Le brevet principal avait pour objet une chaîne à neige com
portant des chaînons destinés à venir sur la bande de roulement
du pneu et reliés d'un côté à une chaîne de maintien fermée, et de
l'autre côté à une chaîne de maintien ouverte, et un dispositif de
fixation et de tension, cette chaîne comprenant un chaînon de
roulement relié d'une part à la chaîne ouverte, et d'autre part à
une chaîne de fixation et de tension terminée par un organe
d'accrochage, et l'autre extrémité de la chaîne ouverte comportant
un dispositif de renvoi pour le passage de la chaîne de fixation, le
tout de maniére que, la chaîne de fixation et de tension étant
passée dans le dispositif de renvoi, la chaîne peut être mise en
place sur le pneu du côté extérieur de la roue, une faible rotation
de la roue permettant la mise en place du chaînon relié à la chaîne de fixation,
et la tension et la fixation de la chaîne de fixation.
La présente invention a pour but de faciliter la tension de la chaîne ouverte et de permettre la mise en place de la chaîne sur la
roue sans déplacement de la voiture et sans qu'il soit nécessaire de repasser la chaîne de fixation dans le dispositif de renvoi, ce qui demande une certaine adresse.
L'invention a dès lors pour objet une chaîne à neige selon le brevet principal, caractérisée par le fait que le chaînon de roulement, relié d'une part à une premiére extrémité de la chaîne ouverte et d'autre part à la chaîne de fixation, est fixé directement à la chaîne de fixation par l'une de ses extrémités, tandis que son autre extrémité comporte un premier anneau traversé par la chaîne de fixation de maniére à former une boucle coulissant dans un deuxiéme anneau fixé à la première extrémité de la chaîne ouverte, le dispositif de renvoi à l'autre extrémité de la chaîne ouverte étant constitué par ledit premier anneau fixé à l'extrémité dudit chaînon de roulement.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'invention.
L'unique figure du dessin représente une vue partielle d'une chaîne à neige, montrant la partie modifiée par rapport à celle décrite dans le brevet principal.
On a représenté simplement les deux extrémités de la chaîne ouverte 3 identique à la chaîne ouverte de la forme d'exécution décrite dans le brevet principal. Les éléments non représentés ne sont pas modifiés. On retrouve également le chaînon spécial de roulement 6 dont une extrémité est reliée à la chaîne de fixation 7, laquelle comporte, comme précédemment, un ressort de tension 8 et un mousqueton d'accrochage 9. Le chaînon de roulement 6 n'est toutefois plus accroché directement à l'une des extrémités de la chaîne ouverte 3, mais ce chaînon 6 est relié à l'une des extrémités de la chaîne 3 au moyen d'un anneau 12 traversé par la chaîne de fixation 7.
L'autre extrémité du chaînon de roulement 6 est également munie d'un anneau 13 également traversé par la chaîne de fixation 7, de manière à former une boucle susceptible d'être serrée par traction de manière à rapprocher l'un de l'autre les anneaux 12 et 13. L'anneau 13 constitue un anneau de renvoi fixé à l'autre extrémité de la chaîne ouverte 3 au moyen d'un mousqueton 14. En variante, L'anneau 13 pourrait être fixé à demeure à la chaîne 3. L'extrémité de la chaîne de fixation 7 comporte un anneau d'arrêt 15 dont le diamètre extérieur est supérieur au diamètre intérieur de l'anneau 13 de manière à empêcher que la chaîne 7 s'échappe de l'anneau 13.
L'anneau de renvoi 13 peut être fixé au mousqueton 14 soit avant ou après la mise en place de la chaîne sur la roue. Pour tendre la chaîne, il suffit de tirer sur l'extrémité de la chaîne 7 reliée à l'anneau 15, cette traction s'effectuant toujours dans le même sens. La fixation du chaînon de roulement 6 de l'autre côté de la roue, ainsi que la fixation de la chaîne de fixation 7, s'effectue de la manière décrite dans le brevet principal.
REVENDICATION

SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
