PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungsschrank mit einem gekühlten Warenraum, der nach unten von einem Warentragboden begrenzt ist, unterhalb dessen sich eine Wanne zur Aufnahme der Kühleinrichtung mit Wärmeaustauscher befindet und welcher nach oben kippbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmeaustauscher (6) der Kühleinrichtung mit dem Warentragboden (4)eine bauliche Einheit bildet und als solche Einheit zusammen mit dem Warentragboden (4) hochkippbar ist.
2. Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungsschrank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmeaustauscher (6) ein Grossflächen-Lamellenverdampfer ist, der an der Unterseite des Warentragbodens (4) diese weitgehend überdeckend befestigt ist.
3. Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungsschrank nach Anspruch I oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Warentragboden (4) im wesentlichen aus einer metallischen Platte besteht, mit welcher der Wärmeaustauscher (6) unmittelbaren Kontakt hat.
4. Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungsschrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kippmechanismus des Warentragbodens (4) durch eine oder mehrere Gasdruckfedern (9) unterstützt und entlastet ist.
5. Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungsschrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Wanne (5) unterhalb des Warentragbodens (4) von diesem getrennt mindestens ein Ventilator (7) und/oder eine Befeuchtungseinrichtung (8) eingebaut ist.
Die Neuerung betrifft einen Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungsschrank mit einem gekühlten Warenraum, der nach unten von einem Warentragboden begrenzt ist, unterhalb dessen sich eine Wanne zur Aufnahme der Kühleinrichtung mit Wärmeaustauscher befindet und welcher nach oben kippbar ist.
Derartige Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungsschränke sind allgemein bekannt. Sie sind üblicherweise als Vitrinen ausgebildet, insbesondere als Ladeneinrichtungen von Lebensmittelgeschäften mit kühlzuhaltenden Waren wie Fleisch- und Wurstwaren, Fischwaren, Backwaren, Milcherzeugnisse und dergleichen mehr. Ein wichtiges Erfordernis solcher Ladentheken ist ihre richtige Kühlung und ihre Sauberhaltung.
In der Praxis haben sich Verkaufs- und Ausstellungsschränke mit einer sogenannten Umluftkühlung bewährt.
Dabei befindet sich in einer Wanne unterhalb der Warenablage (Warentragboden) ein zumeist als Lamellenverdampfer ausgebildeter Wärmeaustauscher und ein Ventilator zur Luftumwälzung. Um die Wanne reinigen zu können, ist es bekannt, den sie abdeckenden Warentragboden um seine hintere Längskante als Schwenkachse hochkippbar im Vitrinengehäuse anzuordnen. Damit ist ein praxisgerechter Zugang zu der die Kühleinrichtung aufnehmenden Wanne (Kühlwanne) ermöglicht. Der in der Wanne untergebrachte Wärmeaustauscher behindert jedoch, insbesondere wenn es sich um einen kühltechnisch an sich vorteilhaften Lamellenverdampfer handelt, wesentlich eine gründliche Reinigung der Kühlwanne.
Der Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen gekühlten Verkaufs- bzw. Ausstellungsschrank zu schaffen, der bei idealem Kühlsystem eine schnelle und leichte Säuberung der durch Kondensate für Verschmutzung besonders anfälligen Kühlwanne ermöglicht. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird vorgeschlagen, einen Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungs schrank der eingangs erwähnten Art so zu gestalten, dass der
Wärmeaustauscher der Kühleinrichtung mit dem Waren tragboden eine bauliche Einheit bildet und als solche Einheit zusammen mit dem Warentragboden hochkippbar ist.
Bei einem neuerungsgemässen Verkaufs- und/oder Aus stellungsschrank kann der Wärmeaustauscher im Prinzip von beliebiger Art sein, wie z. B. aus einem Platten- oder Lamellenverdampfer bestehen. Bevorzugt ist jedoch der Wärmeaustauscher im Hinblick auf Kühlleistung und Luftbefeuchtung ein Lamellenverdampfer, der in weiterer Ausge staltung der Neuerung als Grossflächen-Lamellenverdampfer an der Unterseite des Warentragbodens, diese weitgehend überdeckend, befestigt ist. Während ein entsprechender
Lamellenverdampfer bei seiner Anordnung in der Wanne unterhalb des Warentragbodens einer Reinigung der Wanne entgegensteht und mit der Zeit zunehmend verschmutzt, setzt der am Warentragboden abgehängte Lamellenverdampfer weniger Schmutz an und gibt beim Hochkippen des Warentragbodens den Innenraum der Wanne für eine gründliche Säuberung frei.
Der Warentragboden eines neuerungsgemässen Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungsschrankes besteht vorteilhaft im wesentlichen aus einer metallischen Platte, mit welcher der Wärmeaustauscher unmittelbaren Kontakt hat. Damit lassen sich die Vorteile einer Kontakt- und Verdampferkühlung in hervorragender Weise miteinander kombinieren.
