Les récipients pour 1Utilisation de produits de parfumerie, pharmaeie, droguerie et des produits analogues sont généralement destinés à n'être utilisés que pour le produit qu'ils contiennent lors de leur mise en vente, et à être jetés ensuite ou seulement utilisés par l'usager pour ses besoins personnels divers.
De ce fait, leurs qualités de bouchage, de solidité, de présentation et d'utilisation doivent souvent céder le pas devant la nécessité de leur bas prix.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients. Le récipient faisant l'objet de la présente invention est ca ractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte, d'une part, un flacon établi pour la vente dn produit avec ses moyens d'évacuation et de fermeture et, d'autre part, un habillage amovible pour ledit flacon, cet habillage étant également muni de moyens d'évacuation et de fermeture.
De cette façon, lorsque le flacon est vide, il peut être enlevé de l'habillage et jeté, tandis qu'un nouveau flacon rempli du produit considéré est introduit dans l'habillage, per mettant ainsi à l'usager d'avoir un récipient de bonne qualité et de présentation élégante malgré l'utilisation à la fabrication d'un flacon bon marché.
Les dessins annexés montrent, à titre d'exemple, plusieurs formes de réalisation de l'invention, vues en coupe.
La fig. 1 montre un récipient muni d'un habillage servant d'ajutage verseur.
La fig. 2 représente une autre forme de réalisation dans laquelle l'habillage constitue un ajutage stilligoutte.
Les fig. 3 et 4 représentent deux fonnes de réalisation dans lesquelles l'habillage se fixe sur le récipient par vissage.
La fig. 5 représente un habillage servant de pulvérisateur.
Les fig. 6 à 10 représentent plusieurs formes de réalisation d'un habillage en deux pièces.
Dans la fig. 1, le récipient 1 a une partie tronconique 2 et sa partie supérieure 3 est vissée dans un habillage d'utilisation 4 à base tronconique 5. Ledit habillage est muni d'un goulot verseur 6 à sa partie supérieure et est obturé par un bouchon 7.
Dans la fig. 2, la bouteille 1, de forme tronconique, comporte une embase S ; elle est fixée par serrage de sa partie supérieure tronconique 9 dans un habillage 10, muni d'un ajutage stilligoutte 11 obturé par un bou chon 12.
Dans la fig. 3, la bouteille I comporte un ajutage 13 muni d'un filetage; dans son fond est ménagé un renflement muni à l'extérieur d'une rainure 14 semblable à une rainure d'une tête de vis; eette bouteille est vissée dans un habillage 15 à goulot verseur 16 obturé par un bouchon 17. Pour visser à fond la bouteille 1 dans l'habillage 15, il suffit, par exemple, de prendre une pièce de monnaie quelconque, de l'engager dans la rainure 14 et de tourner dans le sens désiré jusqu'à blocage. Lorsque la bouteille 1 est vide, il est facile d'utiliser le même procédé pour la dévisser de l'habillage 15 afin de pouvoir utiliser ledit habillage pour une autre bouteille contenant le même produit.
Dans la fig. 4, une bouteille 1 à ajutage fileté 18 est vissée dans un habillage 19 à rebord 20 et bouchon à vis 21.
Le diamètre intérieur de l'habillage 19 est suffisamment grand par rapport au diamètre de la bouteille 1, pour que les doigts de l'usager puissent pénétrer dans l'intervalle 22 afin de visser à fond la bouteille 1 dans l'habillage 19.
Dans la fig. 5, une bouteille 1 comporte un ajutage 23 muni d'un filetage; son fond 24 est creux et muni d'une oreille de vissage 25 plate, en croix ou de toute forme appropriée, qui permet de visser la bouteille dans un habillage 26 pourvoi d'un vaporisateur ou pulvérisateur.
