REVENDICATIONS
1. Gril de camping comprenant un foyer vertical (1) et des moyens destinés à supporter au moins une broche entraînable par un moteur électrique à pile muni d'un réducteur (20) enfichable à l'extrémité de la broche, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un support vertical supportant deux rails horizontaux (10, 12) et paral lofes dans lesquels peuvent se déplacer les extrémités d'au moins deux traverses (13, 14) reliant les deux rails, ces extrémités étant munies de moyens d'immobilisation des traverses sur les rails, lesdites traverses portant chacune un axe rotatif vertical (17) dont l'extrémité supérieure est enfichable dans ledit réducteur et dont l'extrémité inférieure présente des moyens de suspension d'une broche verticale ou autres moyens de suspension d'une piéce de viande,
les traverses présentant en outre une fente longitudinale (23) permettant de déplacer ledit axe vertical le long de la traverse.
2. Gril selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le support vertical comprend quatre pieds téléscopiques permettant son réglage en hauteur.
3. Gril selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les rails sont en forme de coulisse et que lesdits moyens d'immobilisation des traverses sur les rails sont constitués par des coulisseaux (11) solidaires d'une tige filetée et d'un écrou à ailettes.
4. Gril selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que le foyer vertical est totalement indépendant du support des broches.
La présente invention a pour objet un gril de camping comprenant un foyer vertical et des moyens destinés à supporter au moins une broche entraînable par un moteur électrique à pile muni d'un réducteur enfichable à l'extrémité de la broche.
On connaît de nombreuses exécutions de grils de camping du type susmentionné. Tous ces grils ont en commun la disposition horizontale de la broche. Une telle disposition nécessite un équilibrage de la pièce de viande sur la broche, de maniére à assurer une rotation régulière de la piéce de viande. Or, on se rend compte, dans la pratique, qu'un tel équilibrage est très difficile à réaliser et que le moteur peine pour faire tourner lentement la pièce de viande sur un certain angle, alors que le balourd entraîne brusquement la pièce de viande en rotation, cet angle critique une fois dépassé. D'autre part, les grils de camping connus ne permettent pas de disposer deux broches ou davantage du même côté du foyer et à fortiori ne permettent pas de régler la distance entre les deux broches en fonction du volume des pièces de viande embrochées.
Il n'est en outre pas possible de régler de façon continue la distance entre la broche et le foyer.
La présente invention a pour but de supprimer le problème de l'équilibrage de la pièce de viande dans un gril de camping et de permettre de disposer plusieurs broches devant le foyer et de telle sorte que la position de la broche peut être modifiée de façon continue, sur une certaine plage, relativement au foyer, aussi bien parallèlement que perpendiculairement à ce foyer.
On connaît certes déjà des grils industriels et de restaurants dans lesquels les pièces de viande sont embrochées verticalement ou suspendues, ce qui élimine le problème de l'équilibrage, mais de tels grils sont de construction fixe, complexe et relativement onéreuse.
Le gril de camping selon l'invention est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un support vertical supportant deux rails horizontaux et parallèles dans lesquels peuvent se déplacer les extrémités d'au moins deux traverses reliant les deux rails, ces extrémités étant munies de moyens d'immobilisation des traverses sur les rails, lesdites traverses portant chacune un axe vertical rotatif dont l'extrémité supérieure est enfichable dans ledit réducteur et dont l'extrémité inférieure présente des moyens de suspension d'une broche verticale ou autres moyens de suspension d'une pièce de viande, les traverses présentant en outre une fente longitudinale permettant de déplacer ledit axe vertical le long de la traverse.

Le gril représenté comprend un foyer vertical 1 de forme parallé lèpipédique rectangulaire, dont la partie supérieure est ouverte pour recevoir le bois ou le charbon de bois et dont la paroi verticale frontale est formée par un grillage 2. La paroi opposée, ainsi que les deux parois latérales, sont constituées par des tôles. Le fond horizontal est de préférence également constitué par un grillage pour l'évacuation de la cendre. Ce foyer est muni de deux pieds 3 et 4 constitués par deux barreaux transversaux qui assurent sa stabilité.
Ce foyer est totalement indépendant du support.
