Switching device on motor vehicle change-speed gearboxes The present invention relates to a switching device on motor vehicle change-speed gearboxes which are provided with a plurality of shift rails and with a plurality of switching cams which actuate the shift rails and which are formed asymmetrically with respect to an axis that is perpendicular to its neutral position, that each of these switching cams is only effective in one direction of rotation from its neutral position.
According to the present invention, there are at least two cam levers which can be rotated about parallel axes by means of an actuating lever and are in engagement with one another so that they rotate in opposite directions, and one of these cam levers is also non-rotatably connected to a switching lever which is connected to another switching rod in the Intervention is.
The cam levers are advantageously provided with cams of the same shape, which each act together on one of the switching rails, so that these switching rails are shifted by the cams in both directions each time in the same direction when the actuating lever is rotated.
Preferably, the cam levers are provided with at least two pairs of switching cams for switching a multi-speed gearbox with twice four gears, which can be brought into engagement with the switching rails by axial displacement of the two levers by means of the operating lever. .
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. It shows: Fig. 1 two cam levers and the actuating lever of the switching device in section along line A -B in Fig. 2, Fig. 2 a section along line G'-D in Fig. 1, 3 shows a section along the line EF in FIG. 2, FIG. 4 shows a diagram of the switching device on a multi-speed transmission.
In Fig. 1, 1 means the operating lever which engages a cam lever 2 wel cher. The cam lever is mounted on a splined shaft 3. On one of these parallel splined shaft 4, another cam lever 5 is mounted, which engages with a side arm 6 in a bore 7 of the cam lever 2. Both cam levers 2 and 5 are each provided with two cams 10, 11 and 10 ', 11'. The cams 10 and 11 engage in cutouts 8 and 9 of a shift rail 12. The cams 10 'and 11' are disengaged in the switching position shown (FIG. 2).
The cams 10 and 11 are designed asymmetrically with respect to the vertical central axis in such a way that they only come into engagement with the shift rail 12 in one direction of rotation of the cam levers 2 and 5 from the shown neutral position, namely when the cam levers 2 and 5, respectively turns counterclockwise.
The two cam levers 2 and 5 perform opposite rotations when the operating lever 1 is rotated about an axis parallel to the shafts 3 and 4, so that the shift rail 12 has the same longitudinal displacement in both directions of rotation of the operating lever 1. namely to the right, executes.
According to FIG. 2, the cam lever 2 is keyed onto the shaft 3 in such a way that it can be rotated together with this and can be longitudinally displaced on it. Its respective stel ment on the shaft 3 is fixed by a locking device 13 and various grooves 14 in the shaft 3 sets. The shaft 3 .is rotatably mounted in the gear housing 15 and fixed on the side by spacers 16. The cam lever 2 can optionally be brought into engagement with one of the parallel shift rails 12, 17 and 18 by sliding it longitudinally.
Together with the cam lever 2, as a result of the coupling by the side arm 6, the cam lever 5 is also displaced laterally.
In the position according to FIG. 2, the cams 10 and 11 are in engagement with the shift rail 12 for the 1st to 4th gear. By moving the cam levers 2 and 5 into the adjacent switching position to the left, the cams 10 'and 11' come into engagement with the shift rail 18 for the two reverse gears. By moving the cam lever 2 to the right, the cams 10 'and 11' come into engagement with the shift rail 12. Correspondingly, the individual cams of the levers 2 and 5 can be brought into engagement in pairs with the shift rail 17 by moving further to the right. The shift rail 17 serves the 5th to B gear.
On the shaft 3, a further shift lever 19 is keyed, which is in engagement with the shift rail 20. The shift lever 19 always rotates in the same direction as the cam lever 2. Its shape and we can be seen in Fig. 3. The lever 19 engages with a switching pin 21 with lateral play in a recess 22 of the switching rail 20. The play causes the shift sleeves 12 ″, 17 ″ and 18 ″ coupled to the shift rails 12, 17, 18 and shown in FIG. 4 to engage earlier than the shift sleeve 20 ″ connected to the shift rail 20.
The shift lever 19 has two shift cams 23, which are shaped so that they come into a grip only when switching back to the neutral position with a white cutout 24 in the shift rail 20. Since there is no significant play between the cams 23 and the cutout 24, the disengagement of the shift sleeves 12 ", 17", 18 "and the shift sleeve 20" is simultaneously vorgenom men.
