Bewegliche Figur.
Fig. 5 zeigt einen Grundriss zu Fig. 4.
Movable figure. The invention relates to a movable figure, in particular for playing and advertising, which is characterized in that a surface-like structure is folded together at two parallel folds in such a way that two overlapping flaps bil the, on each of which a part which is folded together State on top of each other, such.
is designed that when bending the sheet-like structure around one in the middle of these parts and perpendicular. to the fold lying parallel to the two folds, the two parts protrude from the two flaps, so that a projection is formed and that this projection opens when it is further bent.
The projection can be designed as a bird's beak or frog's mouth or, more generally, as a projection of a living being that forms the mouth opening. Preferably, the ratios are to be selected so that the above-mentioned collapse opens the projection and closes it when it is opened again. However, the reverse version can also be provided.
The two-dimensional structure on the front and the protruding parts on the outside are expediently supplemented by pictorial layout to represent a living being that matches the particular shape of the protrusion, although, depending on the purpose, the word `` matching '' is not necessarily a zoologically correct one Assignment is to be understood; for example, if the figure is to be used for animation and advertising films, then it can. a living being that does not belong to the birds may have a bird's beak.
The same applies if the figure is intended as a joke, etc. For advertising purposes in particular, it is advisable to equip a background that is visible through the opening when the protrusion is open with a specific marker, for example in the form of an advertising motif , for example in the form of a brand name or image.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention applied to a figure with a beak-like projection.
Fig. 1 shows a side view and Fig. 2 shows a front view with the beak closed.
FIG. 3 shows a section along the line A-A of FIG. 4 with the beak open, which is a front view.
FIG. 5 shows a floor plan for FIG. 4.
As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 1 and 3, a sheet of foldable material, for example paper or celluloid, is converted into a three-layer, sheet-like structure by folding it around two horizontal folds 1 and 2, with a forwardly protruding structure , beak-like projection is provided, which consists of an upper part 3 and a lower part 4. Through the folds 1 and 2, the sheet is divided into the two edge fields 5 and 6 and a central field 7.
The beak part 3 sits on the field 5 forming the foreground and consists of one piece with it. To form part 3, the partial field forming a rhombus in FIG. 2 is detached along sides 8 and 9 by punching out from field 1 and around the folds forming the other rhombus sides 10 and 11, folding together along one lying in the vertical longitudinal center plane Fold 12 turned out to the front,
in that at the same time the entire sheet-like structure is slightly bent forward about the fold point 13 located in the aforementioned center plane. (The, as I said, only slight kink angle is neglected in the drawing in Fig: 1.) In a similar way, as explained above for the upper part 3, the beak is lower part 4 from the field 6 by punching along the upper two sides of the rhombus and folding along the lower rhombus sides and the vertical fold 14 everts forward ge, whereby it is passed through the in the foreground field 5 by the mentioned punching and eversion of the part 3 formed Ausspa tion.
For easier production, the lower part 4 sits un indirectly on the free edge 15 of the field 6. Contrary to the illustration in the drawing, however, the field 6 can also be dimensioned so that it reaches up to the fold point 1. In this case the punching takes place along the top. Rhombus sides in the same way as has been explained for the upper part 3.
If now the sheet-like structure from the presupposed in Fig. 1 and 2 slightly bent position, in which the beak edges 16 and 17 lie tightly on top of each other, in the folding position underlying Figs. 3-5 ge brought, which corresponds to a folding angle of about 90, then the beak opens automatically because the corner points 18 and 19 in the beak base are brought closer to one another. The folds 10, 11 and 12 of the upper part 3 and the analogous folds of the lower part 4 each behave in the sense of a hinge for opening the beak.
The background formed by the field 7 is visible through the beak opening, which is provided with certain marks at this point or can only have a red tint corresponding to the color of the oral mucosa or tongue, as well as the field 1 forming the foreground an in The drawing and color of the creature to be reproduced can have the corresponding equipment.
Contrary to what is shown in the drawing, instead of two horizontal folds 1 and 2, the sheet can also be divided into three fields by two vertical folds, of which, for example, the two edge fields each carry one of the beak parts 3 and 4 and the foreground is formed by one of the marginal fields, while the background is formed by the middle field located at the back.
Instead of a beak, two or more beaks can be arranged next to one another and / or one above the other, whereby in the case of the side-by-side arrangement two or more vertical folds such as the one 13 each form a folding axis and between these, the sheet-like Ge forms another for folding after the opposite Side formed fold point, so that the sheet-like Ge form an accordion-like collapsible and can be pulled apart, with corresponding periodic opening and closing of the beaks.
Contrary to the illustration in the drawing voltage, the field 5 can be cut abge at the level of the free edge of the lower edge field without changing the upper part 3. The two abutting edges can then be connected to one another by a backed strip. In this case, the middle field forming the background can be omitted and the stripe can form the background. The foreground is then formed by the two edge fields.
The sheet-like structure can also consist of a single layer on which the upper part of the beak and the lower part of the beak, each made of one piece, are set up and are connected, for example, by gluing.
