Description
Dispositif pour la préparation dans un récipient à goulot, d'un produit médicamenteux en solution ou en suspension
On sait que quelques produits médicamenteux, notamment les antibiotiques, doivent être préparés à l'instant de leur utilisation afin qu'ils puissent développer toute leur efficacité. Pour d'autres, il est nécessaire qu'ils soient préparés peu avant, et partant ils ne peuvent pas être mis en circulation prêts pour l'usage, même si une date d'échéance très courte était indiquée.
La présente invention a pour but de rendre possible la préparation du médicament à l'instant même de son emploi. Elle a pour objet un dispositif pour la préparation dans un récipient à goulot d'un produit médicamenteux en solution ou en suspension, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un organe apte à contenir un produit à l'état pulvérulent ou liquide et à être introduit dans le goulot du récipient, ledit organe étant pourvu d'un moyen de fermeture manceuvrable de l'extérieur, de façon que, en provoquant l'ouverture dudit moyen, le produit liquide ou pulvérulent soit libre de tomber dans un liquide contenu dans le récipient.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du dispositif faisant l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. I en est une vue en élévation.
La fig. 2 en est une vue en condition d'ouyer- ture et montée dans le goulot du récipient.
Le dispositif représenté comprend un organe 1 constitué d'un bouchon en matière plastique, à forme cylindrique et vide à l'intérieur pour pouvoir contenir un produit chimique à l'état liquide ou pulvérulent.
Ledit bouchon I porte, à cet effet, un bord saillant supérieur la et est pourvu d'un tube 2 traversant un trou central du bouchon de manière à pouvoir y glisser par l'effet d'une pression exercée sur son extrémité supérieure.
A son extrémité inférieure le bouchon est muni d'un disque de caoutchouc 3 à bords arrondis qui y est ordinairement appliqué moyennant forcement par l'extérieur, c'est-à-dire du bas vers le haut, après avoir rempli le bouchon 1 avec le produit à l'état pulvérulent ou liquide.
En faisant glisser le tube 2 vers le bas, on provoque le détachement du disque de caoutchouc 3, en rendant ainsi possible la chute du produit contenu dans le bouchon 1 dans le solvant contenu dans le flacon F.
Dans ce but, l'extrémité inférieure du tube 2 est pourvue d'un bord saillant 2a, lequel, engagé avec le disque 3, est apte à transmettre la poussée sur le disque de caoutchouc 3 pour en provoquer la sortie par l'effet de la pression exercée sur l'extrémité supérieure du tube 2.
REVENDICATION
Dispositif pour la préparation dans un récipient à goulot d'un produit médicamenteux en suspension ou en solution, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un organe apte à contenir un produit à l'état liquide ou pulvérulent et à être introduit dans le goulot du récipient, ledit organe étant pourvu d'un moyen de fermeture manoeuvrable de l'extérieur, de façon que, en provoquant l'ouverture dudit moyen, le produit liquide ou pulvérulent soit libre de tomber dans un liquide contenu dans le récipient.

We know that some medicinal products, in particular antibiotics, must be prepared at the moment of their use so that they can develop their full effectiveness. For others, it is necessary that they be prepared shortly beforehand, and therefore they cannot be put into circulation ready for use, even if a very short expiration date was indicated.
The object of the present invention is to make it possible to prepare the medicament at the very instant of its use. It relates to a device for the preparation in a container with a neck of a medicinal product in solution or in suspension, characterized in that it comprises a member capable of containing a product in the pulverulent or liquid state and of being introduced. in the neck of the container, said member being provided with closing means operable from the outside, so that, by causing the opening of said means, the liquid or powdery product is free to fall into a liquid contained in the container .
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the device forming the subject of the invention.

Fig. 2 is a view in the open condition and mounted in the neck of the container.
The device shown comprises a member 1 consisting of a plastic plug, cylindrical in shape and empty inside to be able to contain a chemical in the liquid or powder state.
Said stopper I carries, for this purpose, an upper projecting edge 1a and is provided with a tube 2 passing through a central hole of the stopper so as to be able to slide therein by the effect of a pressure exerted on its upper end.
At its lower end the stopper is provided with a rubber disc 3 with rounded edges which is usually applied to it by forcing it from the outside, that is to say from the bottom upwards, after filling the stopper 1 with the product in the powder or liquid state.
By sliding the tube 2 downwards, the rubber disc 3 is released, thus making it possible for the product contained in the stopper 1 to fall into the solvent contained in the vial F.
For this purpose, the lower end of the tube 2 is provided with a projecting edge 2a, which, engaged with the disc 3, is able to transmit the thrust on the rubber disc 3 in order to cause it to exit by the effect of the pressure exerted on the upper end of the tube 2.
CLAIM
Device for the preparation in a container with a neck of a medicinal product in suspension or in solution, characterized in that it comprises a member capable of containing a product in the liquid or pulverulent state and of being introduced into the neck of the container, said member being provided with closing means operable from the outside, so that, by causing the opening of said means, the liquid or pulverulent product is free to fall into a liquid contained in the container.