According to FIG. 4, the 8-speed change gear consists of a 4-speed change gear with three pairs of wheels 25, 25 '; 26, 26 '; 27, 2 7, two shift sleeves 12 "and 17" for the forward gears and a further group of wheels 28, 29 and 30 with the shift sleeve 18 "for the reverse gears, and from an upstream group transmission with two Pair of wheels 31, 31 '; 32, 32' and a shift sleeve 20 ". The four shift sleeves are actuated by four shift forks 12 ', 17', 18 'and 20'.
When the actuating lever 1 (Fig. 1) is rotated out of the position shown in the direction of the arrow, the cam lever 2 rotates in the opposite direction and pushes the shift rail 12 with shift fork 12 'to the right. As a result, the shift sleeve 12 ″ (FIG. 4) comes into engagement with the wheel 25. This is because it is coupled to the output shaft 40 of the gearbox.
Simultaneously with the rotation of the cam lever 2 and the shift lever 19 rotates in the same direction of rotation, and it is with a certain delay by the shift pin 21 (Fig. 3), the shift rail 20 and thus the shift sleeve 20 "moved to the right the gears 31, 31 'are coupled to the input shaft 41 of the transmission, and the first gear is thus engaged.
The second gear is produced by the same pair of wheels 25, 25 'and the pair of wheels 32, 32'. For this purpose, the shift sleeve 12 "is moved back to the right as in first gear, the shift sleeve 20", however, opposite to the left. These switching movements are brought about by turning the operating lever 1 against the direction of the arrow.
The third and fourth gears are set by engaging the shift sleeve 12 ″ in the wheel 26. For this purpose, the actuating lever 1 in FIG. 1 is pivoted forwards out of the plane of the drawing. As a result, the cam lever 2 moves backwards (in Fig. 2 to the right), and there come men in both directions of rotation of the operating lever 1, the cams 10 'and 11' in engagement with the switch rail 12, the switch rail 12 is shifted each time to the left (Fig. 1).
The fifth and sixth gears are shifted accordingly by moving the cam lever 2 further to the right (FIG. 2); as a result, the cams 10 and 11 come into engagement with the shift rail 17, which is moved to the right in both directions of rotation of the operating lever 1 (FIG. 1). As a result, the shift sleeve 17 "engages the wheel 27. By the same switching movement, the shift lever 19 moves the shift sleeve 20", when turning the operating lever 1 in the direction of the arrow to the right (fifth gear) and when turning the opposite direction of the arrow to the left (sixth gear).
When the cam lever 2 is pushed into the right end position, the cams 10 ′, 11 ′ come into engagement with the switching rail 17. As a result, the shift sleeve 17 ″ is moved both times to the left. The output shaft 40 is coupled directly to the intermediate shaft 42. With the same switching movement in the direction of the arrow, the lever 19 is moved against the direction of the arrow. As a result, the lever 19 switches the shift sleeve 20 "to the right (Fig. 4). This results in a direct coupling of the input shaft 41 with the intermediate shaft 42. The seventh gear is thus established by directly coupling the input shaft and output shaft.
By turning the actuating lever 1 in the opposite direction of the arrow to the other switching position, the sleeve 17 "remains coupled to the intermediate shaft 42. In addition, the lever 19 brings the switching sleeve 20" into engagement with the wheel 32 Pairs of wheels 32, 32 'and 31, 31' connected to the intermediate shaft 42 and to the output shaft 40. This means that eighth gear is engaged, which results in a high speed ratio.
The lever 19 can also be wedged on the shaft 4. As a result, the movement of the shift sleeve 20 ″ during the respective movements of the actuating lever 1 is the opposite of that in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and z The fastest gear is established by directly coupling the input shaft 41 via the sleeve 20 ″, the intermediate shaft 42 and the sleeve 17 ″ to the output shaft 40.
Seventh gear is established by moving the shift sleeves 20 "and 17" to the left. The translation takes place via the pairs of wheels 32, 32 'and 31', 31 and the shafts 42 and 40 in slow motion.
The shifting device described offers the advantage over known shifting devices on multi-speed transmissions that all gears can be shifted in the same way as with a simple change gear by a single shift lever. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 4, the gear jump of the additional gear is only approximately equal to half the jump between two adjacent gears of the change gear. This results in low idle speeds of the disengaged pairs of wheels of the Wechselge transmission.
