Die neue Verbindung wird erhalten, wenn man 2-(p-Nitrophenyl)-pyridazon-(3), das in 6-Stellung einen austauschfähigen Substituen- 1 en aufweist,
mit Dimethylamin umsetzt und icli erhaltenen 6-Dimethylamino-2-(p-nitrophe- n@-1)-py ridazon-(3) die Nitrogrippe in an sich bekannter MTeise, z. B. mit Wasserstoff, in Gegenwart eines Nickelkatalysators, zur _lminogruppe reduziert.
Ein austausehfähiger Substituent ist. zum Beispiel ein Halogen-, ürsbesondere ein Chloratom, oder auch eine substituierte Oxy-, wie Phenoxy- oder Mer- capto- wie Methylmercaptogruppe.
Die Reaktion kann in An- oder Abwesen heit von Verdünnungsmitteln und/oder Kon clensationsmitteln und/oder Katalysatoren im offenen oder geschlossenen Gefäss unter Druck durchgeführt werden.
Das so erhaltene 6-Dimethylamino-2-(p- aminophenyl)-pyridazon-(3) schmilzt bei 170 bis 172 und bildet ein Hydrochlorid vom F. - 252-255 (Zers.). Die neue Verbindung zeigt eine antipyretische Wirkung und soll als Heilmittel oder als Zwischenprodukt zur Her stellung von Heilmitteln Verwendung finden.
Die Erfindung wird im nachfolgenden Beispiel näher beschrieben. Zwischen Ge wichtsteil und Vohunteil besteht die gleiche Beziehung wie zwischen Gramm und Kubik zentimeter.
<I>Beispiel</I> 6 Gewichtsteile 2-(p-Nitrophenyl)-6-chlor- pyridazon-(3) werden im geschlossenen Rohr mit 10 Volumteilen einer 7n-äthylalkoholi- schen Dimethylaminlösung, 40 Volumteilen abs. Äthanol und 2 Volumteilen Triäthylamin 10 Stunden auf 165-175 erhitzt. Nach Ab kühlen wird der Rohrinhalt genutscht.
Der Rückstand wird aus Eisessig-Wasser umkristallisiert. Das so erhaltene 6-Dimethyl- amino-2-(p-nitrophenyl)-pyridazon- (3) der Formel

schmilzt bei 210-212 .
5,8 Gewiehtsteile 6-Dimethylamino-2-(p- nitrophen.yl)-pyridazon-(3) werden in 300 Vo- lumteilen absolutem Äthanol gelöst und in (Tegenivart von 2,5 Gewichtsteilen Raney- Nickel während l6-18 Stunden unter, nor malem Druck und bei 40 hydriert. Die Lö sung wird vom Katalysator abfiltriert und im Vakuum eingedampft.
Der kristallisierte Rückstand wird in heissem Wasser gelöst, die Lösung heiss über Tierkohle filtriert und das Filtrat gekühlt und genutscht. Das so erhal tene schwach gelbe 6-Dimethylamino-2- (p- aminopheny 1) -py ridazon- (3) schmilzt bei 170 bis 172 .
Das Hydrochlorid kann folgendermassen erhalten werden: Die freie Base wird in äthyl- alkoholischer Salzsäure gelöst, die Lösung mit absolutem Äther versetzt und gekühlt. Das Kristallisat wird genutscht, mit. Äther ge waschen und getrocknet. F. = 252-255 (Zers.).
Das als Ausgangsstoff verwendete 2-(p Nitrophenyl)-6-chlor-pyridazon-(3) kann wie folgt gewonnen werden: 40 Gewichtsteile 2-Phenyl-6-oxy-pyridazon- (3) werden mit 80 Volumteilen konzentrier ter Salpetersäure verrührt und innerhalb 60 Minuten mit 80 Volumteilen konzentrierter Schwefelsäure bei 0-5 langsam versetzt. Das Gemisch wird noch 2 Stunden bei 0-10 ge rührt und dann mit 320 Volumteilen Wasser lan;sa.m versetzt. Die Temperatur steigt dabei auf\ 35 .
Nach Kühlung wird das hellgelbe Nitroderivat genutsebt. Das Rohprodukt wird in Sodalösung aufgenommen., die Lösung mit Tierkohle filtriert und das 2-(p-Nitrophenyl)- 6-oxy-pyridazon-(3) mit 2n-Salzsärrre ausge fällt, genutseht und getrocknet. Es schmilzt bei 289-2910. 10 Gewiehtsteile dieser Verbindung wer den mit 25 Volrrmteilen Phosphoroxyehlorid 2r/2 Stunden auf dem siedenden Wasserbad erwärmt.
Dann wird das Gemisch bei 40 bis 50 in Wasser gegossen, wobei durch Eis zugabe auf dieser Temperatur gehalten wird. Das 2-(p-Nitroplrenyl)-6-ehlor-pyridazon-(3) kristallisiert aus. Es kann aus Essigester um kristallisiert werden und schmilzt dann bei 195-196 .
