Description
Zahnrad. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zahnrad und besteht darin, dass dasselbe aus zwei gleich achsigen Teilen besteht, die entgegen einer Federkraft zueinander drehbar sind; zwecks Vermeidung von Zahnspiel .in einem Ge triebe.
Auf der Zeichnung, die ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dar stellt, ist Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht, und Fig. 2 ein Achsialschnitt desselben.
Das dargestellte Zahnrad besteht aus zwei gleichachsigen, unmittelbar neben einander auf der Welle 1 angeordneten Teilen 2 und 3, von denen der eine festsitzt und der andere lose drehbar ist. Der Teil 2 weist ein Langloch 4 auf, durch den ein am Teil 3 an geordneter Stift 5 hindurchragt. Auf den Stift 5 wirkt mit dem einen Ende eine aus einem bogenförmigen Draht bestehende Fe der 6, .die am andern Ende an einem Zapfen 7 des Teils 2 befestigt ist.
Durch die Feder 6 werden die beiden Teile 2, und 3 so zu einander verdreht, dass deren Zähne gegen ,einander etwas verschoben sind. Die maxi male Grösse der Verschiebung kann durch entsprechende Bemessung des Spiels des Stiftes 5 im Langloch 4 bestimmt werden.
Durch die federnde Verdrehung der beiden Radteile zueinander wird ein Zahnspiel im Eingriff des Zahnrades mit einem andern Zahnrad oder einer Zahnstange vermieden, ohne dass zum Beispiel infolge Ungenauigkeit der Verzahnungen ein Klemmen und daraus hervorgehend bei ungenügend starker An triebskraft zur Überwindung des Widerstan des -ein Stillstand des Getriebes verursacht werden kann. Das beschriebene Rad hat den Vorteil, dass z. B. bei Anwendung desselben in einem Mess- resp.
Registrierwerk ohne Be- grenzung des Messbereiches die Genauigkeit der Aufzeichnungen günstig beeinflusst wird, ohne Beeinträchtigung des regelmässigen Ganges des Werkes durch Beeinflussung des letzteren durch einseitig wirkenden Fe- derdruck oder Klemmwirkung an den Zahn eingriffstellen.

The illustrated gear consists of two coaxial parts 2 and 3 arranged directly next to one another on the shaft 1, one of which is fixed and the other can be rotated loosely. Part 2 has an elongated hole 4 through which a pin 5 on part 3 protrudes. On the pin 5 acts with one end of an existing of an arcuate wire Fe of 6,. The other end is attached to a pin 7 of the part 2.
The spring 6 rotates the two parts 2 and 3 relative to one another in such a way that their teeth are slightly displaced towards one another. The maximum size of the displacement can be determined by appropriately dimensioning the play of the pin 5 in the elongated hole 4.
The resilient rotation of the two wheel parts to one another avoids backlash in the engagement of the gearwheel with another gearwheel or a toothed rack without, for example, jamming due to inaccuracy of the toothing and resulting in insufficiently strong driving force to overcome the resistance of the -a standstill of the transmission can be caused.
