Device for adjusting the position of the air gap of a magnetic sound head In devices for recording and replaying magnetic sound recordings, it is important to -, -, during the recording and replay, -prewanges the magnetic heads in a Z, < / B> n ZD to bring the correct position to each other and to the magnetogram carrier.
A deviation of about. 01.1 degrees from the parallelism of the air gaps can already have a disruptive influence on the process.
In order to achieve the mentioned correct position of the magnetic head, a provision for adjusting the air gap is known from the German patent application no. 828014 , the magnetic head being fastened to an adjusting plate. is rotatably arranged around two tendon axles. is.
The axes are determined by the use of a four-point adjustment, which consists of a single fixed rib of constant length and three screws, one of which is used for spacing the setting plate and the rest for fastening the setting plate to the apparatus housing.
A disadvantage of such a device is that when tightening: the two fastening screws, which lie on either side of the axis going through the other adjustment points, the adjustment plate is necessarily subjected to bending stress. Consequently, a comparatively robust adjustment plate is required, since a correct adjustment requires a constant profile of the plate despite and during the adjustment.
In addition, due to the presence of an M rib resting on the apparatus housing, there is no possibility of moving the adjustment plate in parallel in a direction perpendicular to the housing and thus the height of the air gap compared to the .L # la "& netogra.mm # carrier to change.
In order to remedy this disadvantage, in the device according to the invention the axes about which the adjusting plate is rotatably arranged are through. Use of a three-point setting, which consists of three independent fastening elements for fastening the setting plate to the apparatus, housing, with deformable means being provided between the setting plate and the housing, which simultaneously determine the distance between housing and plate.
In the device according to the invention, a small plate thickness is sufficient, since the above-mentioned internal stresses are absent, and since the position of the plate is determined by three points that are not in alignment, a displacement of one setting point only causes the plate to rotate around the through the other points going axis without being hindered by a fourth point.
In addition, the space occupied by the setting plate can be significantly reduced by reducing the setting members, what with. Consideration of the compact structure of the device can be regarded as part of an essential advantage.
Also, because of: the thinner plate thickness and the smaller plate surface, the material consumption for the adjustment plate can be reduced. The elastically deformable means preferably consist of very lowers, since this creates the possibility of moving the adjusting plate and thus the magnetic head parallel to itself, in a perpendicular direction in a z-Lun Appa.rateue.häuse.
At least one of the intersecting axes, around which the setting plate is rotatably arranged, extends advantageously through the air gap of the -.Nla, -, netko # pfes. If you set the axis that does not go through the air gap to the correct position by turning it, it is a shining light that the setting no longer interferes with the other axis that goes through the air gap can. With such an adjustment device it has therefore proven to be possible. proved that the two settings can be made independently of one another.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the accompanying drawing.
In Fig. 1 is. a Vürrielit.ung according to the invention in plan view and in Fig. 2 in the:, side view, for example, illustrated.
In the two figures, the head 1 is attached to an adjusting plate 2, which is rotatably arranged about two intersecting axes a-a and b-b. The axes a-a and b-b are perpendicular or parallel to the direction of motion of the magnetogranular carrier at the position of the air gap 4 of the magnetic head 1 in such a way that
that the axis a-a extends through this air gap. According to the invention, the axes are also conditioned by using a three-point setting consisting of three independent fastening elements. for fastening the setting plate 12 to the housing 5 .
The fastening elements consist of bolts 6, 7 and 8 which are fastened in the housing 5 and also determine the distance between the housing and the plate as a result, of the vera-aben-feathers on # yebraehten between them, of which the very helical feathers 9 and 110 in Fig. 2; can be seen.
The head 1 is adjusted by first turning the adjusting plate 21 by turning the Aehseb-b the correct way. can be taken. This rotation about the axis bb can be brought about by the fact that the bolts 6 on the one hand and the bolts 7 and 8 on the other hand are more or less tightened . Then, by adjusting the bolt 8 , a rotation by a-a can take place, it being obvious that the former setting is not. is influenced more.
By possibly adjusting the bolts 6, 7 and 8 in the same way, the height of the head can be reduced compared to the Housing 5 and therefore changed compared to carrier 3 . will.
