PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1. plain bearing, consisting of a base plate made of metal, a plastic plate fixed thereon in the form of a perforated plate, the holes in the plastic plate containing a lubricant, and a slide plate lying on the plastic plate made of metal, characterized in that the base plate (1) on it Contact surface (6) with the plastic plate (2) has a roughness in the range of N4-N10, so that on the one hand the lubricant stored in the holes (4) cannot escape at this contact surface, on the other hand the frictional forces between the plastic plate (2) and the Base plate (1) are such that a Relativ shift between these plates on the contact surface is counteracted.
2. plain bearing according to claim 1, characterized in that the roughness of the contact surface of the base plate with the plastic plate is in the range of N6-N8.
The present invention relates to a plain bearing, in particular for bridges and. Structures, consisting of a base plate made of metal, a plastic plate fixed thereon in the form of a perforated plate, the holes in the plastic plate containing a lubricant, and a sliding plate made of metal resting on the plastic plate.
Plain bearings of the type described above are known in the construction industry. The base plate is equipped with a plastic plate, on which finally a slide plate, which is to be attached to another structural part, slides.
In particular in order to reduce the initial friction, it has been proposed to make holes in the plastic plate into which a lubricant, e.g. Fat that is filled.
This allows the top of the plastic surface, i.e. H. those on which the sliding plate has to be displaceable are provided with a lubricating film.
In certain known embodiments, the plastic plate has through bores which contain the lubricant. Such constructions correspond essentially to known arrangements for the lubrication of parts which move relative to one another. In another embodiment, the holes are not continuous and filled with grease. With this solution, as with the one with through holes, the holes are pressed together under load and thus the lubricant is pressurized. This has the advantage that the lubricant is pressed against the surface to be lubricated under pressure.
So far, satisfactory results have not yet been achieved in the embodiments with plastic plates with through bores. This may be because the lubricant can flow out of the hole not only on one side, but also on the side of the base plate.
This results in a loss of lubricant, which of course quickly leads to the inoperability of the construction. This could basically be remedied by placing the plastic plate on a sealing layer. Such seals are not permitted, as tests have shown.
The present invention aims to largely avoid the disadvantages of the previously known plain bearings.
The plain bearing according to the invention is characterized in that the base plate has a roughness in the range of N4-N10 on its contact surface, so that on the one hand the lubricant stored in the holes cannot escape at this contact surface, and on the other hand the frictional forces between the Plastic plate and the base plate are so large that a Relativ shift between these plates on the contact surface is counteracted.
The roughness of the contact surface of the base plate with the plastic plate, which is decisive for the invention, is preferably in the range of N6-N8 (roughness classes according to ISO standard 1302-1974 / VSM standard 10 231-1974).
According to the invention, the roughness of the contact surface of the base plate with the plastic plate should play an important role. In order to prevent the lubricant from escaping from this contact surface, there is of course a tendency to make this surface as smooth as possible. However, this has the disadvantage that the plastic plate has little or no adhesion to this contact surface and the plastic plate can flow away to the side. In order to remedy this obvious disadvantage, the roughness according to the invention of the contact surface has now been chosen in such a way that sufficient sealing of the holes in the plastic plate is achieved, but at the same time it is so large that a relative displacement of the plastic plate with respect to the base plate is counteracted.
Thanks to the through holes, the greatest possible volume of lubricant and thus a long lubrication effect is achieved.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of a plain bearing according to the invention, and
Fig. 2 shows a section, purely schematically, through a plain bearing according to the invention.
Fig. 1 of the drawing shows a slide bearing, which consists essentially of the base plate 1 made of metal and a plastic plate 2 fixed thereon in the form of a perforated plate, the whole being covered by a slide plate 3 made of metal. The base plate 1 rests on one structural part, while the actual sliding plate is attached to the other structural part. The special design of the perforated plastic plate 2 is explained in more detail below with reference to FIG. 2.
Fig. 2 of the drawing shows a section of a plain bearing according to the invention. Here, too, the base plate 1, the perforated plastic plate 2 and the sliding plate 3 resting thereon can be seen. The plates 1 and 3 are made of metal. The plastic plate 2 is provided with through holes or holes 4. These bores, which are slightly countersunk at the upper end, are filled with a lubricant 5. Thanks to the continuous arrangement of the holes or the bores 4, it is extremely easy to fill them with a lubricant. In the case of holes that did not go through, it was previously extremely difficult to completely fill them with lubricant. Any suitable grease can be used as a lubricant.
In the arrangement according to the invention, in the upper part of the bores, i. H. a liquid lubricating film on the contact surface with the sliding plate 3. This ensures extraordinarily good lubrication of the sliding surface.
In the embodiment shown, the plastic plate 2 is fixed in a recess in the base plate 1. So that the plate 2 can not be moved from its position on the base plate 2. In order to largely prevent sliding of the plastic plate 2 on the contact surface 6 of the plate 1 and thus also to counter the flow of the plastic plate, the contact surface 6 has a certain roughness. This roughness is chosen so that a good seal of the lower ends of the bores 4 is achieved, and nevertheless a relative displacement between the plastic plate 2 and the contact surface 6 of the base plate 1 is prevented. The roughness is in the range of N4-N10, in particular in the range of N6-N8.
