  Flaschensicherheitsverschlusskapsel
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Flaschensicherheitsverschlusskapsel z. B. aus Kunststoff oder Metall, vorzugsweise aus Aluminium und entsprechenden Legierungen, mit mindestens einer umlaufenden Schwächungslinie unterhalb des Kapselbodens.



   Es sind bereits Flaschenverschlusskapseln bekanntgeworden, die unterhalb des Kapselbodens eine Schwächungslinie, beispielsweise in Form von Teilschlitzen aufweisen. Die Kapselform ist zylindrisch und der unter der Schwächungslinie vorhanden Mantelteil relativ kurz, um eine übermässige Aufweitung durch den Flaschenhals zu vermeiden. Infolge der verhältnismässig geringen Abmessungen des zylindrischen Mantelteils ist dieser für Werbezwecke nicht geeignet. Die Werbewirksamkeit wäre gering, zumal sich auch eine Verformung des Mantelteils nicht vermeiden lässt. Es gehören weiterhin schon Stanniolkapseln zum Stand der Technik, die beispielsweise auf ein Gewinde des Flaschenhalses gerollt werden und unterhalb des Gewindes eine laufende Schwächungslinie besitzen. Die Kapseln haben den Nachteil, dass das weiche Stanniol infolge des hochbeanspruchten Gewindes eine grosse Wandstärke benötigt.

   Die Kapseln sind daher schwer und teuer.



  Irgendwelche Mantelaufdrucke werden darüber hinaus beim Anrollen auf die Flasche durch Verziehen und Faltenbildung beeinträchtigt oder entstellt.



   Die vorgenannten Mängel lassen sich vermeiden, wenn erfindungsgemäss der untere konisch ausgebildete Mantelteil der Kapsel zwischen dem unteren   Kapsel    rand sowie einer Sicke, welche in eine Haltenut des Flaschenhalses greift, festgelegt ist.



   Aus der Zeichnung, die Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes darstellt, lassen sich weitere Vorteile und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten erkennen.



   Figur 1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch eine auf einem Flaschenhals aufgebrachte Sicherheitsverschlusskapsel,
Figur 2 gibt eine abgewandelte Form einer auf einer Flasche aufgebrachten Verschlusskapsel im Schnitt wieder,
Figur 3 entspricht der Ansicht einer Kapsel gemäss Figur 1 vor dem Aufbringen auf den Flaschenhals,
Figur 4 veranschaulicht die Ansicht einer Kapsel nach Figur 2 vor dem Aufbringen auf den Flaschenhals.



   Mit 1 ist in Figur 1 eine Sicherheitsverschlusskapsel, mit 2 eine Dichtungseinlage aus Kork oder Kunststoff, mit 3 eine Schwächungslinie, mit 4 ein konischer Flaschenhals, mit 5 ein Gewinde und mit 6 eine Haltenut des Flaschenhalses bezeichnet. 7 stellt den unteren, konischen Mantelteil der Kapsel dar.



   In Figur 2 sind gleiche Teile mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen wie in Figur 1. Die abgewandelte Verschlusskapsel la weist nun Schwächungslinien 3a auf.



  Ein Griffkork trägt die Bezugsnummer 8.



   Figur 3 lässt die Schwächungslinie 3 und die konische Form der gesamten Kapsel deutlich erkennen. Ausserdem ist ein Werbeaufdruck 9 sichtbar. Das gleiche gilt für Figur 4.



   Die erfindungsgemässe Sicherheitsverschlusskapsel wird wie folgt aufgebracht:
Bei der Anordnung nach Figur 1 stülpt man zunächst die konische Kapsel 1 zusammen mit der Dichtungseinlage 2 über die gefüllte Flasche. Dann wird mit Hilfe eines nichtgezeigten Druckstempels die Dichtungseiniage auf oder in den Flaschenmund gedrückt, und die Gewindegänge 5 werden im   Kapselmantel    oberhalb der Schwächungslinie 3 geprägt. Gleichzeitig legt sich eine Sicke 12 des Kapselmantels in die Haltenut 6 des Flaschenhalses. Entsprechend verfährt man bei der Ausführungsform nach Figur 2. Dort wird der obere Kapselteil um den Griffkork 8 befestigt und die Sicke 12 wiederum in die Haltenut 6 gedrückt.

   Beim Öffnen der Flasche lässt sich der Kapselkopfteil vom unteren Mantelteil an den Schwächungslinien trennen, so dass dieser Mantelteil werbewirksam auf dem Flaschenhals verbleibt.



