PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1.Vacuum cleaner nozzle with thread pickups made of velor, which can only be used in front of and behind the suction opening in such a way that their inclined cutlery is always directed towards the suction opening, characterized in that each thread pickup (2) is in a trough (4) as a vacuum cleaner lower part trained sliding sole (1) is inserted, the troughs (4) having molded-on protective edges (5) and the distance between the contact surface of the sliding sole on the floor, which is provided by tear-off edges (8), and the top of the thread receiver inserted into the troughs (4) (2) is between 2 and 2.5 mm.
2. Vacuum cleaner nozzle according to claim 1, characterized in that the overall height of the thread pickup (2) with applied brush velor (7) is between 3.2 and 3.7 mm, the substructure (6) used as carrier material being a 1.2 mm thick Is polystyrene strip.
3. Vacuum cleaner nozzle according to claim 2, characterized in that the brush velor consists of a mixture ratio of 55% nylon and 45% cotton and is applied with a weight of 400 g / m2.
The invention is based on a vacuum cleaner nozzle with thread pickups of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1.
In such vacuum cleaner nozzles, the thread take-up is worn out too quickly; in addition, a good absorption of threads, lint and. Like. Not always guaranteed.
The invention specified in claim 1 has for its object to provide a vacuum cleaner nozzle of the type mentioned, in which the thread take-up itself is more wear-resistant by suitable training in shape and material and by better accommodation in the nozzle and is therefore also effective over a long period of time.
This object is achieved according to the characterizing part of claim 1 in conjunction with its preamble. Advantageous developments of the invention also result from the features of claims 2 and 3.
A preferred embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below, for example, with reference to the single schematic drawing; the one figure shows a section of the lower part of the nozzle with the inserted thread take-up.
In order to achieve the best possible results, the sliding sole 1, which is designed as the lower part of the vacuum cleaner nozzle, was designed in the area of the thread receptacles 2 such that they come to lie on both sides of the suction opening 3 in depressions or depressions 4. Protective edges 5 are formed on both sides of these troughs 4 along the length. These prevent premature wear of the thread pickups 2 used.
The most suitable overall height of the thread pickup 2 has been found to be 3.2 to 3.7 mm, the substructure 6 consisting of 1.2 mm thick polystyrene. The brush velor 7 applied consists of 55% nylon and 45 C / o cotton and is applied with a weight of 400 g / m2.
The top of the velor has a distance x from the tear-off edge 8, which is between 2 to 2.5 mm. This distance x causes the surface of the thread pickup 2 to work, e.g. B. touches the carpet to be cleaned so cheaply that it lifts off the surface contamination, threads and fluff and, in addition, the air speed over the entire length of the thread take-up is so great that the removed contamination is suctioned off.
It should also be mentioned that, as is known, the dirt that is picked up is wiped off by the inclined position of the bristles of the brush velor 7 during backward movement and thus comes to lie in front of the suction nozzle so that easy suction is possible.
