Description
It is known in Kötzerspulmaschinen of the type described in the main patent. In which the bobbin structure and the Ab take the fully wound götzer for a plurality of spindles at the same time and ge, the end thread wound over the bobbin to the bobbin foot if given.
To be fixed in the bobbin base by a few turns, but in all cases on the spindle or in the case of so-called spindleless machines on the bobbin drive shaft. For this purpose, a thread run-up point is often formed on the spindle or bobbin drive shaft, in which a thread ring is formed by a few turns. If the bobbin is removed, the thread part lying between it and the thread run-up point on the spindle or the bobbin driver must be separated either by a cutting device or by simply tearing through.
The invention aims to take the last-mentioned route and to carry it out with the simplest means. This purpose is to be achieved in a Kötzerspulmaschine, in which the bobbin sleeves are clamped between the bobbin carriers and the counterholders, because a bobbin wiper first pushes the counterholders off the coils during its stripping movement, exposes the coils at these ends and pushes them on, the bobbins being held by thin extensions of the bobbin carriers for so long
until you see the end threads have separated from the thread rings fixed on the bobbin carriers.
If necessary, it is possible to arrange bodies on the reel driver so that they can slide, but not rotate, on the circumference of which the threads are secured against sliding off the reels by incisions or projections.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the inventive concept in side and front views by means of FIGS. 1 and 5; FIG. 2 shows a different working position than that of FIG. 1; Fig. 3 illustrates the Einrich device with a displaceable on the spindle ble, but not rotating on her body, while in Fig. 4 the body is moved so far. That the end thread is severed and the bobbin falls off.
It is here 1 the drive shaft, 3 the gear actuating the bobbin drive shaft 2, the bobbin drive stub carrying the bobbin tube, 4 the thin spindle part protruding over it. 5 are the counterholders arranged on a common rail 6 for a plurality of winding heads and 7 are the toothed racks for supporting and moving the rail 6, which can be moved back and forth in the spindle axis by toothed wheels 8, for example.
On the rack conditions sit arms 9; which carry a rail 11 formed from a bobbin wiper formed with incisions 10. The coils 12 are engaged from behind by the rail 11.
The thread guides 13 sit for the same plurality of winding heads on a common, in a known manner moved back and forth rail 14. 15 is the BEZW on their spindle foot. Spulenmitnehmer before seen Garnaufauflaufstelle, 16 .der on the same ben formed thread ring and 17 cut with a or projections provided edge through which the thread is held. The bobbin base 18 is also on its order catch with incisions or projections see ver.
When the coils are completely wound, the racks 7 with counter bearings and the rail 11 are shifted in the direction of the arrow x, so that the tip of the bobbin case is initially free, whereupon the bobbins are gripped from behind by the rail 11 and stripped off by the bobbin driver 2a, but initially still remain on the thin extension 4. Only then -when they are released by further displacement of this thin NEN spindle part 4, they can fall into the collecting container.
But before the bobbin is released from the spindle part 4, the thread part lying between the bobbin 12 and the yarn run-up point 16 is torn zer. In order to prevent the thread from sliding off the edge of the bobbin, the spindle part forming the driver 2a can be provided with a body 19 that can slide on it and the thin spindle extension 4 but does not rotate is roughened or cut on its surface,
so that it holds the thread until it is broken. Of course, the body 19 may only move longitudinally on the spindle part 4 over a short distance, since the further movement of the rail 11 causes the bobbins to be blunted from the spindle. Driver 2a should be pulled down.
In addition to the described means for the simultaneous removal of the ready-made Kötzerspule from a plurality of spindles, means not shown are provided outside the thread run-up field for simultaneously attaching the empty bobbin tubes, and relative movements take place between these means and the spindles.
