Description
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun Bein schall- und wärmeisoläerendeT Bauteil, bei dem diese Nachteile vermieden sind. Gemäss,,d!or Erfindung.enthält der Bau teil ein mit einer verdünnten Klebstoff- disp :ersinn ;
Sound and heat insulating .sauteil. There are already components such. B. Estri surface or plates are known in which -a filling material of vegetable origin, z. B. sawdust, by inorganic binders, z. B. a mixture of. Magnesite and chloromagnesium; is bound.
For other components, the filler material, such as sawdust, e.g. B. with fluorine risks, Chdomcalzium, Epsom salt, water glass, impregnated in and the material so impregnated Ma still added cement as a binder.
All of these components are highly hygroscopic, attack metals and sometimes destroy concrete and plaster.
The subject of the present invention is now a sound and heat insulating component in which these disadvantages are avoided. According to the invention, the component contains an adhesive dispenser that has been diluted;
Impregnated filling material of vegetable origin.
The component can be used as a plate, building block. Floor covering, ceiling, etc. be formed.
Sawdust, sawdust or wood shavings, wood wool, cork, cellulose wool, peat, tree fibers, straw, oak wood and Dru @ schabfal can be used as filler material:
l contain that with a highly diluted preferably 0.1 to 0.5 percent dispersion z.
B. from Kmein or from natural or synthetic latex (Buna) alone or in combination with casein, which is soaked in a polyvinyl ester emulsion.
The Düspersio @ n can also contain a mixture of two or more of the adhesives mentioned above, e.g. B. a mixture of casein with latex to which soap can also be added.
Such a structure can be produced, for example, as follows: The dry filler material is moistened well with a 0.1 to 0.5% adhesive dispersion.
Cement alone, or cement and sand, depending on the type of intended use of the finished component, is then added to the filling material prepared in this way.
the whole thing intimately mixed and processed into a covering or into slabs or stones. Depending on the amount of cement added, respectively. The mass obtained in this way can be used for sand as lightweight concrete or for the production of hard panels.
Tests have shown that the components produced in the manner described are free. of all substances that attack metals and concrete. The components are also water-repellent and particularly heat-insulating and sound-absorbing.
There is of course the possibility of increasing or decreasing the specified concentration of the adhesive dispersion.
Example: 130 kg of dry sawdust is soaked in 120 liters of a 0.1% solution of latex and mixed well. 4 parts of the impregnated sawdust are intimately mixed with 1 part of cement and made earth-moist with water. This mass is processed into sub-floors.
Depending on the intended use of the compound, the amount of cement added can be increased or decreased and sand can be added if necessary.
