Klappstütze
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Klappstütze mit einem in einem Gestell um eine Klappachse schwenkbaren und in zwei Stellungen sicherbaren Stützorgan mit zwei diesen Stellungen entsprechenden Rastflächen.
Der Erfindung lag die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Klappstütze der genannten Art zu schaffen, welche eine sichere Halterung des Stützorganes in zwei Stellungen gestattet und dazuhin leicht und sicher bedienbar und in ihrem konstruktiven Aufbau einfach ist.
Die erfindungsgemässe Klappstütze ist gekennzeichnet durch eine um eine zur Klappachse parallele Schwenkachse verdrehbare und durch eine Feder gegen die jeweilige Rastfläche gedrückte Sicherungsplatte.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:

Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Klappstütze eine solche, die dazu bestimmt ist, an einem Tischblatt 1 befestigt zu werden. Sie besitzt ein Gestell 2, welches im wesentlichen aus zwei durch einen Anschlag 3 verbundenen Winkelstützen 4 besteht, zwischen welchen einerseits die Klappachse 5 und anderseits die Schwenkachse 6 befestigt sind. Um die Klappachse 5 verschwenkbar angeordnet, ist das hier als Tischbein ausgebildete Stützorgan 7, welches von der in Fig. 1 mit ganzem Strich gezeichneten, ausgeschwenkten Stellung in die strichpunktiert dargestellte Ruhelage verdreht werden kann. Dabei dient die Stirnfläche 8 als Rastfläche für die ausgeschwenkte Stellung und die Seitenfläche 9 als Rastfläche für die Ruhelage.
Um die Schwenkachse 6 drehbar ist die Sicherungsplatte 10 angeordnet, welche als einarmiger Hebel ausgebildet und an ihrem Ende ein abgewinkeltes Widerlager 11 für die Feder 12 besitzt, deren anderes Ende sich gegen die Unterseite des Tischblattes 1 abstützt.Die Sicherungsplatte 10 besitzt auf ihrer Unterseite eine Schulter 13, die so angeordnet ist, dass wenn sich das Stützorgan 7 in der ausgeschwenkten Stellung befindet, es einerseits gegen den Anschlag 3 und anderseits gegen die Schulter 13 ansteht und so in dieser Stellung gesichert ist. Des weitern ragt über die Unterseite der Sicherungsplatte 10 ein Bolzen 14 vor, der dazu bestimmt ist, in der Ruhelage des Stützorganes 7 in die Öffnung 15 der Rastfläche 9 einzutreten, wodurch auch in dieser Lage die notwendige Sicherung besteht.
Um das Stützorgan 7 von der ausgeschwenkten Lage in die Ruhelage zu bringen, genügt es, durch einen Druck auf die Unterseite des Widerlagers 11 und entgegen der Wirkung der Feder 12 die Sicherungsplatte 10 im Uhrzeigersinn so weit zu verschwenken, bis die Sicherungsplatte 10 das Stützorgan 7 freigibt und dieses in die Ruhelage verdreht werden kann, in welcher die Rastfläche 9 gegen die Unterseite der Sicherungsplatte 10 ansteht und der Bolzen 14 in die Öffnung 15 eingetreten ist.
Auf diese Weise gelingt es, eine Klappstütze der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, welche die Sicherung des Stützorgans in zwei Stellungen gewährleistet, leicht zu bedienen und einfach im konstruktiven Aufbau ist.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Klappstütze mit einem in einem Gestell um eine Klappachse schwenkbaren und in zwei Stellungen sicherbaren Stützorgan mit zwei diesen Stellungen entsprechenden Rastflächen, gekennzeichnet durch eine um eine zur Klappachse parallele Schwenkachse verdrehbare und durch eine Feder gegen die jeweilige Rastfläche angedrückte Sicherungsplatte.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Klappstütze nach Patentanspruch, gekennzeichnet durch eine Schulter der Sicherungsplatte und einen Anschlag des Gestells, durch welche das Stützorgan in seiner einen Stellung gesichert ist.
2. Klappstütze nach Patentanspruch oder Unteranspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen auf der Unterseite der Sicherungsplatte vorstehenden Bolzen, der in der anderen Stellung des Stützorganes in eine entsprechende Öffnung der betreffenden Rastfläche eintritt.

Folding support
The subject matter of the present invention is a folding support with a support member which can be pivoted in a frame about a folding axis and can be secured in two positions, with two locking surfaces corresponding to these positions.
The invention was based on the object of creating a folding support of the type mentioned, which allows the support member to be securely held in two positions and, in addition, can be operated easily and safely and is simple in its structural design.
The folding support according to the invention is characterized by a securing plate which can be rotated about a pivot axis parallel to the folding axis and is pressed against the respective locking surface by a spring.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the folding support is one which is intended to be attached to a tabletop 1. It has a frame 2 which essentially consists of two angle brackets 4 connected by a stop 3, between which on the one hand the folding axis 5 and on the other hand the pivot axis 6 are attached. Arranged pivotably about the folding axis 5 is the support member 7, designed here as a table leg, which can be rotated from the swiveled-out position shown with a full line in FIG. 1 into the rest position shown in phantom. The end face 8 serves as a locking surface for the pivoted-out position and the side surface 9 as a locking surface for the rest position.
Rotatable about the pivot axis 6 is the locking plate 10, which is designed as a one-armed lever and at its end has an angled abutment 11 for the spring 12, the other end of which is supported against the underside of the tabletop 1. The locking plate 10 has a Shoulder 13, which is arranged so that when the support member 7 is in the pivoted-out position, it rests on the one hand against the stop 3 and on the other hand against the shoulder 13 and is thus secured in this position. Furthermore, a bolt 14 protrudes over the underside of the locking plate 10, which is intended to enter the opening 15 of the locking surface 9 in the rest position of the support member 7, whereby the necessary security exists in this position too.
In order to bring the support element 7 from the swiveled-out position into the rest position, it is sufficient to pivot the securing plate 10 clockwise by applying pressure to the underside of the abutment 11 and counter to the action of the spring 12 until the securing plate 10 pushes the supporting element 7 releases and this can be rotated into the rest position in which the latching surface 9 rests against the underside of the locking plate 10 and the bolt 14 has entered the opening 15.
In this way it is possible to create a folding support of the type mentioned at the outset, which ensures that the support member is secured in two positions, is easy to use and has a simple structural design.
PATENT CLAIM
Folding support with a support member pivotable in a frame about a folding axis and securable in two positions with two locking surfaces corresponding to these positions, characterized by a locking plate rotatable about a pivot axis parallel to the folding axis and pressed by a spring against the respective locking surface.
SUBCLAIMS
1. Folding support according to claim, characterized by a shoulder of the locking plate and a stop of the frame, through which the support member is secured in its one position.
2. Folding support according to claim or dependent claim 1, characterized by a bolt protruding on the underside of the locking plate, which in the other position of the support member enters a corresponding opening of the relevant locking surface.
