Beim Schwen ken des Hebels g" in Pfeilrichtung A (Fig. 2) nähert sich der Exzenter g' der -Schiene b. Dadurch wird einerseits die geriefte Hart metalleiste f mit mindestens einer Riefenkante fest gegen die flache Aussenseite der Schiene b gepresst;
Advancement for releasable fastening of objects. The invention relates to a device for releasably securing, for example, devices, machines, tools and workpieces to be working for clamping the same, with one on a mounting rail, for. B. a clamp, slidably angeord designated clamping piece. Clamping devices and tools of this type are known in various embodiments, but all these devices have disadvantages. A major disadvantage of known Vorrich lines and tools of this type is that they do not allow safe Verpan voltages of the objects to be fastened to aim.
In other known devices of this type, a sufficient clamping effect can only be achieved after prior locking of the precisely adjusted clamping piece on the mounting rail, which of course makes handling extremely difficult. In addition, most of these devices and tools are relatively expensive.
All these disadvantages can be eliminated by the invention, which consists in the fact that the clamping piece at least with. one edge can be pressed against the support rail secured against sliding. and a clamping element is mounted in the clamping piece in such a way that when it is actuated, the clamping piece is pivoted about the edge. To form the tensioning element, an eccentric with relatively little eccentricity or other non-round parts, as well as pressure screws, can be provided which can act on the mounting rail directly or with the insertion of an intermediate piece.
In a preferred exemplary embodiment, the clamping element consists of a piece of round material that is non-circular between the legs of the clamping piece and is angled outside the clamping piece to form a hand lever. The support rail is preferably made of flat material, the edge of the clamping piece being able to be pressed against a broad side of the rail in a non-slip manner and the clamping element engaging the opposite broad side.
A fastening and clamping device designed in this way can have the simplest construction, low material costs and thus low manufacturing costs and a fast and absolutely secure fastening of devices, machines and tools to any plate, bench or the like, as well as a sielieres clamping of work pieces of all kinds , enable.
In the drawing, some Ausfüh approximately examples of the invention are illustrated. 1 shows a fastening device attached to a machine base for this in a front view, FIG. 2 shows the device according to FIG. 1, partly in side view. and partly in the cut.
1, FIG. 3 shows the device according to FIG. 1 partly in plan view and partly in section according to line III-III in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 shows the device according to the representation according to FIG 2, in the active or clamping position, FIG. 5, an embodiment corresponding to the device according to FIGS. 1 to 4. differently designed support rail in the horizontal section, Fig. 6 to 10 further embodiments.
In the embodiment according to Fig. 1 to 4 a machine, not shown, made of flat material is on the underside of the foot a fixed rail b protruding downward be on which the clamping piece consisting of a U-shaped bracket made of flat material c is slidably disposed . In order to prevent the clamping piece from sliding on the rail b in the effective position, the transverse web of the bracket c facing the one broad side of the rail b is provided on its upper edge with an inwardly projecting hard metal strip f, which is slightly on its side facing the rail b is arched and provided with longitudinal grooves.
On the opposite flat side of the support rail b, the clamping element g is mounted in the side legs of the bracket c, which consists of an angled piece of round material and between the legs of the bracket c, so in the area of the support rail b to an eccentric g 'with less Eccentricity is turned off, while the leg cg "angled to this part" serves as a hand lever which can be pivoted laterally next to the bracket c and the rail b.
The eccentric g 'forms part of the guide of the clamping piece on the rail and is arranged so that it is farthest away from the rail b in the position of the lever g "shown in FIG. 2. The two sides of the bracket c im in the bracket c mounted legs of the clamping element g provided cotter pins or pins h prevent a lateral displacement of the clamping element in the clamping element.
In order to fix the foot a of the machine on the table top i, the clamping piece c is first moved so far on the mounting rail b until the pressure plates d of the clamping piece, which are grooved on their surface, are directly. can be bent or cast on the legs of the bracket c, rest against the underside of the table top i. The hand lever g ″ of the clamping element is expediently directed obliquely upwards, as illustrated in FIG.
When pivoting the lever g "in the direction of arrow A (Fig. 2), the eccentric g 'approaches the rail b. As a result, on the one hand, the grooved hard metal strip f with at least one grooved edge is pressed firmly against the flat outside of the rail b;
on the other hand, as a result of the pivoting of the clamping piece c about the bar f, or its pressed edge, the pressure plates d are pressed firmly against the underside of the table top i. This clamping and acting position is illustrated in FIG.
