Gril La présente invention a pour objet un gril com prenant un carter portant un corps de chauffe élec trique, caractérisé par le fait que ce carter comporte une paroi supérieure présentant une ouverture et en regard de celle-ci un tiroir mobile portant un moteur électrique destiné à actionner rotativement un arbre pourvu d'au moins un ustensile de cuisson en regard dudit corps de chauffe,
l'arbre susmentionné pas sant au travers d'une plaque-saucière mobile sur ledit carter et destinée à être actionnée pour rappro cher et éloigner ledit ustensile de cuisson et ledit arbre du corps de chauffe, les rayons calorifiques émis par celui-ci étant en partie réfléchis vers l'usten sile de cuisson au moyen d'un réflecteur présentant latéralement au moins un volet articulé.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du gril objet de l'invention. La fig. 1 en est une vue en coupe longitudinale axiale ; la fig. 2 est une vue en coupe suivant II-II de la fig. 1.
Le gril représenté comprend un carter 1 en tôle, rectangulaire en plan, comportant une paroi latérale 2. Cette dernière porte à une des extrémités du car ter 1, fixée par soudage, une cloison transversale 3 façonnée pour constituer un redan 4 ; l'extrémité supérieure de la paroi 2 et de la cloison 3 porte un couvercle 5 fermant un logement 6.
Sur la cloison 3 sont fixées les deux branches coudées d'extrémités 7 d'un corps de chauffe 8 ali menté en énergie électrique au moyen de conducteurs 9 disposés dans le logement 6 ; ces branches 7 pré sentant chacune une partie verticale et une partie horizontale portent par l'intermédiaire de ces der nières un réflecteur 10 légèrement parabolique pre nant en outre appui contre la cloison 3 ; sur les bords. latéraux de ce réflecteur 10 sont articulés, par l'inter- médiaire de charnières 11, deux volets 12 munis chacun d'une poignée de manoeuvre 13.
Le carter 1 comprend une paroi supérieure 14 présentant une ouverture longitudinale axiale 15 ; en regard, de celle-ci, la face inférieure de la paroi 14 porte, par l'intermédiaire de ferrures 24, un tiroir 16 mobile longitudinalement ;
sur ce dernier est fixé, au moyen de boulons 17, un moteur électrique 18, l'arbre vertical 19 de ce dernier étant accouplé à un arbre 20 coaxial monté sur un palier 21 comprenant deux roulements à billes 22 et une entretoise 23, ce palier 21 étant porté par le tiroir 16.
Sur l'extrémité supérieure de l'arbre 20 est monté, en regard du corps de chauffe 8, un usten sile de cuisson 25 destiné à être entraîné rotative- ment, et comprenant quatre branches 26 en treillis métallique soudées sur une douille 27 ; cette dernière fixée sur l'arbre 20 comprend un renvoi de liquide 28.
Sur les parties longitudinales de la paroi 2 sont soudés deux fers cornières 29 portant une plaque- saucière 30 mobile longitudinalement et inclinée de haut en bas de l'extrémité du carter 1 portant le corps de chauffe 8 vers l'autre extrémité de celui-ci ;
cette plaque-saucière 30 présente deux plans longitu dinaux 31 inclinés l'un vers l'autre pour former une rigole médiane longitudinale 32 ; celle-ci aboutit à son extrémité inférieure au-dessus d'une saucière 33 accrochée sur le carter 1. La plaque 30 est percée d'un orifice 34 et son extrémité supérieure est sus ceptible d'être engagée dans le redan 4 sus mentionné ; dans l'orifice 34 est soudé un manchon 35 entourant l'arbre 20.
Le gril représenté est utilisé comme suit Le corps de chauffe 8 étant alimenté en énergie électrique, une pièce à cuire, un poulet par exemple, est placée sur l'ustensile 25 ; puis le moteur 18 est connecté à une source d'énergie électrique et, de ce fait, entraîne rotativement les arbres 19 et 20 et l'us tensile 25 ;
la plaque 30 peut, suivant les besoins de la cuisson, être déplacée manuellement longitudina lement en entraînant, par l'intermédiaire du man chon 35, les arbres 19 et 20, le tiroir 16, le moteur 18 et l'ustensile 25, ce dernier pouvant de ce fait être rapproché plus ou moins du corps de chauffe 8 ; les volets 12 peuvent également être plus ou moins rapprochés de l'ustensile 25 de façon à con centrer plus ou moins les rayons calorifiques émis par le corps de chauffe 8 sur la pièce à cuire ;
les résidus liquides de la cuisson s'écoulent alors par la rigole 32 dans la saucière 33.