Dans la fig. 6, une bouteille 1 comporte un ajutage à filetage 27 muni d'une capsule de fermeture 28; son fond présente des cavités 29; on visse cette bouteille dans l'habillage 30 à l'aide d'une embase 32 ayant des tétons 33 qui s'emboîtent dans les cavités 29. L'ori fice d'évacuation de l'habillage 30 est muni d'un perforateur tubulaire 34. La combinaison de l'embase 32 et de l'habillage 30 réalise un boîtier d'utilisation enveloppant la bouteille 1.
Lors du vissage de celle-ci dans l'habillage 30, la capsule 28 est perforée par le perforateur 34. Ce dernier pourrait être fixé sur le cou- vercle 31, auquel cas la capsule serait perforée lors de la pose du couvercle.
Dans la fig. 7, mie bouteille 1 ayant un ajutage fileté 35 mlmi d'une capsule de fermeture 36 est vissée dans le chapeau 37 d'un habillage; son bouchon 38 est muni d'un perforateur 39.
Lorsque l'embase 40 de l'habillage vient se visser dans l'habillage 37, la capsule 36 se trouve perforée, si le bouchon 38 est fixé sur l'habillage 37, ou est perforée lors de la pose du bouchon 38, si celui-ci est placé sur l'habillage 37 après la mise en place de la bouteille 1.
Dans la fig. 8, une bouteille 1, ayant un ajutage fileté 41, muni d'une capsule de fermeture 42, est vissée sur une pièce 43 formant chapeau de l'habillage muni d'un perforateur 44 et coiffé d'un couvercle 45.
L'embase 46 de l'habillage, dont le fond 47 est ouvert ou non à sa partie centrale, est assemblée par vissage avec le chapeau 43.
Dans la fig. 9, une bouteille 1 ayant un ajutage 52 est disposée dans un habillage en deux pièces 53 et 54, se vissant l'une sur l'autre.
Le chapeau 53 porte un ajutage 55 à l'intérieur duquel se trouve un joint 56 en forme de couronne, sur lequel vient se serrer l'ajutage 52 de la bouteille 1, sous l'action du vissage des deux pièces de l'habillage 53 et 54 l'une sur l'autre. Un ressort, un bloc de liège ou de matière élastique, non figuré au dessin, peut avantageusement être intercalé entre le fond de la bouteille et celui de l'habillage, afin d'assouplir ledit serrage. Le fond de l'habillage peut aussi être fabriqué en matière élastique, afin de réaliser le même effet. Un couvercle 57, muni ou non d'un perforateur 58, obture l'ajutage 55, lequel peut ou non être rimu d'un goulot verseur ramasse-gouttes non figuré au dessin.
Dans la fig. 10, une bouteille 1 avec ajutage 52 est disposée dans nn habillage en deux pièces 59 et 60, se vissant l'une sur l'autre.
Le e chapeau 59 présente une ouverture 61 à sa partie supérieure dans laquelle vient se loger l'ajutage 52, de fanon que le bouchon 62 vienne directement obturer ledit ajutage.
Ce mode d'exécution, permettant le bouchage direct de l'ajutage de la bouteille, peut d'ailleurs varier dans sa réalisation. C'est ainsi que le chapeau 59, prolongé ou non jusqu'au bas de la bouteille, peut servir comme habillage sans le concours de l'embase 60.
Pour ce faire, il suffit par exemple que l'ajutage de la bouteille soit fileté et que l'ouver- turne 61 du chapeau 59 le soit également, ou qu un écrou se vissant sur l'ajutage, alors allongé, de la bouteille, extérieurement au chapeau 59, vienne bloquer celui-ci sur la bouteille.
Le dessus du chapeau 59 peut être muni d'un goulot verseur, à moins que ce soit l'écrou de serrage décrit ci-dessus qui le soit, si celuici est employé.

In fig. 1, the container 1 has a frustoconical part 2 and its upper part 3 is screwed into a use casing 4 with a frustoconical base 5. Said casing is provided with a pouring neck 6 at its upper part and is closed by a stopper 7 .
