Mit einem Geflecht oder Sieb bespannter Rahmen zur Lagerung von Käselaiben
Bei bis heute bekannten, mit einem Geflecht oder Sieb bespannten Rahmen zur Lagerung von Käselaiben war das Geflecht oder Sieb mit dem Rahmen durch irgendwelche mechanischen Mittel, wie beispielsweise Schrauben, verbunden. Diese vorbekannten Rahmen waren nur auf umständliche Weise herstellbar, indem der eine Rand des Geflechtes oder Siebes am Rahmen befestigt und anschliessend gespannt wurde, woraufhin man, nach erfolgter Spannung, auch den gegenüberliegenden Rand des Geflechtes oder Siebes mit dem Rahmen verband.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung lag die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Rahmen zu schaffen, der auf wesentlich billigere Weise hergestellt werden kann, sowie ein möglichst einfaches Herstellungsverfahren zu konzipieren.
Der erfindungsgemässe, mit einem Geflecht oder Sieb bespannte Rahmen zur Lagerung von Käselaiben ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Geflecht oder Sieb mit der Rahmenoberseite ausschliesslich durch Klebung verbunden ist.
Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Rahmens ist seinerseits dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Geflecht oder Sieb mittels einer Spannvorrichtung spannt, den Rahmen mit seiner mit Klebstoff bestrichenen Oberseite nach unten auf das Geflecht oder Sieb aufdrückt und anschliessend das Geflecht oder Sieb von der Spannvorrichtung trennt.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemässen Rahmens dargestellt, und zwar in Fig. 1 in Draufsicht und in Fig. 2 in einem Schnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig. 1 in grösserem Massstab.
Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel besteht der Rahmen 1 aus einem kreisförmig gebogenen Metallstab von hohlquadratischem Profil. Anstelle eines Rahmens aus Metall könnte auch ein solcher aus Holz oder Kunststoff treten, und das quadratische Hohlprofil könnte ebensogut durch ein entsprechendes rechteckiges Profil ersetzt sein. Auf der Oberseite la des Rahmens 1 ist ein Geflecht 2 aufgeklebt, wobei es sich um ein textiles oder metallisches Geflecht oder um ein solches aus Kunststoffsaiten handeln kann. Anstelle des Geflechtes könnte ebenfalls ein Sieb aus den genannten Materialien treten. Auf der Rahmenunterseite sind zwei parallele, längs je einer Sekante verlaufende Abstandschienen 3 angebracht, welche Schienen beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ebenfalls aus Metall bestehen und einen hohlquadratischen Querschnitt besitzen.
Auch hier könnte anstelle des Metalles beispielsweise Holz oder Kunststoff verwendet werden, ebenso wie das hohlquadratische durch ein entsprechendes rechteckiges Profil ersetzt sein könnte.
Die Abstandschienen 3 dienen dazu, zwischen dem Rahmen 1 und der Bankung 4, auf welcher der Rahmen 1 in den Käsegestellen ruht, einen Abstand zu schaffen, um einerseits den Luftzutritt zum Käselaib auch von unten her und andererseits zu gestatten, dass die Greiferarme irgendeines Hebegerätes ohne Schwierigkeit zwischen Bankung und Rahmen eingeschoben werden können.
Der dargestellte Rahmen kann beispielsweise auf einfachste Art wie folgt hergestellt bzw. bespannt werden. Das Geflecht oder Sieb wird in einer Spannvorrichtung über eine ebene Unterlage gespannt, wobei ein Teil der Spannvorrichtung durch die Vorratsrolle gebildet sein kann. Anschliessend bestreicht man die Rahmenoberseite mit einem geeigneten Klebemittel und drückt den Rahmen mit dieser Oberseite von oben her auf das Geflecht oder Sieb bzw. die darunter liegende Unterlage. Nach erfolgter Klebung genügt es, das Geflecht oder Sieb von der Spannvorrichtung, beispielsweise durch Abschneiden, zu trennen.
Auf diese Weise ist es gelungen, einen mit einem Geflecht oder Sieb bespannten Rahmen zur Lagerung von Käselaiben zu schaffen, der auf billigste Weise herstellbar, sowie ein Verfahren zu finden, welches mit einfachsten Mitteln durchführbar ist.

The present invention was based on the object of creating a frame which can be manufactured in a significantly cheaper way and of conceiving the simplest possible manufacturing method.
The frame according to the invention, covered with a mesh or sieve, for the storage of cheese wheels is characterized in that the mesh or sieve is connected to the top of the frame exclusively by gluing.
The method according to the invention for producing such a frame is in turn characterized in that the mesh or screen is tensioned by means of a tensioning device, the frame with its upper side coated with adhesive is pressed downwards onto the mesh or screen and then the mesh or screen is separated from the tensioning device .
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of a frame according to the invention, namely in FIG. 1 in a plan view and in FIG. 2 in a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1 on a larger scale.
In the illustrated embodiment, the frame 1 consists of a circularly curved metal rod with a hollow square profile. Instead of a frame made of metal, a frame made of wood or plastic could also be used, and the square hollow profile could just as easily be replaced by a corresponding rectangular profile. A braid 2 is glued onto the upper side 1 a of the frame 1, it being possible for it to be a textile or metallic braiding or one made of plastic strings. Instead of the mesh, a sieve made of the materials mentioned could also be used. On the underside of the frame, two parallel spacer rails 3, each running along a secant, are attached, which rails in the illustrated embodiment are also made of metal and have a hollow square cross-section.
Here too, for example, wood or plastic could be used instead of the metal, just as the hollow square profile could be replaced by a corresponding rectangular profile.
The spacer rails 3 are used to create a distance between the frame 1 and the bench 4 on which the frame 1 rests in the cheese racks, on the one hand to allow air access to the cheese wheel from below and, on the other hand, to allow the gripper arms of any lifting device can be inserted between the bench and the frame without difficulty.
The frame shown can, for example, be produced or covered in the simplest manner as follows. The mesh or sieve is stretched over a flat surface in a tensioning device, with part of the tensioning device being formed by the supply roll. The upper side of the frame is then coated with a suitable adhesive and the frame with this upper side is pressed onto the mesh or sieve or the underlying surface from above. After bonding, it is sufficient to separate the mesh or sieve from the clamping device, for example by cutting it off.
In this way it has been possible to create a frame covered with a mesh or sieve for the storage of cheese wheels, which can be produced in the cheapest way, and to find a method which can be carried out with the simplest means.