Le support des broches comprend quatre pieds 5, 6, 7 et 8 téléscopiques. Les pieds 5 et 6 sont reliés par une barre horizontale 9 portant un rail 10 en forme de profil en U dont les bords recourbés forment une glissière pour des coulisseaux 11 (fig. 3). Les pieds 7 et 8 sont reliés de la même façon par une barre sur laquelle est fixé un rail 12 identique au rail 10. Les rails 10 et 12 sont reliés entre eux par deux traverses 13 et 14, au moyen de tiges filetées 15 solidaires des coulisseaux 11 et des écrous à ailettes 16 (fig. 3). Au moyen de l'écrou à ailettes, on voit qu'il est possible de bloquer les coulisseaux 11 dans le rail correspondant et d'immobiliser ainsi les traverses 13 et 14 dans la position désirée.
Chacune des traverses 13 et 14 porte un axe vertical 17 monté rotativement dans un support 18. L'extrémité supérieure de cet axe 17 est munie d'un carré 19 qui vient s'emboîter dans le trou carré correspondant d'un motoréducteur 20 traditionnel. Ce motoréducteur 20 est empêché de tourner par l'engagement d'un doigt dans un tube 21 solidaire d'un chariot non représenté supportant également le support 18. L'extrémité inférieure de l'axe rotatif 17 est munie d'un trou 22 permettant la suspension d'une broche ou de tout autre moyen de suspension d'une pièce de viande. Les axes 17 traversent les traverses 13 et 14 à travers une fente 23 d'une longueur d'environ 12 cm qui permet de déplacer cet axe 17, avec son chariot, le long de la traverse qui le supporte.
Cette mobilité permet de disposer la broche plus ou moins près du foyer 1, sans qu'il soit nécessaire de déplacer ce foyer ou le support.
Pour la mise en place des broches, on desserre les écrous à ailettes 16, ce qui permet d'écarter les traverses 13 et 14 I'une de l'autre, pour faciliter la suspension des broches munies de leur pièce de viande. On rapproche ensuite les deux traverses de manière que les broches profitent le mieux possible de la chaleur du foyer, et on immobilise les traverses 13 et 14 sur les rails 10 et 12 enserrant les écrous à ailettes 16.
En allongeant les rails 10 et 12 et le foyer 1, il est sans autre possible d'augmenter le nombre de broches.
Pour le nettoyage, le foyer, totalement indépendant du support des broches, peut être enlevé sans toucher au support
L'invention est susceptible d'un nombre infini de variantes d'exécution. En particulier, les profilés en U constituant les traverses 13 et 14 peuvent être tournés dans l'autre sens de manière à constituer des glissières pour les chariots supportant les axes 17.
Le gril est facilement démontable; il suffit de dévisser les écrous à ailettes 16 pour séparer les traverses 13 et 14 des rails 10 et 12. A l'état démonté, le gril occupe très peu de place.

CLAIMS
1. Camping grill comprising a vertical hearth (1) and means intended to support at least one spindle which can be driven by a battery electric motor provided with a reducer (20) pluggable at the end of the spindle, characterized by the fact that it comprises a vertical support supporting two horizontal rails (10, 12) and paral lofes in which can move the ends of at least two sleepers (13, 14) connecting the two rails, these ends being provided with means immobilization of the sleepers on the rails, said sleepers each carrying a vertical rotary axis (17) whose upper end is pluggable into said reducer and whose lower end has means for suspending a vertical spindle or other means for suspending 'a piece of meat,
the sleepers further having a longitudinal slot (23) for moving said vertical axis along the sleeper.
2. Grill according to claim 1, characterized in that the vertical support comprises four telescopic legs allowing its height adjustment.
3. Grill according to claim 1, characterized in that the rails are in the form of a slide and that said means for immobilizing the crosspieces on the rails consist of slides (11) integral with a threaded rod and a wing nut.
4. Grill according to one of claims 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the vertical hearth is completely independent of the support of the pins.
The present invention relates to a camping grill comprising a vertical hearth and means intended to support at least one spindle which can be driven by a battery electric motor provided with a pluggable reducer at the end of the spindle.
