Description

Chaque panneau comprend (fig.

   On voit ainsi que les élé  ment d'assemblage selon     fig.    6     maintiennent     entre eux les panneaux d'une même série  transversale, et que chacun d'eux traverse et       serre    ensemble deux     petites    faces     rect-i.ngu-          laires        appartenant    à deux panneaux contigus  et, entre ces faces;

light house, removable, in wood. The present invention relates to a light house @ dismountable, wooden, which is characterized in that its walls:

and .its roof are formed by assembled cellular panels: between them. and to a part forming the floor. In; the aim of eliminating the usual sloping tank and of achieving a solid, and, isothermal uniblock construction.

The appended -dessin represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the dwelling object of the invention.

Fig. 1 is a view: in perspective of the dwelling.

Fig. 2 is a partial view, in perspective, of the interior of the dwelling, showing the assembly of certain parts together.

Fi-. 3 is a partial longitudinal sectional view of the house according to FIG. 1.

Fig. 4: is a view in partial cross section of the house according to FIG. 1.

Fig. 5 is also a partial cross-sectional view of the house along fi * 1, but along a plane passing through the window which can be seen in this FIG. 1. Fig. 6 shows a detail seen in perspective.

The light wooden dwelling shown in the drawing comprises a floor 1, resting on parallel beams 2, themselves resting on concrete studs 3.

Its walls and roof are formed by a set of cellular panels 4, assembled together and to the part forming the floor. These cellular panels form a number of series, arranged end to top.

Each of these series forms a sort of vault or convex poly gone, as can be seen in figs. 1, 4 and 5.

Thus, the dwelling presents, in cross section, the shape .géné raled'un convex polygon each side of which other than the base (which .is represented by the floor) is formed by one -of these cellular panels.

Each panel comprises (fig. 2 to 4) two large parallel faces 5, 6, of rectangular shape, the first facing towards the exterior of the dwelling., And the second towards the interior. Each panel further comprises two small faces 7,

8 in the form of trapezoids equal to each other, which are situated in transverse planes of the dwelling, the small brio of the trapezoid on the interior side of the dwelling, and the large base on the exterior side.

Finally, each panel comprises two small faces 9, 10, of rectangular shape, equal to each other but not parallel, as seen in the fi @ g. 4. These latter faces are found in the junction planes of the adjoining panels of the same transverse section of the dwelling.

Between the contiguous faces 9, 10 of two panels of the same transverse series is arranged a board 11, having a width equal to that of the panels 9, 10. Each of the boards 11 extends in the longitudinal direction of the dwelling, along the length of several series of panels, as seen in fig. 2.

The face 9 of the end panels is in contact with a board 12 extending in the direction of the length of the dwelling; these. boards 12 are common to several series of panels, as seen in FIG. 2.

The contiguous panels 4 of the same transverse series are assembled together by means of -assembly elements, at least part of them consisting of a wooden dowel, such that one has been shown on the fi-. 6.

These elements comprise a head 13 and a rod 14 presenting; a longitudinal slot 15, in -laquelle two wedges 16, 17 are engaged in the opposite direction to each other, so that the oblique faces of these wedges are applied to one another, as one see it in this fig. 6. A keystone 18, made of plywood, helps to maintain the two top panels of each transverse series.

   It can thus be seen that the assembly element according to FIG. 6 maintain between them the panels of the same transverse series, and that each of them crosses and clamps together two small rect-i.ngu- lar faces belonging to two contiguous panels and, between these faces;

an intermediate board 11. It can be seen that the panels are thus assembled to each other and to the floor only by wooden assembly elements, which ensures easy assembly and disassembly without damage to said panels.

The cut according to fi-. 5 shows the way in which the construction of a window as shown at 19 in FIG. 1. The window panel, provided with panes, is provided in two superimposed parts and each capable of pivoting about a horizontal axis, as seen in this fig. 5.

Represented at 20 in FIG. 2 the space reserved for the window during construction.

The partial longitudinal section according to fig. 3 shows the construction of the door 21 according to FIG. 1 and the vasistas 22 located above it. We see at 23, in the upper part of the fi, g. 3, the holes through which pass the plugs 14 of the assembly elements according to FIG. 6 connecting the two upper panels to each other.

The dwelling described and represented offers the advantage of eliminating the usual framework and of giving a particularly solid and isothermal unibloc construction.
