REVENDICATIONS
1. Conditionnement pour boisson, comprenant une boîte en tôle dont l'une des parois frontales plates est préparée pour obtenir une ouverture approximativement triangulaire par action sur une languette d'arrachage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre:
a) un goulot coupe-jet ayant un tuyau de rallonge dont la surface périphérique externe est conformée pour donner un joint étanche avec le bord de l'ouverture s'il est poussé dans celle-ci, et
b) un couvercle-chapeau fixé de manière amovible sur la boîte et renfermant le goulot coupe-jet encore séparé de la boîte.
2. Conditionnement pour boisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau de rallonge fait saillie d'un épaulement plat, destiné à limiter l'enfoncement lors de la mise en place dans l'ouverture de la boîte.
3. Conditionnement pour boisson selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface périphérique extérieure du tuyau de rallonge possède une section droite dont la grandeur diminue progressivement à partir de l'épaulement, en vue de faciliter la formation d'un joint étanche entre cette surface et le bord de l'ouverture au cours de la mise en place du goulot coupe-jet dans sa position d'utilisation.
L'invention se rapporte à un conditionnement pour boisson comprenant une boîte en tôle dont l'une des parois frontales plates est préparée pour obtenir une ouverture approximativement triangulaire par action sur une languette d'arrachage. Surtout certaines limonades sont emballées pour la vente dans ces boîtes. Leur consommation est plutôt difficile parce que la paroi plate ne se prête pas bien pour former avec les lèvres un joint étanche et aussi parce que la boisson coule par jets successifs; I'expérience montre que beaucoup de consommateurs ont de la peine à boire sans qu'il se produise des fuites, la boisson provenant de ces fuites salissant souvent la chemise et/ou un autre vêtement du consommateur.
Un premier but de l'invention consiste à parer à cet inconvénient en fournissant un goulot coupe-jet à utilisation facile, qui a l'avantage d'éviter le contact des lèvres du consommateur avec la surface extérieure, souvent poussiéreuse, de la paroi de la boîte.
Etant donné que les parois des boîtes peuvent facilement être salies par exemple pendant leur stockage aux places de vente (qui souvent se trouvent dans des foires), il est souhaitable de les protéger contre un tel salissement. L'invention a pour deuxième but de fournir un moyen simple agissant dans ce sens et permettant en outre de marier avec la boîte l'organe servant en premier lieu à remplir le premier but énoncé ci-dessus.
La solution consiste essentiellement, pour un conditionnement pour boisson du genre énoncé dans le premier paragraphe, en un agencement tel qu'il est énoncé dans la partie caractéristique de la revendication 1.
Il est manifeste qu'un tel agencement répond dans une large mesure à des besoins d'hygiène publique et rend plus aisée la consommation de la boisson tout en évitant au consommateur le risque de tacher ses vêtements avec des jets ou des gouttes qui lui échappent.
L'invention sera maintenant décrite à titre d'exemple en regard du dessin annexé dans lequel:
la fig. I est une vue en perspective d'une forme d'exécution avec arrachement partiel du conditionnement pour boisson selon l'invention, tel qu'il se présente avant son utilisation,
la fig. 2 est une vue en élévation du même conditionnement tel qu'il se présente quand l'utilisateur a mis en place le goulot coupejet,
la fig. 3 est une vue en élévation du même conditionnement, avec coupe partielle suivant la ligne III-III de la fig. 2, et
les fig. 4 et 5 sont des coupes transversales prises respectivement suivant les lignes IV-IV et V-V de la fig. 3.
Le conditionnement pour boisson qui est représenté au dessin comprend une boîte I en tôle, un goulot coupe-jet 2 et un couverclechapeau 3.
La boîte 1, qui contient la boisson, est répandue très largement dans le commerce. Elle a une paroi périphérique cylindrique et deux parois dont l'une, la, est préparée pour obtenir une ouverture approximativement triangulaire par action sur une languette d'arrachage 4.
Le goulot coupe-jet 2, obtenu par moulage de matière plastique, par exemple thermoplastique, a une forme extérieure de fantaisie pour sa majeure partie. Il a un épaulement 5 plat dont fait saillie un tuyau de rallonge 6 avec une surface périphérique dont la section droite a une grandeur diminuant progressivement à partir de l'épaulement 5, en vue de faciliter la formation d'un joint étanche entre cette surface et le bord de l'ouverture au cours de la mise en place, par poussée, du goulot coupe-jet 2, dans sa position d'utilisation représentée aux fig. 2 à 5. Au bout de ce tuyau de rallonge 6 est raccordée une paroi frontale 7 qui a deux trous 8 et 9 qui contribuent essentiellement à la fonction coupe-jet du goulot 2.
Le couvercle-chapeau 3 ressemble à tous ces organes analogues qui se placent sur des boîtes à aérosol qui sont munies d'une soupape-buse; il tient de manière amovible, par enclenchement, sur l'un des bords circulaires de la boîte 1. Sa hauteur est telle qu'il forme un compartiment suffisamment grand pour contenir le goulot coupe-jet 2 pendant le stockage du conditionnement de boisson, ainsi qu'on le voit à la fig. 1. Il protège alors le goulot coupe-jet 2 et la paroi plate la contre la poussière et d'autres saletés, remplissant ainsi une fonction importante pour l'hygiène publique.
Aussi simple et peu coûteux qu'il soit, le conditionnement pour boisson objet de l'invention a donc des propriétés qui en font un produit original; le conditionnement peut en outre être utilisé pour stimuler la vente de la boisson.

CLAIMS

A first object of the invention consists in overcoming this drawback by providing an easy-to-use jet-stopper neck, which has the advantage of avoiding contact of the consumer's lips with the outer surface, often dusty, of the wall of the consumer. the box.
Since the walls of the boxes can easily be soiled, for example during their storage at sales outlets (which are often found in fairs), it is desirable to protect them against such soiling. The solution consists essentially, for a beverage packaging of the kind stated in the first paragraph, in an arrangement as stated in the characteristic part of claim 1.

The beverage packaging shown in the drawing includes a sheet metal box I, a jet neck 2 and a hat cover 3.
Box 1, which contains the drink, is widely used commercially. It has a cylindrical peripheral wall and two walls, one of which, la, is prepared to obtain an approximately triangular opening by action on a tear-off tab 4.
The jet neck 2, obtained by molding plastic material, for example thermoplastic, has a fancy exterior shape for the most part. It has a flat shoulder 5 from which protrudes an extension pipe 6 with a peripheral surface whose cross section has a size decreasing progressively from the shoulder 5, in order to facilitate the formation of a tight seal between this surface and the edge of the opening during the introduction, by pushing, of the jet-cutting neck 2, in its position of use shown in FIGS. 2 to 5. At the end of this extension pipe 6 is connected a front wall 7 which has two holes 8 and 9 which essentially contribute to the jet-cutting function of the neck 2.
The cap-cover 3 resembles all these similar organs which are placed on aerosol cans which are provided with a nozzle valve; it detachably holds, by latching, on one of the circular edges of the box 1. Its height is such that it forms a compartment large enough to contain the jet neck 2 during storage of the beverage packaging, thus as seen in fig. 1. It then protects the jet neck 2 and the flat wall 1a against dust and other dirt, thus fulfilling an important function for public hygiene.
As simple and inexpensive as it is, the beverage packaging which is the subject of the invention therefore has properties which make it an original product; packaging can also be used to stimulate the sale of the drink.
