Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Phosphorsäureesters.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Phos-          phorsäureesters.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man eine     Verbindung     der Formel

    worin X Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, mit  einer     Verbindung    der Formel

    worin Y einen im Verlaufe des Verfahrens  sich abspaltenden Rest,     wie    Wasserstoff oder  ein Kation, bedeutet, umsetzt.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, der     Thio-          phosphorsäure-pyridyl-(2)-diäthylester,    stellt  eine leicht gefärbte     Flüssigkeit    dar, die sich  nicht     unzersetzt    destillieren lässt.  



  Sie soll als Wirksubstanz für Schädlings  bekämpfungsmittel     Verwendung    finden.         Beispiel:       95 Teile     2-Oxy-pyridin    werden mit 138 Tei  len     Kaliumcarbonat    und 2000 Teilen Benzol  versetzt und unter Rühren zum Sieden       erhitzt.    Dabei wird das bei der Enolatbildiing-    freiwerdende     Wasser        mit    Benzol     azeotrop    ab  destilliert.

   Sobald sich im Destillat kein Was  ser mehr abscheidet,     wird        auf    60 bis 70      ab-          gekühlt,    190     Teile        Diäthylthiophosphorsäiue-          chlorid        zugetropft    und anschliessend 10 Stun  den unter     Rückfluss    gekocht. Nach dem Er  kalten wird der     Reaktionsmischung    unter gu  tem Rühren so lange     Kaliumcarbonatlösung     zugesetzt, bis die     wässrige    Schicht Phenol  phthaleinpapier eben rot anfärbt.

   Nach' Ab  trennen der     wässrigen    Schicht wird das Lö  sungsmittel     abdestilliert.    Es bleibt der     Thio-          phosphorsäure-pyridyl-        (2)--diäthylester    als  schwach gefärbte Flüssigkeit     zurück,    der sich       nicht        unzersetzt    destillieren lässt.

  It should be used as an active ingredient for pesticides. Example: 95 parts of 2-oxy-pyridine are mixed with 138 parts of potassium carbonate and 2000 parts of benzene and heated to the boil with stirring. The water released during enolate formation is azeotropically distilled off with benzene.

   As soon as no more water separates out in the distillate, the mixture is cooled to 60 to 70, 190 parts of diethylthiophosphoric acid chloride are added dropwise and the mixture is then refluxed for 10 hours. After it has cooled down, potassium carbonate solution is added to the reaction mixture with good stirring until the aqueous layer of phenol phthalein paper just stains red.

   After separating the aqueous layer, the solvent is distilled off. The thiophosphoric acid pyridyl (2) diethyl ester remains as a weakly colored liquid which cannot be distilled without decomposition.

PATENTAXSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Phosphor- säureesters, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel EMI0001.0045 worin X Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, mit einer Verbindung der Formel EMI0001.0046 worin Y einen im Verlaufe des Verfahrens sich abspaltenden Rest bedeutet, umsetzt. ,Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, der Thio- phosphorsäure-pyridyl-(2)-diäthylester, stellt eine leicht gefärbte Flüssigkeit dar, die sich nicht unzersetzt destillieren lässt.
