The invention relates to an anchoring element with a device for centering the same in an essentially cylindrical hole, and to an anchoring with such an anchoring element.
In many cases, anchoring elements have so far not been centered in the boreholes. However, this had the consequence that the anchoring element mostly came into contact with the wall of the borehole and was therefore not completely enclosed by a potting compound introduced into the cavity between the anchoring element and the perforated wall, which meant that the force transmission from the perforated wall to the anchoring element was incomplete and there was an increased risk of corrosion for the anchoring element.
For this reason, means for centering the anchoring element in the borehole in the form of concentric rings made of metal or plastic mounted on the anchoring element at certain intervals were used to avoid such incomplete power transmission and increased risks of corrosion.
However, these known centering means have so far not been able to assert themselves because of the disadvantages associated therewith, because firstly, the application of such concentric rings on the anchoring element involves a relatively large amount of work and also leads to particular additional difficulties in anchoring elements with a cross section deviating from the circular shape, and In addition, these concentric rings also had the disadvantage that a certain play between the outer edge of the rings and the hole wall was required for their introduction into the borehole, so that as a result of this play an exact concentric arrangement of the anchoring element in the borehole was not guaranteed from the start was.
Further disadvantages of these concentric rings used as centering means were that the rings could move in an uncontrolled manner on the anchoring element during the insertion of the anchoring element provided with the rings into the borehole if the clamping element on the anchoring element was insufficiently clamped, and those mounted on the anchoring element and with it into the Borhloch used rings usually also prevent the insertion of a conduit into the borehole for the supply of potting compound.
The invention was therefore based on the object to provide a device for centering an anchoring element in a substantially cylindrical hole, which can be easily applied to anchoring elements of any cross-section with a relatively small amount of work and the anchoring element centered in the hole without play and also after Inserting together with the anchoring element into the hole also allows the insertion of a conduit into the hole.
According to the invention this is achieved with an anchoring element of the type mentioned at the outset, which is characterized by a resilient wire applied to the anchoring element, which in the relaxed state has an essentially zigzag shape with a width of the zigzag shape lying above the diameter of the cylindrical hole and in this way on the Anchoring element applied and inserted with this in the cylindrical hole that it runs essentially in the form of an elliptical spiral around the anchoring element and in the middle area between two successive points of maximum deflection of the zigzag shape on the anchoring element and each with the points of maximum deflection of the Zigzag shape lies against the perforated wall,
wherein the distance between the first and third of three successive points of maximum deflection of the zigzag shape is greater with the wire introduced into the cylindrical hole with the anchoring element than with the wire in the relaxed state, and wherein the distance enlargement and the ela
Static wire bending of the helical spring forces of the wire caused around the anchoring element cause the anchoring element with its insertion into the cylindrical hole to be centered in the hole without play by the spring forces exerted around the anchoring element by the resilient wire.
The present anchoring element has the decisive advantage that, with extremely little technical effort and very simple, little time-consuming handling, when applying the resilient wire to the anchoring element and when inserting the anchoring element provided with the helically laid wire into the cylindrical hole, an exact, backlash-free centering of the anchoring element in the cylindrical hole is permitted, and thus for the first time the centering of anchoring elements in boreholes without accepting serious disadvantages which had previously opposed such centering in practice.
In the present anchoring element, the resilient wire is preferably a steel wire.
The invention further relates to an anchoring with the present anchoring element and an essentially cylindrical hole for receiving the anchoring element. The substantially cylindrical hole can either be an unlined drill hole in rock, concrete or compact rock or it can be advantageously formed from the inside of a pipe intended for feeding a borehole, preferably a steel or plastic pipe, this pipe provided for feeding with particular advantage can be designed as an explosive tube. In certain cases it may also be advantageous if the cylindrical hole is a hole pressed, stamped and / or frozen in a non-compact material.
In the present anchoring, the anchoring element can advantageously be formed from one or more wire ropes or expediently consist of one or more solid or hollow profiles.
The cylindrical hole is expediently completely filled by the anchoring element, the wire and a potting compound that fills the remaining space within the hole. The casting compound can advantageously consist of mortar, in particular cement mortar, or of plastic.
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of an explanation of the requirements to be generally imposed on anchorings and on the basis of the following figures using an exemplary embodiment. Show it:
Fig. 1 a resilient wire provided for centering an anchoring element in a cylindrical hole with a substantially zigzag course in the relaxed state, i.e. before application to the anchoring element,
FIG. 2 shows an anchoring element introduced into a borehole lined with a tube, which is centered in the tube with a resilient wire according to FIG. 1 placed around the same, FIG.
3 shows a schematic illustration of a cross section through an anchoring element, which, according to FIG.
1 is introduced into a feeding tube of a borehole to explain the mode of action of the centering spring forces Ki, K2 and K3 exerted by the resilient wire on the anchoring element.

