So z.
So z.
Pull-type blind The invention relates to a pull-type blind, in which horizontal slats are mounted on cross belts arranged one above the other and stretched between the two carrier belts by two vertical carrier belt pairs, while on an upper, horizontal control shaft that can be rotated in both directions by a manually operated gear arranged and two with these take-up drums by frontal friction clutches,
Rockers, which can only be rotated for a fraction of a full revolution and can be stopped by stops in their end positions, are pivotably mounted, where each pair of supporting straps is suspended on one of these rockers and two vertical slats attached to the lintest slat and passed through slots in the remaining slats Tension members are on each of your winding trunks.
These known sliding blinds can be opened and closed in a known manner by means of two different and mutually independent C types of movement of the slats. If the rockers of the pairs of supporting belts are rotated, the supporting belts of each pair of supporting belts are adjusted in opposite directions to each other, i.e. raised and lowered,
and because of the visual position of the transverse strips and the lamellas mounted on them. If, on the other hand, the tension members are wound up on the corresponding winding drums, the blind, i.e. the entire lantelle joint, is raised, while conversely, when the tension members are unwound from the winding drums, the blind is lowered ,
this means that the lamella joint is pulled apart under its own weight.
In the above-described known embodiment of the pull blind, the change in the inclination of the individual lamellae takes place on the one hand and the raising and lowering of the entire blind on the other hand with the help of a single control device. When the control shaft is continuously rotated in one direction of rotation, the rockers are first rotated together with the winding drums and with the help of the friction clutches into an end position as far as the corresponding stop and then only the winding drums are turned into overcoming the coupling force Slide coming Rei
Exercise couplings turned further.
This makes it possible, by continuously rotating the control shaft in one or the other direction of rotation and with the help of a single control element, for. B. with the help of a hand crank, winding straps or the like to raise or lower the blind in the desired position and then, by twisting, turning the control shaft üu opposite direction of rotation for a fraction of a full turn and with the help of the same Be.- service organ to change the inclination of the individual slats.
In the case of the known pull-type blinds of this type, a winding drum and a rocker each sit on each end of the forced-driven control shaft, with the pull-out drums on the shaft are attached, # while the rockers are freely rotatable between the winding drums and the stationary bearing bodies of the control shaft.
Each rocker is provided with a flange concentric to the control shaft, onto which a part that is non-positively connected to the control shaft in rotation but can be moved longitudinally is pressed in the axial direction under the influence of a compression spring and with the interposition of at least one clutch disc. The printing leather is connected between the winding drum and the part that rotates with the control shaft (-, new, but on it longitudinally displaceable part.
used while the rocker is supported in an axial direction on the bearing body of the control shaft under the influence of the compression spring.
In addition to the rather complicated construction, this known arrangement has the following disadvantages: Since each rocker is pressed against the fixed bearing body of the control shaft by the compression spring of the corresponding friction clutch and must slide on it when it rotates, the movement of the rocker is due to the friction. . Inhibited quite considerably on the shaft bearing body. So it occurs a the Reibungskupp ment between rocker and control shaft ent opposite braking torque, which reduces the coupling force of the already quite weak, designed as a Rutsehkupplung friction clutch, if not completely.
In general, the friction clutch also slips easily when the corresponding rocker is not stopped by its end stops. The inclined position of the lamellas can therefore not - as intended - be changed by small, practically imperceptible rotations of the control shaft, but the control shaft has to be used. generally be rotated several times, which is verb-Luiden with an undesired, going too far the raising or lowering of the whole blind.
The invention aims to remedy this. above disadvantages and is characterized by the fact that between the two winding drums on the control shaft there is a rotatable and longitudinally displaceable hollow shaft on which the rockers are attached and which is coupled to the winding drums on both sides by frontal friction clutches, with one winding drum is attached to the control shaft and the opposite winding drum is connected to the control shaft frictionally to rotate,
however, it is mounted on it so that it can be displaced and is under the influence of a tension spring which presses it against the central hollow shaft and the latter against the opposite winding drum in an axial direction.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing. It shows: Fig. 1 some parts of a blind in a vertical longitudinal section, plung Fig. 2 a:

Locking device in the control gear according to Fig. 1 of the sliding shutter, in longitudinal section and on a larger scale.
