Ventilation device in road tunnel 1 The present invention relates to a ventilation device in a road tunnel.
For the ventilation of road tunnels, it is known, for. B. see a ventilation duct below the road, which is connected via openings provided at regular intervals to the traffic area and this supplies fresh air. The exhaust air, d. H. the mixture of fresh air and exhaust gas is either discharged through the traffic area and the portals and any shafts, which is referred to as semi-cross ventilation, or it is z.
B. is provided over the traffic area an exhaust duct, which is connected on the one hand to a suction fan from and on the other hand via openings also regularly distributed along the traffic area ver with this in connection, which is referred to as cross ventilation.
Both systems - semi-cross ventilation and cross ventilation - have their advantages and disadvantages under certain operating conditions. During peak operation, semi-cross ventilation is superior to cross ventilation insofar as the cross section available for ventilation is completely available for the fresh air duct, since an exhaust air duct is not requiredi and there is practically no exhaust air in the traffic area compared to the case with an exhaust air duct overpressure required.
From these two circumstances, it follows that the power requirement of half cross ventilation compared to cross ventilation is 6-8 times smaller for the same duct cross-section. The semi-cross ventilation can therefore, apart from the lower construction costs, be carried out with significantly reduced operating costs. On the other hand, in the event of a fire, cross ventilation has the advantage that, especially at low longitudinal speeds, the spread of smoke gases over longer stretches of the traffic area is prevented.
The present invention aims to create a ventilation device that combines the advantages of the two systems.
The ventilation device according to the invention in a road tunnel, with two ventilation ducts running in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel, which are connected to the traffic area via openings distributed in the longitudinal direction, is characterized in that for the optional supply of fresh air into the traffic area or for the removal of exhaust air from this in one of the channels switching means for reversing the direction of flow of the air in the channel are seen before.
In the drawing, several exemplary embodiments of the ventilation device according to the invention are shown. 1 shows a schematic cross section through a tunnel according to a first embodiment, FIG. 2 shows a ventilation fan for the embodiment according to FIG. 1 in horizontal section, FIG. 3 shows a further embodiment of a tunnel cross section, FIG. 4 shows a horizontal section through an end part of the ventilation ducts according to Fig. 3, Fig. 5 and 6 is a vertical section through a connection opening Ver, shown on an enlarged scale and with ent opposite flow directions.
2 in FIG. 1 designates a circular tunnel jacket, the interior of which is divided by a roadway 4 and a ceiling 6. The traffic area 8 is located between the ceiling 6 and the roadway 4, while a ventilation duct 10 and 12 is located above the ceiling and below the roadway.
The ventilation duct 10 is connected to the traffic area 8 via a multiplicity of openings 14 distributed in the longitudinal direction of the ceiling 6, it being possible for panels 16 arranged in front of these openings below the ceiling 6 to be provided. The design and arrangement of the openings 14 will be explained in more detail in connection with FIGS.
The air duct 12 is provided on both sides of the roadway 4, also distributed in the longitudinal direction is arranged passage openings 18 connected to the traffic area. While at the mouth of the channel 12 a fan, not shown, sucks fresh air from the atmosphere and conveys it into this channel, this fresh air flowing through the openings 18 into the traffic space 8, a fan generally designated 20 is in the mouth area of the channel 10 arranged, which can be pivoted by 180 about a vertical axis, for example.
In the position shown, the fan 20 conveys fresh air into the channel 10, which also exits through the openings 14 into the traffic area 8. In the semi-cross ventilation mode that occurs in this case, which is particularly suitable for peak traffic, the exhaust air flows through the traffic area and exits from diesels either through the portals or any shafts (not shown).
In the event of a fire in the tunnel, the ventilator 20 can be swiveled 180 out of the position shown while the paddle wheel is rotating, so that it now sucks more exhaust air or combustion gases and smoke through the openings 14 provided in the ceiling 6 through the ventilation duct 10. This prevents the combustion gases and smoke from being carried into the traffic area.
Even in the case of a moderate traffic frequency, it may be useful to operate the fan 20 in the position corresponding to the fire, since in this case the fresh air requirement is smaller due to the ge smaller exhaust gas quantities. In the event of failure or shutdown of the fan in the fresh air duct 12, however, the fan 20 is available for the fresh air supply by being operated in the position shown in FIG.
In order to achieve an even distribution and collection of fresh air or exhaust air over the length of the ventilation duct 10, measures must be taken so that the effective pressure profile along the duct is the same in both cases or flow directions. The pressure curve is made up of a friction term, which is the same in both cases, and a term which takes into account the pressure change due to the branching off or introduction of the side stream.
These latter two variables, which have opposite signs without appropriate measures, can be matched to one another by the formation of the openings 14 in the ceiling shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
As can be seen from FIGS. 5 and 6, the openings 14 are formed by slots which have an approximately rectangular cross section and which enter the channel at an acute angle with respect to the flow direction u '(FIG. 5, cross ventilation mode) 10 merge.
It must be achieved that during extraction operation the inflowing air is introduced at the maximum possible speed v in the direction of the main flow u. By constricting the inlet slit to size f ", the amount is regulated and, thanks to the Coanda effect, the air curtain is bent in the direction of flow thanks to the shallow introduction.
In order to initiate the Coanda effect, care must be taken that a definite detachment, in accordance with the dashed line, occurs at the rounded inlet edge 22 and that a diffuser effect is avoided.
The duct end pressure must be selected so high that, thanks to the high entry speeds v, the additional term becomes negative and the same as that for the blowing operation. So that this final pressure can be kept small (about three times the dynamic pressure at the channel outlet), as much of the dynamic pressure of the channel flow as possible must remain effective during the outflow. The gradual transition into the side slit, as it is given for suction, is the best prerequisite for this.
The inlet edge 24 is to be sufficiently rounded so that the flow dew point can be set freely.
In Fig. 6, the flow conditions are shown schematically in half cross ventilation mode.
In Fig. 3, a tunnel cross-section 30 is shown, wherein above the traffic area 32 and separated from this by a ceiling 34, two adjacent, but separate ventilation channels 36 and 38 are provided. The channel 36 is designed as a fresh air channel and is distributed in the longitudinal direction, the tunnel wall along downward shafts 44 with in the vicinity of the roadway 40 arranged outlet slots 42 a related party.
On the other hand, the ventilation duct 38 is connected via openings 14 provided in the ceiling 34 which have the shape and arrangement shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
In the arrangement of the channels 36 and 38 shown in Fig. 3, the arrangement of the ventila gates according to Fig.4 is particularly suitable. The channel 36 contains the supply air fan 46, while the channel 38 contains a supply air fan 48. In a branch 50 of the channel 38, which is blocked by a flap 52 opposite the channel 38, there is an air fan 54 from.
By pivoting the flap, the channel 38 can be connected to the fan 54 and blocked off from the fan 48 (position shown in dashed lines). The channels 36, 38 and 50 are connected to the atmosphere.
It is of course also conceivable to use fans that are equipped with a statorless counter-rotating fan wheel pair, wherein the direction of rotation can be changed. In this case, the measures according to FIG. 2 or 4 can be dispensed with; however, lower performance and poorer efficiency have to be accepted.
In all cases, the changeover from half cross ventilation to cross ventilation can be carried out very quickly; it can be triggered automatically, for example, by temperature sensors attached to the ceiling 6 or 34 or another reporting system.