Zwar ist eine Kontaktkühlung als solche, bei der ein metallischer Vitrinenboden mit Kühlschlangen unterlegt ist, an sich bekannt, jedoch ist bei solchen bekannten Ladentheken der Vitrinenboden nicht hochkippbar. Es ist deshalb auch neu, bei einer Verkaufstheke mit Kontaktkühlung des Warentragbodens unter diesem einen Raum zu haben, in dem zweckmässig ein Ventilator und/oder eine Befeuchtungseinrichtung eingebaut ist, wie man es ansonsten im Zusammenhang mit einem vom Warentragboden getrennt angeordneten Verdampfer mit Umluftkühlung kennt.
Die hochkippbare bauliche Einheit des Warentragbodens und Wärmeaustauschers eines neuerungsgemässen Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungsschrankes ist naturgemäss schwerer als ein vergleichbarer Warentragboden allein. Es empfiehlt sich deshalb, den Kippmechanismus des Warentragbodens zu entlasten. Diesem Zweck können vorteilhaft Gasdruckfedern dienen, die unterhalb des Warentragbodens diesen abstützend jeweils über ein Gelenk zwischen dem Warentragboden und dem Gehäuse des Verkaufsschrankes eingespannt sind.
Anhand des in den Figuren der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels soll die Neuerung nachstehend näher erläutert werden. Dabei zeigt:
Fig. 1 einen neuerungsgemässen Verkaufs- und/oder Ausstellungsschrank in perspektivischer Darstellungsweise, seitlich abgebrochen, und
Fig. 2 eine Einzelheit II der Fig. 1 in vergrösserter Darstellungsweise.
In den Figuren der Zeichnung ist mit 1 der Korpus eines Verkaufsschrankes in an sich bekannter Form mit einer Frontglasscheibe 2 bezeichnet. Es handelt sich dabei um einen Schrank mit einem gekühlten Warenraum 3, der nach unten von einem Warentragboden 4 begrenzt ist. Normalerweise befindet sich der Warentragboden, wie in der Zeichnung mit strichpunktierten Linien umrissen, in horizontaler Lage, ist jedoch nach oben kippbar, wobei die Zeichnung den Warentragboden 4 im hochgekippten Zustand zeigt.
Unterhalb des eigentlichen Warenraums 3, also unterhalb des Warentragbodens 4 in dessen normaler Stellung, befindet sich eine Wanne 5, die räumlich die Kühleinrichtung für den Verkaufsschrank aufnimmt.
Während bei bekannten Verkaufsschränken der darge
stellten Form und Art ein oder mehrere Wärmeaustauscher in der Wanne 5 fest eingebaut sind, ist gemäss der Neuerung der für die Kühleinrichtung erforderliche Wärmeaustauscher 6 mit dem hochkippbaren Warentragboden 4 zu einer baulichen Einheit vereinigt. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Wärmeaustauscher 6 ein Grossflächen-Lamellenverdampfer, der an der Unterseite des Warentragbodens 4 befestigt ist und dabei die Unterseite des Warentragbodens weitgehend überdeckt. Der Wärmeaustauscher 6 wird deshalb beim Hochkippen des Warentragbodens 4 zwangsläufig mit hochgehoben, so dass die Wanne 5 ohne störende Einbauten, insbesondere in Form kantiger Lamellenverdampfer, schnell und gründlich gereinigt werden kann. In der Wanne selbst bleiben nur, wie an sich bekannt, fest eingebaute, mit 7 angedeutete Ventilatoren sowie eine mit 8 angedeutete Befeuchtungseinrichtung.
Die bauliche Vereinigung von Warentragboden 4 und Wärmeaustauscher 6 hat nicht nur den Vorteil, dass letzterer einer Reinigung der Wanne 5 nach Hochkippen des Warentragbodens nicht hinderlich entgegensteht, sondern ermöglicht auch die Kombination einer sogenannten Kontaktkühlung mit einer Verdampferkühlung. Diese Kombination stellt sich unmittelbar ein, wenn der Warentragboden 4 eine metallische Platte, z. B. aus Chromstahl ist, wie bei gekühlten Verkaufsschränken an sich ebenfalls bekannt.
Wie aus Fig. 2 näher ersichtlich, ist der Kippmechanismus für den Warentragboden 4 mit dem daran befestigten Wärmeaustauscher 6 an der Wandung des Korpus 1 des Verkaufsschrankes verankert. Zur mechanischen Entlastung und Erleichterung des Kippvorganges ist mindestens eine Gasdruckfeder 9 vorgesehen, die gelenkig einerseits am Korpus 1 und anderseits an der baulichen Einheit aus Warentragboden 4 und Wärmeaustauscher 6 angreift. Die Kraft der Gasdruckfeder 9 ist dabei selbstverständlich so bemessen, dass das Gewicht von Warentragboden 4 mit Wärmeaustauscher 6 ausreicht, um eine horizontale Stellung dieser Einheit nicht aufzuheben.
Die Neuerung beschränkt sich nicht auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel. Insbesondere braucht der Wärmeaustauscher nicht zwingend ein Lamellenverdampfer zu sein.
Auch ist die Entlastung des Kippmechanismus für Warentragboden und Wärmeaustauscher in das Belieben des Fachmannes gestellt und könnte beispielsweise sich anstelle von Gasdruckfedern auch einer Hydraulik bedienen.

The innovation is not limited to the illustrated embodiment. In particular, the heat exchanger does not necessarily have to be a finned evaporator.
