Ensemble comprenant un poteau tubulaire ancré sur un massif de béton La présente invention a pour objet un ensemble com- prenant un potea=u tubulaire ancré sur un massif de béton, caractérisé en ce que le massif présente un logement fermé par une paroi munie d'une fenêtre et en ce qu'il comprend un organe de positionnement du poteau sur la paroi. un tirant s'étendant dans le poteau, fixé amovi- blement à son extrémité supérieure au poteau et dont l'extrémité inférieure porte au moins une saillie de ver rouillage de forme correspondant à celle de la fenêtre. la longueur du tirant étant suffisante pour permettre d'engager cette saillie dans le logement, sous la paroi.
Le dessin annexé représente à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention. La fig. 1 en est une élévation en coupe ; la fig. 2 est une coupe selon II-II de la fig. 1 et la fig. 3 une coupe selon 111-11I de cette même fig. 1. Au dessin 1 est un poteau tubulaire d'une barrière garde-corps auquel sont fixés quatre filières 2a, 2b. 2c, 2d.
Ce poteau est monté sur une douille 3 novée dans un massif de béton 4 coulé dans une fosse du sol. Cette douille 3 est fermée dans sa partie inférieure par une paroi 5 formant semelle et à sa partie supérieure par une autre paroi 6 sur laquelle fait saillie une collerette 7 lfig. 3) dont l'utilité apparaîtra par la suite. Cette paroi 6 est découpée de manière à présenter une fenêtre 8 en croix aux bords légèrement arrondis en 8a.
Le poteau 1 qui est tubulaire est dressé sur la plaque 0 par engagement dans l'ouverture de la collerette 7 et est maintenu dans cette position<I>grâce à</I> un tirant 9 qui le traverse axialement sur toute sa longueur et qui est fixé à l'extrémité supérieure du poteau par serrage d'un écrou ita. cet écrou étant recouvert par un chapeau 10, et dont l'extrémité inférieure porte un croisillon 11.
La fixation du poteau 1 sur la douille 3 s'effectue très simplement en plaçant d'abord sur ce poteau verticale ment par engagement dans l'ouverture de la collerette 7, puis en faisant pénétrer le croisillon 11 à l'intérieur de la douille 3. par passage au travers de la fenêtre 8, et en déplaçant ensuite angulairement ce croisillon de manière que ses quatre ailes viennent se trouver au droit des parties de la plaque 6 comprise entre les quatre fentes de la fenêtre 8 où se trouve une butée pour que le croi sillon ne tourne pas. Il suffit alors de serrer l'écrou 9a pour que le croisillon 11 soit plaqué contre la plaque 6 et bloque ainsi axialement le poteau 1. Le blocage trans versal de ce poteau est évidemment obtenu par appui sur la collerette 7.
La fabrication d'un tel poteau est donc particulière ment simple et son montage peut être exécuté même par toute personne sans grande connaissance de mécanique et de façon très rapide. Ceci est particulièrement inté ressant lorsqu'il s'agit de remplacer un poteau 1 par un autre notamment à la suite d'une collision avec un véhi cule automobile.
On signalera en outre que, grâce à la présence de la tige 9 tout effort exercé transversalement sur le poteau 1. même très violent, se traduira par une déformation de cette tige, voire une rupture de sa partie supérieure munie du pas de vis sur lequel fait prise l'écrou 9. sans que cet effort ne soit transmis au massif 4 de sorte que ce massif n'est pas déraciné.

This post is mounted on a socket 3 novated in a concrete block 4 poured in a pit in the ground. This wall 6 is cut so as to present a cross window 8 with slightly rounded edges at 8a.
The post 1 which is tubular is erected on the plate 0 by engagement in the opening of the collar 7 and is held in this position <I> thanks to </I> a tie rod 9 which crosses it axially over its entire length and which is attached to the upper end of the post by tightening an ita nut. this nut being covered by a cap 10, and the lower end of which carries a spider 11.
Fixing the post 1 on the socket 3 is carried out very simply by first placing on this post vertically by engagement in the opening of the collar 7, then by making the spider 11 penetrate inside the socket 3 by passing through the window 8, and then moving this crosspiece angularly so that its four wings come to be in line with the parts of the plate 6 included between the four slots of the window 8 where there is a stop so that the cross groove does not turn. It is then sufficient to tighten the nut 9a so that the spider 11 is pressed against the plate 6 and thus axially blocks the post 1. The transverse locking of this post is obviously obtained by pressing on the collar 7.
The manufacture of such a post is therefore particularly simple and its assembly can be carried out even by any person without great knowledge of mechanics and very quickly. This is particularly interesting when it comes to replacing a post 1 by another, in particular following a collision with a motor vehicle.
It will also be noted that, thanks to the presence of the rod 9, any force exerted transversely on the post 1, even very violent, will result in a deformation of this rod, or even a rupture of its upper part provided with the screw thread on which takes the nut 9. without this force being transmitted to the block 4 so that the block is not uprooted.
