Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Phosphorsäureesters.            Gegenstand    des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Phos-          phorsäureesters.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung  der Formel

    worin X Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, mit  einer Verbindung der Formel

    worin Y einen im Verlaufe des Verfahrens  sich abspaltenden Rest, wie Wasserstoff oder  ein Kation, bedeutet, umsetzt.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, der       Thiophosphorsäure    - [1 -     isopropyl    - 3 -     methyl-          pyrazolyl-(5)]-diäthylester,    stellt eine leicht  gefärbte     Flüssigkeit    dar, die unter 0,12 mm  Druck bei 117 bis 120  siedet.  



  Sie soll als     Wirksubstanz    für Schädlings  bekämpfungsmittel Verwendung finden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  140 Teile 1-     Isopropyl    - 3 -     methyl    -     pyr-          azolon-(5)    werden     mit    138 Teilen Kalium  carbonat und 2000 Teilen Benzol versetzt und       unter    Rühren zum Sieden erhitzt.

   Dabei wird  das bei der     Enolatbildung    freiwerdende Was  ser mit Benzol     azeotrop        abdestilliert.    Sobald  sich im Destillat kein Wasser mehr abschei  det, wird auf 60 bis 70      abgekühlt,    190 Teile       Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid        zugetropft     und anschliessend 10     Stunden    unter Rück  fluss gekocht.

   Nach dem Erkalten wird der       Reaktionsmischung    unter gutem Rühren so  lange     Kaliumcarbonatlösung        zugesetzt,    bis die       wässrige    Schicht     Phenolphthaleinpapier    eben  rot anfärbt. Nach Abtrennen der     wässrigen     Schicht wird das Lösungsmittel     abdestilliert.     Es bleibt der     Thiophosphorsäure-[1-isopropyl-          3    -     methyl    -     pyrazolyl    - (5) ] -     diäthylester    als  schwach gefärbte Flüssigkeit zurück, der  unter 0,12 mm Druck bei 117 bis 120  siedet.

  The new compound obtained, thiophosphoric acid - [1 - isopropyl - 3 - methylpyrazolyl (5)] - diethyl ester, is a light colored liquid which boils at 117 to 120 under 0.12 mm pressure.



  It should be used as an active ingredient for pesticides. <I> Example: </I> 140 parts of 1-isopropyl-3-methyl-pyr-azolone- (5) are mixed with 138 parts of potassium carbonate and 2000 parts of benzene and heated to the boil with stirring.

   The water released during enolate formation is azeotropically distilled off with benzene. As soon as no more water separates out in the distillate, the mixture is cooled to 60 to 70, 190 parts of diethylthiophosphoric acid chloride are added dropwise and the mixture is then refluxed for 10 hours.

   After cooling, potassium carbonate solution is added to the reaction mixture with thorough stirring until the aqueous layer of phenolphthalein paper just turns red. After the aqueous layer has been separated off, the solvent is distilled off. The thiophosphoric acid [1-isopropyl-3-methyl-pyrazolyl- (5)] -diethyl ester remains as a slightly colored liquid, which boils at 117 to 120 under 0.12 mm pressure.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Phos- phorsäureesters, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel EMI0001.0040 worin g Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, mit einer Verbindung der Formel EMI0002.0002 worin Y einen im Verlaufe des Verfahrens sich abspaltenden Rest bedeutet, umsetzt. Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, der Thiophosphorsäure - [1- isopropVl - 3 - methyl- pyrazolyl-(5)]-diäthylester, stellt eine leicht gefärbte Flüssigkeit dar, die unter 0,12 mm Druck bei<B>117</B> bis 120 siedet. UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Alkalisalz des 1-Isopropyl-3-methyl-pyrazolons-(5) mit Di- äthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid umsetzt. SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM: Process according to patent claim, characterized in that an alkali salt of 1-isopropyl-3-methyl-pyrazolone- (5) is reacted with diethylthiophosphoric acid chloride.
