Projection table for automatic correction devices The invention relates to. a projection table for automatic equalization devices, namely the storage of such a table as well as an associated advantageous movement transfer to a Carpentier inverter. L m the visualization of all image points of an image plane in the projection plane to @, v
As is well known, the Scheimpflug condition must be met, that is. The image plane and the projection plane must intersect in the main plane of the lens. These three planes are controlled by the Carpentier Inversor, in that the points of attack of the rocker arms of the image plane, the main plane of the lens and the projection plane are always on a straight line Ruler of the inverse.
When the planes are tilted, the points of application of the rocker arms must move in parallel, fixed planes, whereby these = movement planes must always have the same constant distance from the pivot points of the image plane, main plane of the lens and projection plane. For structural reasons, the ruler of the inversor was moved parallel to the optical axis, and the tilting movements were transferred to the ruler by means of rods.
In particular, a parallelogram rod was previously used for tilting the projection table, but this had the disadvantage that if the table was rotated through the angle u, the distance between the parallelogram rods connecting the rocker arm and the ruler changed.
The parallelogram bars could therefore not be used directly to control the inverter. Instead, they first had to transfer their movement to a lever parallel to the rocker arm, which was arranged in such a way that a point on it could move in a fixed plane at a constant distance from the pivot point of the table. This point then shifted in this plane by an amount proportional to tg u, and the ruler could be steered at this point on the lever. The tilting around the angle u was initiated from the table.
This was mounted in a cardan, and handwheels attacked the cardan axes, which caused the table to tilt.
According to the invention, the storage of the table and the transfer of motion to the inverse can now be simplified significantly in that the table is rotatably mounted in a fixed hemispherical shell and a cross slide that can be moved in a fixed plane causes the setting of the table and the inverse . A toggle lever arranged on the table and the ruler of the inverter advantageously act on one of the two carriages of the compound slide.
The rocker arm and ruler are expediently with a ball joint on this slide. attached so that they can perform movements along their axis relative to the Schlit th. The movement of the cross slide can be followed by adjusting elements, for example hand wheels, which act on its slide. The inventive arrangement -is achieved that the rotation of one of the handwheels causes a Kippeng of the table by the angle u, the movement of the corresponding slide is proportional to tg ic because the vertical distance of the point of rotation of the table from the cross slide remains constant .
This tg-u movement is transferred directly to the ruler of the inverse.
On the drawing is. an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: Fig.l shows a schematic representation of the rod control for fulfilling the Scheim- rnug condition and FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the table mounting and control.
In Figure 1, an image point A is an image plane 1 through an objective 2 into a point. The image plane 1 and the projection table 3 have rocker arms 4 and 5 arranged at right angles on them. The rocker arm 5 and a ruler 6 of a Carpentier inverse are on a slide 7 of a compound slide 7, 19 Wig.2 ) fixed with ball joints in the points C 'and C "in such a way that they are interlocked along their axis relative to the carriage 7) - are bar.
The table 3 can therefore rotate about the point C when the slide 7 is moved along its axis and also when the slide is moved perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. Likewise, the ruler 6 can rotate around the fixed point B ", in which it is fastened by a ball joint. The lens 2 is fixedly connected by a rod 8 to the joint in B" and retains when the table 3 and the table are rotated Image level 1 its location. The movement of the carriage 7 is via the ruler 6 a lever 10 rotatable about the point 9, which is in the point. A "is attached to the ruler 6 by means of a ball joint so that it can slide along its axis ver, communicated.
The moving; movement of the lever 10 is transmitted through a rod 11 to the rocker arm 4, which in turn tilts the image plane 1%. The vertical distance of the points A and C from the straight lines A ', A "and C , C" is always the same; vertical distance of the main plane of the objective 2 from the points B 'and B ". The points A', B 'and C correspond to the Carpentier control, the points A", B "and C".
There. If these always lie on a straight line, the Scheimpflug condition is fulfilled, that is, in all possible rotational positions of the table and the image planes, see these always intersect in the main plane of the objective 2.
Fig. 2 shows the perspective view of the controller according to Fig.1, the reference characters have been taken from Fig.1. In Figure 2, the storage of the Ti cal 3 in a hemispherical shell 12 can be seen. Its center point, which is also the fulcrum of the table, lies in C. The rocker arm 5 engages through an opening 21 in the shell 12. The tilting is effected once by a hand wheel 1.3, which transmits its rotation to a gear wheel 14, which in teeth 15 engages the slide 7 and moves it along its axis.
The tilting movement in the perpendicular direction is brought about by a further handwheel 16, whose rotary movement is transmitted to a gear 1.7, and which engages in teeth 18 of the second slide 19 of the compound slide and moves it along its axis. The slide 7 is displaceably mounted in a 14luffe, 20 of the slide 19, so that the movement of the slide 19 causes the slide 7 to move transversely, and a longitudinal movement of the slide 7 leaves the slide 19 in its position.
The mode of operation of the device is. fol lowing: The rotation of the handwheel 13 causes the gear 14 and the teeth 15 of the slide 7 to shift this slide along its axis. As a result, the table 3 articulated on the slide 7 rotates once around point C and, on the other hand, the line 6 articulated at the other end of the sight bar 7 rotates around point B " In doing so, pivot the axis 9 'and move the rod 11 which in turn rotate the image plane 1 via a cradle 4' corresponding to the lever 1.
The rotation of the handwheel 16 acts on the gear 17 and the teeth 18 of the slide 1.9 a displacement of this slide along its axis. The sleeve 20 aligns with the carriage 7 and displaces it parallel to itself. The table 3 and the ruler 6 guide. The ruler f> now rotates a lever 22 about a rod 23. The image plane 1 tilts in the same direction as the table 3.
