BESCHREIBUNG
Fig 1 eine erste Anschlussvorrichtung, im Schnitt
Fig 2 eine zweite Anschlussvorrichtung, im Schnitt
Fig 3 eine dritte Anschlussvorrichtung, im Schnitt
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a connection device according to the preamble of claim 1 and a surface air conditioning system.
In the case of surface air conditioning devices, for example underfloor heating or ceiling heating, it is known that a distribution box is arranged near a riser pipe of a building, to which the flow and return pipes of the air conditioning devices of different rooms are connected. This distribution box also contains regulating valves, which are primarily used to switch the individual air conditioning devices on and off. In this known air conditioning device, it is disadvantageous that a supply line and a return line must each lead to the distribution box, as a result of which long lines are required. Furthermore, the individual rooms can only be heated as a whole, and in particular thermostatic control of the air conditioning devices is only possible with considerable effort.
The object of the invention is to provide a connection device for supplying and regulating a heat carrier for a surface air-conditioning device, which eliminates the disadvantages mentioned.
The object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1. The fact that the connection device has a transition device on which the regulating device is arranged, on which the feed connection and the discharge connection for the heat transfer medium are arranged, the regulating device controlling a bypass between the feed connection and the discharge connection depending on the flow regulation, results completely new possibilities for regulating a surface air conditioning device. The connection device enables the regulation of each individual surface air-conditioning device, for example in a room.
Furthermore, the connection device enables in particular the series connection of a plurality of surface air-conditioning devices, for example the series connection of the surface air-conditioning device of one or more rooms.
It is also possible to divide the surface air conditioning device into individual sections within a room, which are connected to one another in series and can be regulated individually. In addition, it is possible in a simple manner to equip the regulating device with a thermostat, so that very individual regulation of each surface air-conditioning device is possible. Furthermore, there is the advantage that the series connection of several air conditioning devices achieves a substantial saving in line, since not every air conditioning device with a double line has to be connected to a central distributor.
Finally, this connection device also enables completely new conditions in the design of the surface air-conditioning devices, for example in the different rooms of an apartment, for example less rooms to be heated, such as bedrooms, can have air-conditioning devices connected in series, while rooms to be heated more strongly, such as living rooms, have a direct one Can have connection to a riser. Since the new connection device is independent of central distributors with regulating devices, the connection device in particular enables the subsequent installation of such air conditioning devices in existing buildings, which was practically impossible with the previous surface air conditioning devices.
Advantageous refinements of the connecting device according to the invention are described in claims 2 to 8.
The claim 2 includes the formation of the regulating device as a known single-tube valve. An embodiment of the connection device according to claims 3 to 5 is possible. A further embodiment of the regulating device includes claim 6, a further development according to claim 7 being particularly advantageous.
According to claim 8, the combination regulating device is preferably provided with a thermostat.
Claim 9 describes a further possibility of
Regulation of the connection device.
In claim 10, a particularly advantageous surface conditioning system is defined with the connection device.
Advantageous exemplary embodiments of the invention are described in more detail below with the aid of schematic drawings, in which:
Fig. 1 shows a first connection device, in section
Fig. 2 shows a second connection device, in section
Fig. 3 shows a third connection device, in section
Fig. 4 shows a laying pattern of several Klimatisiervorrich lines in a room in plan view
The connection device shown in Figure 1 has a transition device 2, on the output side via a throttle valve 4, a flow connection 6 and a return connection 8 are arranged. An air conditioning device, not shown, is connected to this, as will be shown later with reference to FIG. 4. On the input side, a regulating device 10 is arranged on the transition device 2, on which a feed connection 12 and a discharge connection 14 are provided for the heat transfer medium.
The regulating device 10 is designed as a so-called single-pipe valve and contains a connecting piece 16 which is divided into a flow channel 20 and a return channel 22 by means of a longitudinal wall 18. These flow into one
Flow chamber 24 and in a return chamber 26 of the transition device. In the regulating device 10, the flow channel leads to the supply connection 12 via a flow valve 28. The return channel 22 is connected directly to the discharge connection 14. A bypass 32, which can be regulated by means of a bypass valve 30, is present between the discharge connection 14 and the supply connection 12.
