Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Gestellen.    Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Ver  fahren zur     Herstellun   <B>g</B> von Gestellen, be  stehend aus     borizontalliegenden        Tablaren    und  vertikalen, zum     Tragen,,der        Ta,bl,a#re    dienen  den Seitenteilen.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind Ge  stelle und Elemente zur Herstellung der  selben beispielsweise dargestellt. Es zeigen:       Fig.   <B>1-3</B> drei nach dem neuen Verfah  ren hergestellte Gestelle,<B>je</B> in einer     Vü.rder-          ansieht.

       Fig.   <B>5</B> veranschaulicht einen Teil eines       Tahlares    vordem     Zueammenbau    des Gestelles.  Zum Herstellen eines Gestelles     wer-den          Tablare,   <B>1</B> gleicher oder verschiedener Länge  und zum Stützen dieser     Tablare    dienende  Seitenteile 2 gleicher oder verschiedener Hölle  verwendet.

   Die     Tablare   <B>1</B> werden, auf einer  Seite mit in stets gleichen Abständen ange  ordneten Bohrungen     31        Wig.   <B>5)</B> versehen, die       .,    durch die     Tablare    geführt  nicht     volletändig   <B>'</B>  sind. Die zum Stützen der     Tablare   <B>1</B>     #dienen-          den    Seitenteile, werden an<B>den</B> Stirnseilen  mit Holzschrauben 4 versehen, welche<B>je</B> mit  ,einer mit Gewinde versehenen     Bollrung    ver  sehen sind.

   Alle Bohrungen aller     Seitenteil-          el-emente    2 besitzen gleichen     Durchmeseerund     gleiches     Cxewinde.    Zum Verbinden zweier       Seitenteilelemente        2:,dienen.    Gewindebolzen<B>5,</B>  die     beiderends    mit Spitzen zum Durchbre  chen der Wandungen der     Tab-larbohrungeil     versehen sind.    Um aus den Elementen<B>1</B> und, 2 ein Ge  stell, z.

Das derart  zusammengestellte Möbel erweckt daher  äusserlich den Eindruck eines in dieser Form  eigens hergestellten Gestelles.

   Auf vorste-           liende    Weise lassen sieh Gestelle, individuell  in jeder     gewünsschten    Anordnung mit     weni-          ,gen    Elementen unter Verwendung     einfaaster          D     Werkzeuge durch     Nichtfächleutie        zusammen-          stell-en.    Das Gestell ist     verhäjltnie-mässi-        bil-          ZD          lig,

      da     idessen    Einzelteile serienmässig     lierge-          stellt    werden können.