In the figures, 1, and 101 are the horizontal right-hand slats of the ZLi.c., jaloiisie, the nvi see the two supporting straps 3 and 4 of two vertical pairs of supporting straps 3, 4 are arranged. The lamellas 1, 101 are on both sides mounted on transverse belts 2 arranged one above the other, which are stretched between the supporting belts 3 and 4 of each supporting belt pair.
Two vertical tension members 5 in the form of stainless steel doors, fastened to the lowermost lamella 101 and guided through seat braces in the lamellas 1 above and transverse straps 2 are on two corresponding upper winding drums 6 and 106 a:
Lifewound. The winding drums 6, 106 sit on a common right-hand control shaft 7 , and those in a fixed housing 8 built into the lintel on lateral bearings 8 B> 10 and 11 is rotatably mounted. The winding drum 106 is firmly connected to the control shaft 7 , while the opposite drum 6 is connected to the shaft 7 </ B> frictionally coupled to rotate, but is mounted on it so that it can be moved lengthways.
Between the winding drums 6 and 106 on the control shaft 7 there is a rotatable and longitudinally displaceable hollow shaft 9 . On the ends of the hollow shaft 9 two flaned bushings 12 and 112 are fastened, their flanges with the flanges of the winding drums 6 and 106 facing them work together. At least one friction disk 130, 113 is arranged between the flanges of the iron bars 12, 112 and the drawing drums 6, 106.
A spring 14 acting on the longitudinally displaceable winding drum 6 presses the drum 6 against the central hollow shaft 9 and the latter against the opposite, The drum firmly connected to the control shaft 7 . 106 an Lind thereby creates the friction coupling between the hollow shaft 9 and the control shaft 7. </ B > On each end sleeve 12, 112 of the hollow shaft 9 there is an upper circular cylinder segment-shaped,
hood 19, 119 which is the same axis with the control shaft 7 and preferably looks downwards and which extends laterally over the corresponding winding drum 6, 106 and forms the rocker for hanging each of a pair of carrying straps 3, 4. The upper ends of each pair of mounting straps 3, 4 are placed over the corresponding rocker 19, 119 and are attached to them e.g. B. fixed by screws 20 (Fig. 2).
Each end bushing 12, 112 of the central hollow shaft 9 carries an outwardly projecting transverse pin 21, 121, which is connected to two opposing, stationary stops 22, 23 (Fig. 3, 4) in the housing 8 works together in such a way that it prevents the hollow shaft from rotating so that the rocker 19, 119 is limited to a fraction of a full turn, namely to approximately half a turn.
The whole thing is arranged in such a way that when the transverse belts 2 and the individual lamellas 1, 101, mounted on them are in a horizontal position, the rockers 19, 119 have an upper middle one through to the perpendicular assume the control shaft axis symmetrical position (Fig. 3) and together with the hollow shaft 9 in one or the other direction of rotation by approximately a quarter turn until the transverse pins 21, 121 strike one of the Stops 22, 23 can be rotated.
As a result, the fastener tapes 3, 4 of each fastener tape pair are raised and lowered in opposite directions and the transverse tapes 2 together with the slats 1, 101 are accordingly inclined in one sense or the other .
The coupling force of the friction clutches 12, 13, 6 and 112, 113, 106 between control shaft 7 and rocker shaft 9 can be regulated at your discretion. For this purpose, the pressure element 14 is supported on a ring 18 which is mounted on the control shaft 7 so that it can be moved longitudinally and which, with the interposition of a wedge-shaped and with the aid of a pressure screw 16 to the shaft 7 transversely displaceable bush 15 rests on a fixed collar 17 of the shaft 7 .
If you turn the pressure screw 16 , the wedge-like intermediate bushing 15 is displaced transversely in one direction or the other on the control shaft 7 and the support ring B> 18 from and to the shaft collar 17 shifted lengthways. This changes the pressing force of the spring 14 and thus also the coupling force of the friction-Luig clutches 12, 13, 6 and 112, 113, 106.
The control shaft 7 is driven by a pair of bevel gears 27, 28 via a locking device 26 that can optionally be switched on and off with the help of a side driven by the lintel hanging down hand crank 24. The hand crank 24 is connected to the gear 27; 28 by a universal joint 25 so that it can be pivoted to and from the center of the window or away from the window wall.
The locking device 26 is designed in such a way that it automatically inhibits the transmission 27, 28 - and thus the control shaft 7 when the , Drive crank 24 is left to see itself.