The flow valve 28 and the bypass valve 30 are connected to each other and can be actuated via a common handwheel 33 in the sense that when the bypass valve is closed
30 the flow valve 28 is open and the bypass valve 30 opens to the extent that the flow valve 28 closes. When the flow valve 28 is closed, the bypass valve is fully open, so that the heat transfer medium from the supply connection
12 is led directly into the discharge connection 14.
FIG. 2 shows a further connection device, in which in turn a feed connection 12 and a discharge connection 14 are connected via a regulating device 34 to a transition device 36 on which a
Flow connection 6 and a return connection 8 for the air conditioning device are arranged. The regulating device 34, which is again designed as a single-pipe valve, is connected to the transition device 36 by means of a connecting piece 38, the connecting piece 38 having an axial return channel 40, around which a flow channel 42 is arranged coaxially. The latter opens into a flow chamber 44 of the transition device 36. The return channel 40 is through an elongated pipe section, i.e. an immersion tube 46 is formed, which projects through a partition 48 of the transition device 36 into the return chamber 50.
The dip tube 46 extends through a valve member 52 in the regulating device 34 and is connected to the discharge connection 14 via transverse channels 54. A bypass 56 is in turn arranged between the supply connection 12 and the discharge connection 14, the valve member 52 being designed such that it on the one hand releases the flow and thereby blocks the bypass 36 and on the other hand opens the bypass 36 with increasing blocking of the flow to the flow channel 42. A handwheel 58 is used to adjust the valve member 52.
FIG. 3 shows a further connection device, in which in turn a feed connection 12 and a discharge connection 14 are connected via a regulating device 60 to a transition device 62, on which the feed connection 6 and the return connection 8 are arranged. The regulating device 60 has a regulating valve 64 arranged at the top of the transition device 62, which is connected to the flow connection 6 via a flow chamber 66 of the transition device 62. A branching piece 68 is connected to the lower part of the transition device 62, on which the discharge connection 14 is arranged on the side facing the transition device 62. On the side facing away from the transition device 62, the branching piece 68 is connected to the supply connection 12.
In the area between the inlet connection 12 and the outlet connection 14, an upward-pointing branch line 70 is arranged, which opens at the inlet of the regulating valve 64. The branching piece 68 forms a bypass 72, in which the heat transfer medium can flow back from the supply connection 12 directly into the discharge connection 14, depending on how far the regulating valve 64 is open. The branching piece 68 is connected to the return connection 8 via a return chamber 74.
A wide variety of embodiments are still conceivable. In particular, features from the above exemplary embodiments are interchangeable. For example, the connection device of FIG. 1 can also be configured analogously to FIG. the flow channel 20 or the return channel 22 can be designed as a dip tube which penetrates a chamber of the transition device. - Instead of the arrangement of the throttle valve 4 on the flow connection 6 or on the return connection of the secondary circuit, there is also an arrangement in the supply connection
12 or lead connection 14 of the primary circuit possible.
The connection devices can be equipped with fastening means for fastening to a wall or a rail of a distributor device.
It is also possible to provide the connection devices directly with a modular system, with or without an operating door, so as to form a finished installation unit.
FIG. 4 shows a surface of a room, which if necessary can also be divided by partitions, in which riser pipes S and return pipes R are arranged at opposite corners. Each between a riser pipe S and a return pipe R are connected in series via connecting lines V connecting device Al to As. Surface air-conditioning devices can be fan-closed on the connection devices Al to As, as is shown for the connection device Al. Such a surface air conditioning device F contains, for example, a pipeline 76 which is guided in a serpentine manner and on which heat distribution fins 78 are placed in order to achieve a uniform heat distribution. The same or similar surface air conditioning devices can be connected to the other connection devices.
Such a surface air-conditioning device can also be designed without heat-conducting fins with a double pipeline, the pipeline being able to be laid, for example, in a snail-shaped manner.