Il est prévu de réaliser un gril présentant un arbre 20 portant, par exemple, deux ustensiles de cuisson, et un réflecteur comprenant un seul volet articulé, ce réflecteur étant monté amoviblement sur quatre branches, par exemple, du corps de chauffe 8 ; il est aussi prévu d'incorporer la saucière 33 à la plaque 30.

the aforementioned shaft not sant through a mobile gravy plate on said housing and intended to be actuated to bring said cooking utensil and said shaft closer to and away from the heating body, the heat rays emitted by the latter being in part reflected towards the cooking utensil by means of a reflector having laterally at least one hinged flap.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the grill which is the subject of the invention. Fig. 1 is a view thereof in axial longitudinal section; fig. 2 is a sectional view along II-II of FIG. 1.
The grill shown comprises a casing 1 made of sheet metal, rectangular in plan, comprising a side wall 2. The latter carries at one end of the casing 1, fixed by welding, a transverse partition 3 shaped to form a step 4; the upper end of the wall 2 and of the partition 3 carries a cover 5 closing a housing 6.
On the partition 3 are fixed the two bent end branches 7 of a heating body 8 supplied with electrical energy by means of conductors 9 arranged in the housing 6; these branches 7 each having a vertical part and a horizontal part, via the latter, carry a slightly parabolic reflector 10 further bearing against the partition 3; the edges. The sides of this reflector 10 are articulated, by means of hinges 11, two flaps 12 each provided with an operating handle 13.
The housing 1 comprises an upper wall 14 having an axial longitudinal opening 15; next to the latter, the lower face of the wall 14 carries, by means of fittings 24, a drawer 16 movable longitudinally;
on the latter is fixed, by means of bolts 17, an electric motor 18, the vertical shaft 19 of the latter being coupled to a coaxial shaft 20 mounted on a bearing 21 comprising two ball bearings 22 and a spacer 23, this bearing 21 being carried by the drawer 16.
On the upper end of the shaft 20 is mounted, facing the heating body 8, a cooking utensil 25 intended to be rotatably driven, and comprising four branches 26 made of metal mesh welded to a socket 27; the latter fixed on the shaft 20 comprises a liquid return 28.
On the longitudinal parts of the wall 2 are welded two angle irons 29 carrying a saucer plate 30 movable longitudinally and inclined from top to bottom of the end of the casing 1 carrying the heating body 8 towards the other end thereof. ;
this gravy plate 30 has two longitudinal planes 31 inclined towards each other to form a longitudinal median channel 32; this ends at its lower end above a gravy boat 33 hooked onto the housing 1. The plate 30 is pierced with an orifice 34 and its upper end is capable of being engaged in the aforementioned step 4; in the orifice 34 is welded a sleeve 35 surrounding the shaft 20.
The grill shown is used as follows: The heating body 8 being supplied with electrical energy, a piece to be cooked, a chicken for example, is placed on the utensil 25; then the motor 18 is connected to a source of electrical energy and, therefore, rotatably drives the shafts 19 and 20 and the tensile 25;
the plate 30 can, according to the needs of the cooking, be moved manually longitudinally by driving, via the handle 35, the shafts 19 and 20, the drawer 16, the motor 18 and the utensil 25, the latter can therefore be brought closer or less to the heating body 8; the flaps 12 can also be more or less close to the utensil 25 so as to concentrate more or less the heat rays emitted by the heating body 8 on the part to be fired;
the liquid cooking residues then flow through the channel 32 into the gravy boat 33.
Provision is made for a grill having a shaft 20 carrying, for example, two cooking utensils, and a reflector comprising a single hinged flap, this reflector being removably mounted on four branches, for example, of the heating body 8; it is also planned to incorporate the gravy boat 33 into the plate 30.
