Abstract

A pipe (2), which is embedded in reinforced concrete, is supported before and during the time the concrete is poured, by means of a metal rod (1). This rod is attached to the reinforcing bars (3) and to the pipe by wire loops (5). The metal rod has notches (1') formed at a number of places along its length. When the concrete has set the exposed part of the rod can be easily broken off at the appropriate notch, leaving the pipe projecting from the concrete in its required position. USE/ADVANTAGE - The pipe is used as a duct for electric cables and can be exactly positioned by this method.

   BESCHREIBUNG

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.

Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung einen erfindungsge.

   DESCRIPTION

The invention relates to a holder for guide tubes in the installation industry; one of the end pieces of the pipe holder is provided with at least one predetermined breaking point.

In the installation industry, pipe brackets make it possible to fasten pipes in armored concrete ceilings precisely and vertically. The guide tubes enable the rational laying of electrical cables of all kinds, by leaving space in the building structure or its parts for the cables when installing modern high-rise buildings on the construction site or in the case of prefabricated parts in the factory. Before the concrete slabs are poured, such plastic pipes are laid to the reinforcements and attached to them. The pipes end in deflection points, which after the construction of the concrete ceiling according to the construction plan lead to a concrete wall or masonry. can be extended from there via plug-in sockets with extension pieces.

Pipe holders are used for accurate, vertical positioning by connecting such holders to the reinforcement at the deflection points so that a free end is perpendicular to the concrete ceiling. The plastic tube is bound to this vertical rod end.

Such brackets consist of an approximately 8 mm thick reinforcing iron, which is divided with two ninety-degree arches so that defined levels are perpendicular to each other through the legs of these arches. After pouring the concrete ceiling, the part of the pipe bracket protruding from the concrete is sawn off in order not to prevent the construction work from continuing. Experience has shown that around 30 pipe holders are used in a four-room apartment for the corresponding number of deflection points. From this it follows that the end pieces of the pipe holder protruding from the concrete must be removed in accordance with this number of pipe holders. This work is done with a metal hand saw, which is tedious and time consuming.

The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention, as characterized in the patent claims, solves the problem of removing the outstanding end piece from a cast pipe holder for accurate, vertical fastening of guide pipes in reinforced concrete ceilings, in that one of the end pieces has at least one predetermined breaking point. Depending on the type of manufacturing process, the shape of the predetermined breaking point can have a notch on one or both sides, an incision or a constriction. In the case of a pipe holder of standard steel quality with a diameter of 8 mm, a one-sided notch with a notch depth of 3.5 mm is preferred. It is possible to make such notches in the cold state by deformation e.g. by hammering in hammer forging tools.

Cold cuts can also be used to make cuts and constrictions by pressing. These measures, which vary in complexity depending on the type and method, significantly reduce the cross-section at the predetermined breaking point and at the same time change it to a predetermined breaking value by means of form factors.

The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that the removal of the unnecessary length of the pipe holder can be carried out after the ready-mixed concrete without effort, loss of time and special tools.

The invention is explained in more detail below with the aid of a drawing which represents only one embodiment. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a erfindungsge.

According to the vertical end piece has several predetermined breaking points 1 'in the form of a notch I t, respectively. Constriction l iv on.
