Elektrischer Backapparat.
In der Zeichnung ist in Fig. 1 einer der bekannten elektrischen Backapparate im Schnitt dargestellt, wäh rend Fig. 2 eine beispielsweise Ausführungs form des Erfindungsgegenstandes schematisch im Schnitt veranschaulicht;
Electric baking apparatus. The subject of the present invention is an electrical baking apparatus with an oil container and a heating element used to heat the contents of this oil container, which apparatus is characterized in that the heating element is located inside the oil container.
In the drawing, one of the known electric baking apparatus is shown in section in FIG. 1, while FIG. 2 shows an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention schematically in section;
3 to 5 show possible Ausfüh approximately examples of the electrical heating element. The previously known electrical Backappa rate have a frame 1 to which an oil container 2 is attached. This is surrounded on its outside by an electrical heating element 4, for the purpose of heating the oil inside the oil container, into which the food to be baked is immersed by means of the basket 3.
Below the oil container, a drain 5 is provided on the flat bottom of the Ölbehäl age for emptying the Ölbe container.
This previously known arrangement of the heating element on the outside of the oil container has the consequence that the oil is heated essentially only along the edges of the oil container, while in the middle, d. H. There is always a zone of lower temperature where the food to be baked is placed.
Another consequence of this arrangement of the heating element is that. that a considerable loss of energy must be accepted and that the heating-up time, especially with regard to the middle zone of the Ölbehäl age, is a relatively long one. Finally, the regulating devices installed between the housing and the oil container are also adversely affected by the direct heating of the oil container walls.
In the apparatus according to FIG. 2, these disadvantages are eliminated in that the heating element 4 is arranged within the oil container 2. The oil tank 2 has a zy-cylindrical part 2a, the lowest part of which receives the element 4 and whose cross-section can be rectangular, round or oval or have some other shape, and a lower part 2b,
which connects directly to the upper part 2a and tapers towards the closable drainage line 5. The basket for the baked goods is also denoted by 3 here.
The heating element 4 consists of a number of turns 6 lying in a horizontal plane and can, for example, be designed as indicated in FIGS. 3 to 5. The windings are arranged in the shape of a frame, with a passage opening 7 left free in the middle of the heating element, through which oil residues etc. can pass from the upper 2a into the lower part 2b of the oil container 2.
The arrangement described eliminates the disadvantages mentioned at the outset, in that the heating element is in direct contact with the oil, so that the heat losses are reduced and the heating-up time is significantly shorter.
By moving the heat source into the interior of the oil pan, it is further avoided that the baked goods are in a relatively cold zone, as they are now for the most part immersed in the oil bath directly above the heat source.
Another advantageous consequence of this arrangement is that the oil above the heat source is heated much faster and more strongly than that in the lower part of the oil container, so that if a part is left out due to contamination of the oil by residues, it is always it is about relatively cold oil.
Because the walls of the oil container are not indirectly heated in the described arrangement, the regulator apparatus installed between the casing of the frame and the oil container is largely protected.
Furthermore, the conical shape of the lower part 2b, in contrast to the known flat bottoms, a better run and a more appropriate collection of oil residues above the outflow. This configuration of the lower oil tank part also means that the cold oil must flow out completely before the hot oil reaches the Alblauf.
