Drive device on motor vehicles with a power take-off shaft The present invention relates to a drive device on motor vehicles with a power take-off shaft.
Certain devices, which z. B. grown on tractors. and driven by the Zapfwell.e, require a continuous one in order to ensure perfect functioning. drivable PTO. In the previously known Konstruliirionen, however, the power take-off shaft could only be driven by the gearbox, so that stopping the vehicle or changing gears, which made it necessary to disengage the engine clutch,
each resulted in an undesired interruption of the PTO shaft drive.
According to the invention, this night rope should be remedied by the fact that in addition to the motor clutch in a subsequent additional gear, its countershaft is directly connected to it via a secondary shaft of the VechseJgetriebes.
the PTO can be coupled, two clutches that can be switched under load are installed, for the purpose of being able to prevent an interruption of the positive PTO drive when the vehicle is stopped or in gear.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically.
An additional gear Z is arranged next to the main clutch 1 of the drive motor. The gear Z consists of the four gears 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the two multi-plate clutches 7 and B, which can be coupled by means of a sleeve 6. Schwindi: gkeitawechselsef gear G with the main shaft 9, the countershaft 10 and the wheels 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19, 20.
The further transmission of the torque takes place via a differential gear and spur gears which are known per se and are therefore not based on any more detailed information. The drive wheel 11 of the transmission G dmeht, depending on whether the multi-disc clutch # hung 7 or 8 is engaged, with the same or with a stepped-up engine speed.
Thanks to the translation of the gearbox Z, it is generally possible to double the number of gears, which is possible with certain driving; witness, e.g. B. Multipurpose tractors, much he desires.
The PTO shaft 21 can have two. Different types are driven, either via the countershaft 10, in which case it: is gear-dependent, or via a secondary shaft 22 of the gearbox, G, where it is engine-dependent.
For the sake of clarity, all wells are drawn in the same plane in the drawing.
In reality, however: a) the auxiliary shaft 22 is pivoted about the countershaft 10 so far that the gear 29 can come into engagement with the gear 19, and b) the countershaft 28 of the auxiliary transmission Z so far about the Main shaft 9 pivoted until the wheel 4 engages with the wheel 27 on the secondary shaft 22 ..
The power take-off shaft 21 can be coupled to the countershaft 10 by means of the coupling 23 and can be coupled to this auxiliary shaft 21 by means of the wheel 24 and the wheel 25 mounted displaceably on the auxiliary shaft 22.
In order to prevent incorrect shifting, a common shift lever 26 is provided which, when the clutch 23 is disengaged, brings the wheels 24 and 25 into engagement.
In the latter case, the power take-off shaft 21 is driven directly by the engine via the wheel 25, the auxiliary shaft 22, the wheels 27 and 4, the countershaft 28, the two wheels 3 and 2 and the clutch 1.
For stopping the vehicle; or For changing gears, only the clutch 7 or 8 that is switched on is actuated, so that the power take-off shaft 21 always remains driven even during these manipiles.
The secondary shaft 22 also carries the return wheel 29, which can be brought into engagement with the wheel 19 of the main shaft 9, and also the wheel 30. This wheel, which meshes with the wheels 31 and 32, serves to drive a second power take-off shaft 33. The wheel 30 is loose and slidably mounted on the shaft 22.
It can either be brought into engagement with the wheel 16 or coupled to the shaft 22 by means of the coupling 34.
Since the wheel 16 can be driven at two different speeds, the shaft 33 can be driven at three different speeds, depending on whether the wheel 30 is in engagement with the wheel 16 when the clutch 7 is engaged or when the clutch 8 is engaged is coupled to the shaft 22.
