Auswechselbarer Kühleinsatz zum Kühlen von Kühlanlagen. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen auswechselbaren Kühleinsatz zum Kühlen von Kühlanlagen. Die Erfindung besteht darin, däss der Kühleinsatz einen Dichtungs rahmen aufweist, mit dem er an die Kühlan lage angeschraubt werden kann. Die Kühlan lage kann z. B. aus einem Kühlschrank oder einem Bierbuffet bestehen.
Beiliegende Zeichnung veranschaulicht schematisch drei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen schematischen Vertikal schnitt mit dem das erste Beispiel bildenden maschinellen Kühleinsatz, Fig. 2 einen entsprechenden Schnitt des zweiten Beispiels, Fig. 3 einen Horizontalschnitt durch die Fig. 1 und Fig. 4 einen Horizontalschnitt mit dem das dritte Beispiel bildenden Kühleinsatz.
Der maschinelle Kühleinsatz gemäss den Fig. 1 und 3 weist eine Verschalung 11 und eine Grundplatte 1 auf, auf welcher auf der einen Seite ein Dichtungsrahmen 12 ange- bracht ist, der eine gegen Wärmedurchtritt isolierte Wand 2 umschliesst. Auf der Grund platte 1 befindet sich der in der Fabrik be triebsfähig montierte Kompressor 4 mit dem Motor 5. An der isolierten Wand 2 mit dem Dichtungsrahmen 12 befindet sich auf der dem Kompressor und dem Motor abgewen deten Seite das vom Verdampfer gebildete Kühlelement 6. Im Raum 14 befindet sich auch noch der nicht dargestellte Kondensator.
Ferner sind die nötigen Leitungen zwischen Kompressor, Kondensator und Verdampfer vorhanden. Kondensator und Leitungen sind nicht eingetragen. Der Dichtungsrahmen 12 ist an der Wand 15 der zu kühlenden isolier ten Kühlanlage angeschraubt. Für besondere Zwecke kann die Wand 2 mit dem Dich tungsrahmen 12 oberhalb des Kühlaggregates abgeschrägt sein, wie Fig. 2 es zeigt, so dass ein Raum 16 entsteht, in vTelchem das Kühl element 6 mit den Zutaten, z.
B. dem Ventila tor zur Weiterleitung der gekühlten Luft, untergebracht werden kann, wobei der isolierte Dichtungsrahmen 12, der an der Kühlanlage angeschraubt ist, den Wärmedurchtritt in die Kühlanlage verhindert. Bei der Ausfüh rungsform nach Fig. 4 mit Eiskühlung ist auf der Grundplatte 1 ein Eisschrank 8 nebst einem nicht dargestellten Ventilator mon tiert. Der Eisschrank ist in einem allseitig von Wänden umgrenzten Raum unterge bracht. Die eine Wand 9 wird vom Dich tungsrahmen 12 und von dem von letzterem umschlossenen, jalousieartig ausgebildeten Wandteil 9 gebildet.
Die durch den Eis schrank gekühlte Luft wird vom Ventilator durch die Wand 9 zu der zu kühlenden Kühl anlage geleitet. Zur Bedienung des Eis schrankes mit dem Eis ist an einer Wand des Raumes 13 eine Tür 10 vorgesehen. Der Kühleinsatz ist vermittels des Dichtungsrah mens 12 an die Wände 15 der zu kühlenden Kühlanlage angeschraubt.