Transfer elements such as wire ropes, rods or profiles to parts prepared outside of the construction. The
The size of the tensile force that can be absorbed by an anchor depends on the relative position of the axis of the anchoring element to the axis of the borehole receiving the anchoring element.
The tensile force that can be transmitted to an anchorage is greatest when the longitudinal axis of the anchoring element coincides with the longitudinal axis of the borehole prepared for receiving the same 10, because in this case the force transmission from the anchoring element to the borehole is essentially uniform on the
Distributed circumference of the anchoring element or the borehole and the specific load per unit area of the inner wall of the borehole thereby remains relatively low.
In addition, the corrosion protection of the anchoring element is also optimal in this case because it is evenly surrounded by casting compound. To such a collapse of the
To achieve the longitudinal axis of the anchoring element with the longitudinal axis 20 of the borehole prepared for receiving the same, the anchoring element is centered in the borehole with the aid of the device described in more detail below.
For this centering, the spring steel wire 2 shown in FIG. 1, which extends essentially in a zigzag shape, is used. This zigzag wire 2 runs in the relaxed state, i.e. before applying on the
Anchoring element, usually as shown in Figure 1, generally in one plane; but this is not mandatory, 30 because the zigzag-shaped wire for transport is of course usually wound up in a tape-like manner on a roll and, if appropriate, can be applied directly from such a roll to the anchoring element, and because the essentially zigzag-shaped wire also has a certain 35 positions in the zigzag shape Bulges could be provided without significantly affecting its centering effect.
In the example shown in FIG. 1, however, the substantially zigzag spring steel wire 2 extends in the relaxed state 40 before it is applied to the anchoring element 3 shown in FIG. 2 in one plane.
The width A of the zigzag shape of the zigzag-shaped resilient steel wire 2 must be greater than the diameter D of this hole 5 before the wire 2 is applied to the anchoring element 3 and introduced together with the same into the cylindrical hole 5, since the
Otherwise, steel wire 2 would not rest after the insertion together with the anchoring element 3 into the hole 5 with its points of maximum deflection of the zigzag shape 50 and this resilient concern of the corners of the

Steel wire 2 is brought onto the anchoring element 3 in such a way that the zigzag-shaped wire 2 is bent ela stically in such a way that the corners of the zigzag-shaped as wire are passed or snapped past the anchoring element 3 successively and after each such passage or - snap the zigzag wire is elastically bent in the opposite direction until the next corner of the wire can be guided past the carrying of the tensile force from the hook 9 onto the hanging anchor element or passing wire corners that snap on the anchor element 3 slide.
After being applied to the anchoring element of the resilient wire 2 on the verment 3, the wire runs approximately as in FIG. 3 in a view into the anchoring element 3 and the axial direction of the anchoring element indicated on the wall of the hole 5 in the 5 wire corners along the perforated wall, and in the form of an elliptical spiral around this slipping, those shown in FIG. 3 effect the anchor element and lie in each case in the middle of the resilient wire 2 on the perforated wall or the inner region between two successive wire corners of the casing 6 exerted spring forces Kl and K2, or
between two successive points, the wire corners located in the hole 5 in the Richmaler deflection of the zigzag shape resiliently adhere to the imaginary two diametrically opposed core elements. Casing tube 6 is formed. With this insertion remain 20 After the complete introduction of the anchoring element because of the above-mentioned, in relation to the diameter mentes 3 with the resilient wire 2 in D of the hole 5 larger width A of the flat zigzag shape, the hole 5 becomes the hole 5 or that of the Anchoring the individual wire corners of the resilient wire 2 each element 3 and the resilient wire 2 for a long time not ingested at the upper edge of the casing tube 6 or

In Fig. 2 the drill hole is enlarged with wire 2.
This casing tube 6 corresponding to the diameter D after the complete insertion of the chasing length must be greater than the anchoring element 3 shown in FIG. 1 and the surrounding chisel length L of the wire 2 resilient in the form of a flat zigzag line into the wire 2 Inside the tube of the lining wire 2, before it is applied to the tube 6, the cylindrical hole 5 formed and the filling of the anchoring element 3, because the diameter D of the hole 5, the remaining space in this hole 5 with sealing compound 7 in the longitudinal direction, as already mentioned above, is less than that Width A of the flat section shown.
A comparison of this FIG. 2 with FIG. 1 is a zigzag shape and a reduction in this width A 35 shows that the length of the zigzag-shaped wire shown in FIG. 1, as can be seen only by pulling the zigzag-shaped wire structure apart, is less than the length of the wire shape shown in FIG. 2 shown wire structure in its longitudinal direction and thus the borehole or the length of the part of the anchoring element 3 which is introduced into the borehole by increasing the lay length L, which could be attributed to this. In each case during the above-mentioned sticking is that, as mentioned above, the lay length of a corner of the wire at the upper edge of the casing 6 40 wire 2 during the introduction together with the anchoring effect the part of the resilient element 3 already inserted into the hole 5 into the hole 5 increased.
This compared to the wire 2 as an elliptical coil spring, the wire structure exerted on the hook 9 by the shorter length of the flat zigzag-shaped anchoring element 3 is to be taken into account when cutting the same. Force as tensile force except for the stuck wire corner. The flat zigzag-shaped wire structure can be transferred and thus pulls the wire corner into the hole 5. 45 can be produced endlessly and then, if necessary - due to this helical spring effect or, if necessary, at the installation site - to the required length of this elliptical helical spring during the overlaps.