   Die Vorteile des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind in folgendem zu sehen:
Infolge der konischen Ausführung der Verschluss  kapsel ist ein absolut sicherer Sitz zwischen dem unteren   Kapselrand    11 und der Sicke 12 gewährleistet. Dies gilt insbesondere dann, wenn die Steigung des Konus zwischen 1:12 bis 1:20 beträgt. Ferner ermöglicht die konische Ausführung die Anbringung eines werbewirksamen, langen Mantelteils, beispielsweise für Wappen und Beschriftungen, sowie das Aussehen einer traditionsgemässen Flaschenkapsel. Da weiterhin der untere Mantelteils 7 der Kapsel beim Aufbringen auf die Flasche weder angerollt noch sonst in irgendeiner Weise deformiert wird, bleibt eine Beeinträchtigung von Wer  beaufschriften    durch Falten oder Verziehen völlig ausgeschlossen.

   Schliesslich ist die Herstellung einer konischen Kapsel einfacher als die Fertigung einer zylindrischen. Sie verhindert jedoch ebenso gut wie letztere eine Verfälschung des   Flascheninhaltes.      



  
 



  Bottle security cap
The present invention relates to a bottle security closure capsule e.g. B. made of plastic or metal, preferably made of aluminum and corresponding alloys, with at least one circumferential weakening line below the capsule base.



   Bottle closure capsules have already become known which have a line of weakness, for example in the form of partial slits, below the capsule base. The capsule shape is cylindrical and the part of the shell below the line of weakness is relatively short in order to avoid excessive expansion through the bottle neck. As a result of the relatively small dimensions of the cylindrical shell part, it is not suitable for advertising purposes. The advertising effectiveness would be low, especially since deformation of the shell part cannot be avoided. The state of the art also includes tinfoil capsules, which are rolled onto a thread of the bottle neck, for example, and have a running line of weakness below the thread. The capsules have the disadvantage that the soft tinfoil requires a large wall thickness due to the highly stressed thread.

   The capsules are therefore heavy and expensive.



  Any print on the jacket will also be impaired or distorted by warping and wrinkling when rolled onto the bottle.



   The aforementioned shortcomings can be avoided if, according to the invention, the lower, conically shaped casing part of the capsule is fixed between the lower edge of the capsule and a bead which engages in a retaining groove in the bottle neck.



   Further advantages and possible applications can be seen from the drawing, which shows exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.

   1 with a safety cap, with 2 a sealing insert made of cork or plastic, with 3 a line of weakness, with 4 a conical bottle neck, with 5 a thread and with 6 a retaining groove of the bottle neck is designated. 7 shows the lower, conical shell part of the capsule.



   In FIG. 2, the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1. The modified closure capsule 1a now has weakening lines 3a.



  A handle cork bears the reference number 8.



   FIG. 3 clearly shows the line of weakness 3 and the conical shape of the entire capsule. In addition, an advertising print 9 is visible. The same applies to Figure 4.



   The safety closure capsule according to the invention is applied as follows:
In the arrangement according to FIG. 1, the conical capsule 1 together with the sealing insert 2 is first placed over the filled bottle. Then the sealing insert is pressed onto or into the bottle mouth with the aid of a pressure stamp (not shown), and the threads 5 are embossed in the capsule jacket above the line of weakness 3. At the same time, a bead 12 of the capsule jacket is placed in the retaining groove 6 of the bottle neck. The same procedure is followed in the embodiment according to FIG. 2. There, the upper part of the capsule is fastened around the handle cork 8 and the bead 12 is again pressed into the retaining groove 6.

   When the bottle is opened, the capsule head part can be separated from the lower casing part at the weakening lines, so that this casing part remains on the bottle neck for advertising purposes.



   The advantages of the subject matter of the invention can be seen in the following:
As a result of the conical design of the closure capsule, an absolutely secure fit between the lower edge of the capsule 11 and the bead 12 is guaranteed. This is especially true when the slope of the cone is between 1:12 and 1:20. Furthermore, the conical design enables the attachment of an effective, long jacket part, for example for coats of arms and lettering, as well as the appearance of a traditional bottle cap. Furthermore, since the lower jacket part 7 of the capsule is neither rolled on nor deformed in any other way when it is applied to the bottle, it is completely impossible for anyone to be adversely affected by folding or warping.

   After all, making a conical capsule is easier than making a cylindrical one. However, just as well as the latter, it prevents falsification of the bottle contents.

PATENTANSPRUCH Flaschensicherheitsverschlusskapsel mit mindestens einer umlaufenden Schwächungslinie unterhalb des Kapselbodens, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das der untere, konisch ausgebildete Mantelteil (7) der Kapsel (1, -la) zwischen dem unteren Kapselrand (11) sowie einer Sikke (12), welche in eine Haltenut (6) des Flaschenhalses (4) greift, festgelegt ist.