In fig. 2, the bottle 1, of frustoconical shape, comprises a base S; it is fixed by clamping its frustoconical upper part 9 in a casing 10, provided with a drip nozzle 11 closed by a plug 12.
In fig. 3, the bottle I comprises a nozzle 13 provided with a thread; in its bottom is formed a bulge provided on the outside with a groove 14 similar to a groove of a screw head; This bottle is screwed into a casing 15 with a pouring neck 16 closed by a stopper 17. To screw the bottle 1 fully into the casing 15, it suffices, for example, to take any coin, to insert it in groove 14 and turn in the desired direction until locking. The inside diameter of the casing 19 is sufficiently large compared to the diameter of the bottle 1, so that the user's fingers can enter the gap 22 in order to screw the bottle 1 fully into the casing 19.
In fig. 5, a bottle 1 has a nozzle 23 provided with a thread; its bottom 24 is hollow and provided with a flat screwing lug 25, cross-shaped or of any suitable shape, which allows the bottle to be screwed into a casing 26 provided with a vaporizer or sprayer.
In fig. 6, a bottle 1 has a threaded nozzle 27 provided with a closure cap 28; its bottom has cavities 29; this bottle is screwed into the casing 30 using a base 32 having studs 33 which fit into the cavities 29. The discharge opening of the casing 30 is provided with a tubular perforator 34. The combination of the base 32 and the casing 30 produces a use case enveloping the bottle 1.
When the latter is screwed into the casing 30, the capsule 28 is perforated by the perforator 34. The latter could be fixed to the cover 31, in which case the capsule would be perforated when the cover is fitted.
In fig. 7, bottle 1 having a threaded nozzle 35 mlmi of a closure cap 36 is screwed into the cap 37 of a casing; its cap 38 is provided with a perforator 39.
When the base 40 of the casing is screwed into the casing 37, the cap 36 is perforated, if the cap 38 is fixed on the casing 37, or is perforated during the fitting of the cap 38, if the cap -ci is placed on the cover 37 after the installation of the bottle 1.
In fig. 8, a bottle 1, having a threaded nozzle 41, provided with a closure cap 42, is screwed onto a part 43 forming a cap of the covering provided with a perforator 44 and capped with a cover 45.
The base 46 of the cover, the bottom 47 of which is open or not at its central part, is assembled by screwing with the cap 43.
In fig. 9, a bottle 1 having a nozzle 52 is arranged in a two-piece casing 53 and 54, screwing onto each other.
The cap 53 carries a nozzle 55 inside which there is a seal 56 in the form of a crown, on which the nozzle 52 of the bottle 1 is clamped, under the action of the screwing of the two parts of the covering 53 and 54 on top of each other. A spring, a block of cork or of elastic material, not shown in the drawing, can advantageously be interposed between the bottom of the bottle and that of the covering, in order to soften said tightening. The bottom of the covering can also be made of elastic material, in order to achieve the same effect. A cover 57, provided or not with a perforator 58, closes the nozzle 55, which may or may not be rhymed with a drip-collecting pouring neck not shown in the drawing.
In fig. 10, a bottle 1 with nozzle 52 is disposed in nn two-piece casing 59 and 60, screwing onto one another.
The cap 59 has an opening 61 at its upper part in which the nozzle 52 is housed, so that the plug 62 comes directly to close said nozzle.
This embodiment, allowing direct plugging of the nozzle of the bottle, can also vary in its implementation. Thus the cap 59, whether or not extended to the bottom of the bottle, can serve as a covering without the assistance of the base 60.
To do this, it suffices for example that the nozzle of the bottle is threaded and that the opening 61 of the cap 59 is also threaded, or that a nut screwing onto the nozzle, then elongated, of the bottle, externally to the cap 59, come and block the latter on the bottle.
The top of the cap 59 may be provided with a pouring neck, unless the clamping nut described above is provided, if this is employed.
