Abstract

319,493. Case, W. G. Sept. 25, 1928. Garment racks and stands.-An air release valve for towel rails comprises a set screw 4 in which the outlet passage 8, 12 is formed and which lies flush with the surrounding surface when its conical end 5 closes the vent 6. The threaded recess may be formed in the radiator casing 1 or in a plug screwed thereinto. In Fig. 3. it is shown in the upper part of the boss of a tubular towel rail, whilst, in Fig. 1, an inclined venting passage 10, drilled through an internal projection 13, leads from the upper part of the boss to an outlet at a lower level.