Numerous versions of camping grills of the aforementioned type are known. All these grills have in common the horizontal arrangement of the spit. Such an arrangement requires balancing the piece of meat on the spit, so as to ensure regular rotation of the piece of meat. However, we realize, in practice, that such balancing is very difficult to achieve and that the engine is struggling to slowly rotate the piece of meat at a certain angle, while the imbalance abruptly drives the piece of meat in rotation, this critical angle once exceeded. On the other hand, known camping grills do not allow two or more pins to be placed on the same side of the hearth and a fortiori do not allow the distance between the two pins to be adjusted as a function of the volume of the pieces of skewered meat.
It is also not possible to continuously adjust the distance between the spit and the fireplace.
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the problem of balancing the piece of meat in a camping grill and to make it possible to have several spits in front of the hearth and so that the position of the spit can be changed continuously. , over a certain range, relative to the focus, both parallel and perpendicular to this focus.
Industrial and restaurant grills are certainly already known in which the pieces of meat are skewered vertically or suspended, which eliminates the problem of balancing, but such grills are of fixed, complex and relatively expensive construction.
The camping grill according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises a vertical support supporting two horizontal and parallel rails in which the ends of at least two crosspieces connecting the two rails can move, these ends being provided with means for immobilizing the sleepers on the rails, said sleepers each carrying a rotary vertical axis the upper end of which is pluggable into said reduction gear and the lower end of which has means for suspending a vertical spindle or other means for suspending a piece of meat, the crosspieces also having a longitudinal slot making it possible to move said vertical axis along the crosspiece.

The grill represented comprises a vertical hearth 1 of rectangular lepipedic parallel shape, the upper part of which is open to receive wood or charcoal and the vertical front wall of which is formed by a grid 2. The opposite wall, as well as the two side walls, are constituted by sheets. The horizontal bottom is preferably also constituted by a grid for the evacuation of the ash. This hearth is provided with two feet 3 and 4 constituted by two transverse bars which ensure its stability.
This fireplace is completely independent of the support.
The support of the pins includes four feet 5, 6, 7 and 8 telescopic. The feet 5 and 6 are connected by a horizontal bar 9 carrying a rail 10 in the form of a U-shaped profile, the curved edges of which form a slide for slides 11 (fig. 3). The feet 7 and 8 are connected in the same way by a bar on which is fixed a rail 12 identical to the rail 10. The rails 10 and 12 are interconnected by two crosspieces 13 and 14, by means of threaded rods 15 integral with the slides 11 and wing nuts 16 (fig. 3). By means of the wing nut, it is seen that it is possible to block the slides 11 in the corresponding rail and thus immobilize the crosspieces 13 and 14 in the desired position.
Each of the crosspieces 13 and 14 carries a vertical axis 17 rotatably mounted in a support 18. The upper end of this axis 17 is provided with a square 19 which comes to fit into the corresponding square hole of a traditional gearmotor 20. This geared motor 20 is prevented from rotating by the engagement of a finger in a tube 21 secured to a carriage not shown also supporting the support 18. The lower end of the rotary axis 17 is provided with a hole 22 allowing the suspension of a spit or any other means of suspending a piece of meat. The axes 17 cross the crosspieces 13 and 14 through a slot 23 with a length of approximately 12 cm which makes it possible to move this axis 17, with its carriage, along the crosspiece which supports it.
This mobility makes it possible to have the spindle more or less close to the hearth 1, without it being necessary to move this hearth or the support.
For the installation of the pins, the wing nuts 16 are loosened, which makes it possible to separate the crosspieces 13 and 14 from one another, to facilitate the suspension of the pins provided with their piece of meat. The two crosspieces are then brought together so that the pins benefit as much as possible from the heat of the hearth, and the crosspieces 13 and 14 are immobilized on the rails 10 and 12 enclosing the wing nuts 16.
By lengthening the rails 10 and 12 and the hearth 1, it is without other possibility to increase the number of pins.
For cleaning, the fireplace, completely independent of the spindle support, can be removed without touching the support
The invention is capable of an infinite number of variant embodiments. In particular, the U-shaped profiles constituting the crosspieces 13 and 14 can be turned in the other direction so as to constitute slides for the carriages supporting the axes 17.
The grill is easily removable; it suffices to unscrew the wing nuts 16 to separate the cross members 13 and 14 from the rails 10 and 12. In the disassembled state, the grill occupies very little space.