Depending on the length of the Spannstüeksehenkel, the eccentricity of the eccentric g 'and the pivot angle of the hand lever g "swivels the Sparinstüek more or less around its non-skid against the rail b adjacent bar f and thus exerts a more or less strong pressure on the plate i The eccentricity of the eccentric g 'is advantageously so small that it is self-locking in every effective position, so that an unintentional automatic release of the tensioning element cannot occur.
Furthermore, the bar f resting against the rail b absolutely reliably prevents the clamping piece from sliding down undesirably on the rail b even with the smallest projection (removal of the pressure plates (1 from the rail b), as is the case, for example, when attaching devices is required on narrow edges.
The leaf spring k provided below the hard metal strip f within the U-shaped bracket c has the task of preventing the clamping piece from sliding down undesirably on the rail b when the clamping element is released. For the function of the fastening and tensioning device. however, the spring k is irrelevant.
A complete fall of the clamping piece c from the rail b is prevented by a pin m fixed in the lower end of the rail b when the hand lever is not pivoted up into the position in FIG. However, around the clamping piece if necessary, for example when cleaning the device or the machine in question, without difficulty. To be able to pull it off the rail b, the pin m is arranged protruding on the side facing the eccentric g 'and an incision in the eccentric <I> g' </I>.
n is provided for the pin m, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5. As a result of this arrangement. pulling the clamping piece from the rail b is only possible in the position of the eccentric g 'and the hand lever g "according to FIG.
The profile of the support rail b can naturally be different. It is in the execution variant of FIG. 5 T-shaped pro filiert, the middle web b 'of the T-profile between the opposing legs angles of two @@ - angular pieces of the clamping piece c, the side legs bridged by a pressure plate d are.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 6, the support rail b is not attached to the object to be attached, but is provided with an angled portion o at the upper end. This embodiment is suitable. See, as well as the devices of FIGS. 8 and 9, for Einspan NEN of workpieces to be machined and the like. The mounting rail b has. here square cross-section and is. designed as a resilient hollow profile, as illustrated in FIG. 7, which shows a section along the line VII-VII of FIG.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the ver slidable on the vertical rail leg, U-shaped clamping piece c is provided at the lower edge with a crossbar p on which the hard metal strip f 'is attached, which rests against the inside of the angled support rail b, which is here with fine Cross grooves j is provided.
A hand lever q, which has an eye s provided with an eccentric hole at the front end, serves as the tensioning element. and by means of a bolt t passed through this bore it is pivotably mounted between the legs of the clamping piece in such a way that the eye can be brought to rest against the outer side of the support rail b.
When swiveling the hand lever q, the hard metal strip is also edged with one or more grooves against the Sehiene b, and thus. the plate d is pressed against the workpiece to be clamped, which is pushed in between this and the angled mounting rail leg o.
In Fig. 8 is. an embodiment is illustrated in which the tensioning element consists of an angled lever with an oval cross-section.
The angled end part 't' lies in a claw v of the clamping piece c, which is designed here as a cast body, and, like the eccentric g 'in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, acts on the inside of the mounting rail b, which is designed as an angle piece, while the anti-slip counter the outer side of the rail to rest certain edge of the clamping piece c is formed by a chisel-like part f ″ of a hard metal piece which is arranged in a recess of the cast body for the rail b.
The embodiment of Fig. 9 is the embodiment of Pig. 6 and 7 are similar, but here a pressure tube x provided with a hand lever zv is provided as a clamping element, which is screwed into a threaded hole provided in the upper part of the crossbar of the U-shaped clamping piece c and by pivoting the lever against the clamped workpiece facing away from the outside of the mounting rail b who can be pressed.
The embodiment shown in Fig. 10 corresponds essentially to the Ausfüh approximate form of Fig. 1 to 4, only here the eccentric g 'does not act directly on the broad side: the rail b, but on a pivotable intermediate member c' mounted in the clamping piece 9, which is arranged between the eccentric g 'and the rail b and can be pressed against the rail b by means of the eccentric g' at least with the edge of its free end in a non-slip manner. The arrangement of a hard metal bar or
-plate to form the non-skid edge that can be pressed onto the mounting rail is not. absolutely necessary, especially not if the clamping piece c is made of hard material or both the clamping piece c and the rail b are roughened or provided with a fine knurling.
