Description
etwa mittels des Handgriffes e, selbst tätig durch die Kontaktvorrichtungen f bezw. g herbeizuführen. Beim Heben des Hand@gmffes e wird durch die Kontakt vorrichtung f der Widerstand dl kurz geschlossen;
beim iSenken: des Hand- griffes e wird Ader Widerstand d2 einge schaltet. Jedesm:al, wenn (der Handgriff e gehoben wird, wird! also .das Drehmoment des Motors, a vergrössert und damit die unter stützende Wirkung zum, Heben des Ge wichtes(b, c) eingeleitet;
X-ray machine. The invention relates to an X-ray device and consists in: that @daa weight of at least one of its moving parts. is at least partially compensated for by the torque of an electric motor. Moving:
of the moving part can be supported by changing the torque of the electric motor accordingly (changing the terminal voltage or changing the resistance in the rotor winding of a slip ring motor or adjusting the brushes of a repulsion motor).
The subject matter or invention: is to be explained using the exemplary embodiment shown schematically in the figure.
As an electric motor a: an asynchronous motor can be used, the torque of which increases from the number of revolutions to zero. However, an asynchronous motor can also be used, the torque of which is:
ent rises with decreasing number of revolutions (torque characteristic of a short-circuit motor with resistance in the rotor winding).
The device has means, when loading because of the movable part (in your abge formed embodiment when moving the carriage c carrying the X-ray tube b) a movement supporting change (connection or disconnection) of resistors di, d2,
for example by means of the handle e, even active by the contact devices f respectively. bring about g. When the hand @ gmffes e is raised, the resistor dl is short-circuited by the contact device f;
When lowering: the handle e, wire resistor d2 is switched on. Every time: when (the handle e is lifted, the torque of the motor a is increased and the supporting effect for lifting the weight (b, c) is initiated;
Each time the handle e is lowered, the torque is reduced, and the supporting effect is achieved by the predominance of the weight b, e.
In some cases, for example in the case of x-ray devices with a tiltable support wall, it is advantageous to use the electric motor used to compensate for the weight also to effect the tilting movement of the support wall. The switching of the motor can be done by a suitable clutch.
In order to achieve smaller dimensions of the electric motor, a suitable intermediate gear can be arranged between the moving part and the electric motor.
Differences in the weight to be moved (b, c) can be easily identified by changing resistances h or. by. Compensate for change in terminal voltage on the electric motor. In the X-ray device shown, the supporting wall carrying the movable part can be tilted.
Depending on the inclination of the supporting wall, the torque required changes. By changing the resistance h, this torque change can be achieved.
A positive coupling i is attached between the resistance crank k and the pivot point m of the retaining wall; @This clutch is designed in such a way that the resistance h applied to the crank k increases or decreases. the disconnected contact part moves according to the inclination,
the retaining wall moves on the resistance h.
A blocking device can also be arranged, which comes into effect when the mains voltage fails and prevents the movable part from falling.