1 \ 'a, ch, of the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the locking device consists of a horizontal, rotatably mounted in a housing on the lintel and with the hand crank 24 by the universal joint 25 connected, toothed ratchet wheel 29 that can be moved in the vertical direction in your housing 30 and with the coaxial bevel gear above it 27 is permanently coupled to rotate.
For this latter purpose, the bevel gear 27 has a lower, non-circular central attachment which engages axially displaceably in a corresponding non-circular central bore of the horizontal ratchet wheel 29 .
If the hand crank 24 is left to its own devices, its own weight pulls the ratchet wheel 29 down until it rests on the bottom of the housing 30, whereby the ratchet wheel, d > 29 comes into engagement with an inner locking lug 31 fastened laterally in the housing 30 and thus together with the hand crank 24, the bevel gear 27, 28 and the control shaft 7 the rotation is prevented (see the blocked position shown in solid lines in Fig. 5)
. If, on the other hand, the locking wheel 29 is pushed up with the aid of the hand crank 24, it disengages from the locking nose 31 and allows its own ver - Dreliung and thus the drive of the control shaft 7 via the bevel gear 27, 28 (see the freewheeling position shown in phantom in FIG. 5).
The mode of operation of the described arrangement is as follows: To raise and lower the blind, the pull-up doors 5 have to be wound onto or unwound from the opening drums 6, 106 whereby the entire lamellar joint is gathered and pulled up or pulled apart and lowered under its own weight.
For this purpose, the control shaft 7 is rotated together with the winding drums 6, 106 in one or the other direction of rotation with the handle 24, the hand crank 24 jamming is pushed up and thereby #D holds the ratchet wheel 29 in the freewheeling position over the locking lug oil .
With the rotation of the control shaft 7 , the friction clutches 6, 13, 12 and 106, 113, 112 initially also move the hollow shaft 9 with the rockers 19, 119 attached to it - Lind twisted in the same direction for a maximum of half a turn until it is hit by the cross pins 291, < / B> 121 on one of the stops 22, 23 (FIG. 4). The rockers 19, 119 are pivoted into one of their end positions and, as a result, the support belts 3, 4 are lifted and locked in opposite directions in such a way that the transverse belts 2 and the "slats" B> 1, 101 can be completely slanted in one sense or the other.
If the rotation of the control shaft 7 is continued in the same direction of rotation, the friction clutches 6, 13), 11 and 106, 113, 112 come into play into gliding, and the drums 6, 106 , which are frictionally connected to the shaft 7 , continue to slide, what about, the winding and unwinding of the pull cords 5 < / B> and thus the raising and lowering of the blind is brought about.
The rockers 19, 119 remain in their pivoted end position, but the resulting complete inclination of the slats has no influence on their vertical movement.
If the blind has been raised or lowered into the desired position, the inclination of the individual slats is adjusted by turning the control shaft 7 with the help of the same hand crank 24 for a fraction of a full turn in the e O set sense twisted. The rockers 19, 119 together with the hollow shaft 9 are driven by the friction clutches 6, 13, 12 and 106, 113,
112 is rotated so far against its opposite end position and adjusted here by the support straps 3, 4 so far in parallel to one another until the desired very sharp position of the slats is reached. So z.
For example, in order to bring the slats 1 of FIG. 4, which are perfectly positioned, into their horizontal position, the control shaft 7 and with it the rocker shaft 9 </ B > by about 90- from the end stop 22 to the end stop 23 , so that the \ N'ip 19, 119 in their horizontal, to the perpendicular through the Control shaft axis symmetrical Stelluno, over the winding drum 6,
106 can be pivoted backwards (Fig. 3).
After adjusting the angle of the individual slats, the hand crank '24 is left to itself, whereby the ratchet wheel 29 sinks into the locked position, comes into engagement with the locking nose 31 and thereby The blind itself actively holds in its set state.
Of course. the described train) blind can be largely modified without deviating from the inventive concept. So z. For example, the drive device of the control shaft can consist of pull-up belts or the like which are known per se and which generally act directly on the control shaft. The rockers, on which the Tragbän of the slats are suspended, can also be designed as desired and arranged both coaxially with the control shaft and eccentrically to it.
According to a Ausführungsforrn, not shown, the rockers are arranged on the control shaft par allelic axes and with the control shaft by a transmission in which any friction clutch, for. B. little least one pair of friction wheels is switched on, coupled ge.
