Garnhaspel. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Garnhaspel, welcher mindestens zwei mit Federwindungen versehene Drahtschenkel be sitzt, die sich durch Einbiegen nach dem Drehzentrum verschieden langen Garnstran- gen anpassen und gleichzeitig während des Abwindens der Garnstrange das Garn selbst tätig spannen, wobei deren eines Ende einen halbkreisförmigen Hacken zur Aufnahme des Garnes bildet, während das andere Ende zur Festlegung an einem Zapfen dient, wel cher drehbar in der Bohrung eines Bolzens gelagert ist,
der einen Teil einer an den Tisch z u 'befesticenden tD Klemmvorrichtuno, eD bildet.
In beiliegender Zeichnung, Fig. 1 bis 6, ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt.
Bei. Fig. 1 zeigt a die Drahtschenkel, wie sie zum Aufbewahren zusammengeklappt sind. Die Federwindungen sind mit b und die halbkreisförmigen Haken zur Aufnahme des Garnes mit c bezeichnet, während d die Klemmvorrichtung zur Befestigung an den Tisch zeigt und e die Lagerbohrung für den Drehzapfen z mit Flügelmutter f. Die zwei Scheiben t und 24, von welchen die untere Scheibe u, am Drehzapfen z befestigt ist, dienen zur Festklemmung der Drahtschenkel a, Fig. 6. Es können auch nur zwei Draht schenkel a vorgesehen sein.
Fig. 2 veranschaulicht die Drahtschenkel a kreuzweise ausgespannt und mit der Flü gelmutter<I>f</I> zwischen den zwei Scheiben<I>t,</I> und zc festgeklemmt, sowie das Garn g in die halbkreisförmigen Haken c eingelegt. Die Schenkel a lassen sich je nach Grösse der G arnstrangen infolge der Federwindungen b nach dem Drehzentrum einbiegen und span nen während des Abwindens das Garn.
Fig. 3 zeigt einen oben zugespitzten Stab h, der einen Zubehörteil des Haspels bildet und der an Stelle des Zapfens z zwecks Festhaltung eines Garnknäuels in die Boh rung e eingesetzt werden kann; Fig. 4 stellt den an den Stab h aufge spiessten Garnknäuel i. dar. Somit dient der Stab h als Garnknäuelhalter.
Fig. 5 zeigt einen Stoffriemen k, der zum Anheften von Nähzeug etc., zwecks Erleich- terung beim Nähen und Trennen, dient, mit tels einer der Ösen 1 an den Stab 1z auf gesteckt; Fig. 6 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die Klemmvorrichtung d und die Befestigung der Drahtschenkel<I>a</I> zwischen den Scheiben t und za, sowie die Lagerung des Drehbolzen z in der Bohrung e. Der senkrechte Bolzen s mit Schraubengewinde in und Bohrung e ist am obern Ende in den Querschenkel n fest ein gesetzt.
Der andere bewegliche Querschenkel o wird mit der Schraubenmutter p an .die un tere Tischplattenfläche r geklemmt. Das Material der Klemmvorrichtung kann Holz, Pressstoff oder Leichtmetalll sein.
Thread reel. The spring coils are denoted by b and the semicircular hooks for receiving the yarn are denoted by c, while d shows the clamping device for fastening to the table and e shows the bearing hole for the pivot z with wing nut f. The two disks t and 24, of which the lower disk u, is attached to the pivot z, are used to clamp the wire legs a, Fig. 6. Only two wire legs a can be provided.
2 illustrates the wire legs a stretched out crosswise and clamped with the wing nut <I> f </I> between the two disks <I> t, </I> and zc, and the yarn g is inserted into the semicircular hooks c. The legs a can, depending on the size of the twine, bend towards the center of rotation as a result of the spring windings b and span the yarn as it winds down.
3 shows a rod h which is pointed at the top and which forms an accessory part of the reel and which can be used instead of the pin z for the purpose of holding a ball of yarn in the drilling e; Fig. 4 shows the skewered on the rod h yarn ball i. The rod h thus serves as a ball of yarn holder.
5 shows a fabric strap k, which is used to attach sewing equipment, etc., to make sewing and separating easier, with one of the eyelets 1 attached to the rod 1z; Fig. 6 shows a section through the clamping device d and the fastening of the wire legs <I> a </I> between the disks t and za, and the mounting of the pivot pin z in the bore e. The vertical bolt s with screw thread in and hole e is firmly set at the upper end in the transverse leg n.
The other movable cross leg o is clamped to the lower table top surface r with the screw nut p. The material of the clamping device can be wood, pressed material or light metal.
