Fig. 4 zeigt ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel.
Hydraulic or pneumatic conveying device The subject of the present invention is a hydraulic or pneumatic conveying device with a pressure cylinder extending along the conveying path and a piston arranged therein, displaceable by the pressure medium.
Hydraulic lifting devices such as lifts, lifting platforms, etc. are known, in which a cabin or a support plate for receiving the material to be conveyed is slidably guided on guide rails, and which is moved by a piston which is preferably effective in the vertical direction. A disadvantage of this known construction is that the lifting height of the Kol ben and thus its delivery path is limited. If the lifting height is too great, the piston diameter must be selected to be very large in order to prevent buckling, which makes the construction complex and costly.
Another disadvantage is that when the piston is effective in the vertical direction, the pressure cylinder must protrude into the base by at least the same amount as the conveying path of the piston.
The task of the present invention was to create a hydraulic or pneumatic conveying device whose conveying path is practically unlimited and in which the pressure cylinder does not have to be sunk into the ground when the piston is in a vertical direction of action.
The conveying device according to the invention is characterized in that the cylinder has a slot along the conveying path, that in the interior of the cylinder is used to seal the slot as well as means movable with the piston for inserting or removing the strand in or from the mentioned slot are present, and that means are provided to transmit the piston movement through the slot to the goods to be conveyed located outside the cylinder.
In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically. 1 shows a section I-I according to FIG. 2 through the pressure cylinder with the piston, the means for transmitting the piston movement and the sealing strip, FIG. 2 shows a section 11-II according to FIG. 1,
3 shows a detail from FIG. 2 with a variant embodiment of the sealing strip, and FIG. 4 shows a further exemplary embodiment of the conveyor device according to the invention.
In Fig. 1, a first embodiment is Darge and shows a guided along a wall 1 and with wall anchors 2 attached pressure cylinder 3. In the pressure cylinder 3, a log 4 is arranged along the conveying path.
Furthermore, a pressure piston 5 is arranged displaceably in the cylinder 3 and is pressure-tight with the inner wall of the pressure cylinder 3. The pressure cylinder 3 has a slot 6 in its wall parallel to its longitudinal axis. Means are arranged above the pressure piston 5 which serve to transmit the piston movement through: the slot 6 to the conveyed goods located outside the cylinder. These means consist of a support 7 attached to the pressure piston 5, to which a cylindrical body 8 is attached, the outer diameter of which corresponds to the inner diameter of the pressure cylinder 3, and is passed through the pressure cylinder.
A bracket-like support flange 9 projecting outward through the slot 6 is fastened to this cylindrical body 8, on which e.g. B. a bottom plate, not shown, of a lift can be attached. On the carrier flange 9, not shown guide means can be BEFE Stigt, some of which fen to .den pressure cylinder 3. The sealing strand 4 is passed through the cylindrical body 8 so that the opening formed by the slot 6 in the cylinder wall is free for the outward movement of the piston 7, 8, 9 via the transmission means.
A sealing guide 10, which runs next to the support 7, is arranged between the cylindrical body 8 and the pressure piston 5.
The operation of the conveyor is as follows. Below the pressure piston 5 is a pressure medium, which can be a hydraulic or pneumatic table medium, through which the log line 4 is pressed into the slot 6 and thus seals the pressurized area of the cylinder. The shape of the slot 6 is partially adapted from the senform of the sealing strand 4 so that a tight seal seat is achieved.
In the sealing with the inner wall of the cylinder 3 Be rich of the piston 5, the sealing strand 4 runs partly in the slot 6 and partly in a guide provided on the piston outside 11. Slot 6 and guide 11 must piston 5 so formed in the sealing area of the pressure be that the elastic up processing strand 4 is under a concentric pressure. This prevents the pressure medium from being able to get between the sealing strand 4 and the part of the pressure piston 5 which you tend. Since the pressure piston 5 closes in a pressure-tight manner with the cylinder inner wall and the sealing strand 4, the piston 5 is pushed upward by the excess pressure prevailing in the pressure area 12.
In this case, the log processing strand 4 is guided through the cylindrical body 7 through and through the seal guide 10 against the slot 6 in order to then be pressed into the slot 6 by the piston. When the direction of movement of the pressure piston 5 is reversed, the sealing strand 4 is removed from the slot 6 again through the seal guide 10, and the slot 6 is released for the means arranged above the piston to transmit the piston movement.
3 shows a variant of the first exemplary embodiment in which the sealing strip 4 has an approximately semicircular cross-section. In this exemplary embodiment, the piston can be of an externally cylindrical design, the seal guide 11 according to Example 1 being omitted.
Fig. 4 shows a third embodiment. In this embodiment, a pressure piston 5, as described in example 1, is arranged above and below the cylindrical body 7 and symmetrically. Both plungers 5 are as described in Example 1 leads out and are verbun with the cylindrical body 7 the. By designing such a double-acting piston, the conveying device can be actuated both upwards and downwards with the aid of the pressure medium. It goes without saying that a conveying device according to this example can be used not only in a vertical but just as well in an oblique and also in a horizontal direction.
