 des rohrförmig ausgebildeten galgenförmigen Ständers hindurchgeführt und tritt durch die Führung 25 wieder nach aussen. Weil der Bratrost 5 relativ schwer ist, ist am oberen Teil 22 des Ständers 2 ein ringförmiges Gegengewicht 26 angebracht, an dem das andere Ende des Seiles 50 angehängt ist. Mittels einer Schraube 27 lässt sich das Gegengewicht am Teil 22 des Ständers in beliebiger Höhenlage festklemmen. 



  Der Bratrost 5 ist mittels Ketten 51 und einer \se am Seil 50 angehängt oder demontiersicher damit verbunden. 



  Figur 2 zeigt eine ausgeschwenkte Lage des Bratrostes 5. In dieser Lage kann der Bratrost neben dem Feuer mit zu grillierenden Steaks, Bratwürsten oder Servelats belegt und danach wieder über das Feuer geschwenkt werden. 



  Wird der Bratrost abgehängt, kann ein Kessel an das Seil 50 angehängt werden. 



  Die Figuren 3 und 4 zeigen eine ähnliche Feuerstelle für Privatgebrauch, die leichter ausgebildet ist. Ähnliche Teile sind mit denselben Bezugszeichen angedeutet. Die Feuerstelle kann auch ohne Bodenplatte auf dem gewachsenen Boden aufliegen und lediglich mit einem in den  Boden eingetriebenen Stab 28 fixiert sein. 



   Der obere Teil des galgenförmigen Ständers 2 ist wie oben beschrieben schwenkbar, kann aber vom unteren mit der Bodenplatte 1 fest verbundenen Teil 21 abgenommen werden. Es ist auch kein Gegengewicht für den Bratrost 5 vorhanden und das Seil 50 ist am äusseren Ende mit einer Kette 52 versehen, so dass die Höhe des Bratrostes durch Einhängen eines Kettengliedes in einen am Ständerteil 22 angebrachten Haken 29 einstellbar ist. 



  In Figur 3 ist eine unter der Bodenplatte 1 ausgehobene Bodenmulde M angedeutet. 



  Bei dieser Ausführung, die ja nicht "vandalensicher" ausgeführt zu sein braucht, kann nicht nur der obere Teil 22, 24 des galgenförmigen Ständers 2 abgenommen werden, auch der Feuerrost 4 kann weggenommen werden. Bei Nichtgebrauch oder zum Überwintern verbleibt dann nur noch die Bodenplatte 1 mit der ringförmigen Wand 3 und der untere Teil 21 des Ständers im Freien stehen.

  Such public fireplaces must be solidly built and have as few loose parts as possible so that they cannot be easily destroyed or parts can be maliciously removed; they have to be built as "vandal-proof" as possible. The invention has set itself the task of creating such a solid fireplace, which is also very easy to use.



  The invention solves the problem with a fireplace, which has the features of claim 1.



  In a public, solidly designed fireplace with a heavy broiler, it is advantageous to attach a counterweight guided on the post.



  So that the fire grate can be cleaned but not removed, it is advantageous if it is pivotally connected to the ring-shaped wall.



  The ease of use can be improved if the vertical post of the gallows-shaped stand is designed to be pivotable about its axis.



  The drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, namely in
 
   Figures 1 and 2 a solid and heavily trained public fireplace in side view and in view from above and in
   Figures 3 and 4 a lighter version for private use.
 



  Figures 1 and 2 show a solidly designed public fireplace. It comprises a heavy, 8-10 mm thick base plate 1, on which the gallows-shaped stand 2 and the ring-shaped wall 3 are fastened with the fire grate 4. The grill 5 hangs on the gallows-shaped stand. This is held by means of a wire rope 50 at an adjustable height above the fire grill 4 or above the fire ignited on the fire grill.



  The base plate 1 is provided under the fire grate 4 with an opening 10 through which the ashes can fall down into a trough provided under this opening. The floor slab can either be attached to the grown floor, on a stone slab or on a concrete base.



  The annular wall 3 is held at a distance from the base plate by means of three feet 30. In addition, it is connected to the lower part of the stand by means of the support 20. The fire grate 4 is located within the annular wall 3 and can be pivoted upwards about a hinge 31, as is indicated by broken lines in FIG. 1.



  The lower part 21 of the gallows-shaped stand is firmly connected to the base plate 1, while the upper part 22 is pivotable about the pin 23. The connection of the two parts 21, 22 is designed such that a pivoting by approximately 60 ° is possible, but that the upper part 22 cannot be removed from the lower part.



  The rope 50 is passed through the upper part of the projection 24 of the tubular gallows-shaped stand and passes out again through the guide 25. Because the grill 5 is relatively heavy, an annular counterweight 26 is attached to the upper part 22 of the stand 2, on which the other end of the rope 50 is attached. The counterweight can be clamped to part 22 of the stand at any height by means of a screw 27.



  The grill 5 is attached to the rope 50 by means of chains 51 and one or connected to it in such a way that it cannot be dismantled.



  FIG. 2 shows a pivoted-out position of the grill 5. In this position, the grill can be filled with steaks, fried sausages or servelats to be grilled next to the fire and then swiveled over the fire again.



  If the grid is removed, a boiler can be attached to the rope 50.



  Figures 3 and 4 show a similar fireplace for private use, which is lighter. Similar parts are indicated with the same reference numerals. The fireplace can also rest on the grown ground without a base plate and can only be fixed with a rod 28 driven into the ground.



   The upper part of the gallows-shaped stand 2 can be pivoted as described above, but can be removed from the lower part 21 which is firmly connected to the base plate 1. There is also no counterweight for the grill 5 and the cable 50 is provided with a chain 52 at the outer end, so that the height of the grill can be adjusted by hanging a chain link in a hook 29 attached to the stand part 22.



  In Figure 3, a recessed under the base plate 1 M is indicated.



  In this embodiment, which does not need to be “vandal-proof”, not only can the upper part 22, 24 of the gallows-shaped stand 2 be removed, but also the fire grate 4 can be removed. When not in use or for hibernation, only the base plate 1 with the annular wall 3 and the lower part 21 of the stand then remain outdoors.
