Porte-bougie. On connaît déjà des porte-bougies pour arbres de Noël qui comportent au-dessous de la bobêche une fourche servant de pied et un pendule relié à cette fourche. Cette cons truction a le grand avantage que la vertica lité de la bougie est toujours assurée. Cepen dant, dans le genre de porte-bougie utilisé jusqu'à ce jour, les dents de la fourche sont de forme ronde, de sorte que ces porte- bougies aient la tendance à glisser sur l'ob jet sur lequel ils sont posés.
Dans le porte-bougie selon la présente in vention, cet inconvénient est évité par le fait que la fourche et le corps de suspension sont venus d'une seule pièce d'une tôle mince, de façon que les bords de la fourche soient tran chants pour pouvoir maintenir en place le porte-bougie posé sur une branche mise en mouvement.
Deux formes d'exécution d'un tel porte- bougie sont montrées, à titre d'exemple, sur le dessin ci-joint. La fig. 1 en représente une vue d'ensem ble; Les fig. 2 et 3 montrent un premier mode de fixation de la bobêche à la fourche, vue en coupe et en plan, et Les fig: 4 et 5 une vue de face et de côté d'une seconde manière de relier ces deux or ganes.
Dans la première figure, 1 est la bobêche, 2 la fourche, 3 le corps de suspension en forme de croissant portant en bas dans l'axe de la fourche, une masse pesante 4.
La fourche et le corps de suspension sont fabriqués d'une seule pièce d'une tôle mince. La partie supérieure ou tête 5 de la fourche est munie de trois pieds 6 estampés de la tôle. Ces pieds sont engagés dans des trous correspondants au fond de la bobêche et y repliés à angle droit. Comme il ressort de la fig. 3, les pieds 6 sont disposés en triangle, afin de constituer un bon appui pour la bo- bêche sur la fourche. Les bords de la tôle sont tranchants et, par conséquent, donnent à la fourche un mordant, de sorte que le porte-bougie puisse se maintenir en place quand la branche sur lequel il est posé se meut.
Au lieu d'être figée à la fourche au moyen des pieds repliés, la bobêehe pourrait également être assujettie à celle-ci par sou dage. Les fig, 4 et 5 montrent ce mode de fixation. Dans ce cas, on pratiquera dans la tête 5 de la fourche une fente et repliera à angle droit les deux pattes 7 ainsi formées. La bobèche sera alors reliée aux organes 7 soit par soudage à l'autogène, soit par sou dage électrique.
La masse pesante ,pourrait être constituée par des boules pour arbres de Noël ou des fruits.
Candle holder. We already know candle holders for Christmas trees which comprise below the bobeche a fork serving as a foot and a pendulum connected to this fork. This construction has the great advantage that the verticality of the candle is always ensured. However, in the kind of candle holder used to date, the tines of the fork are round in shape, so that these candle holders have the tendency to slide over the object on which they are placed.
In the candle holder according to the present invention, this drawback is avoided by the fact that the fork and the suspension body are formed in one piece from a thin sheet, so that the edges of the fork are sharp. to be able to hold in place the candle holder placed on a moving branch.
Two embodiments of such a candle holder are shown, by way of example, in the accompanying drawing. Fig. 1 represents an overview thereof; Figs. 2 and 3 show a first method of fixing the bobeche to the fork, a sectional and plan view, and FIGS: 4 and 5 a front and side view of a second way of connecting these two organs.
In the first figure, 1 is the bobeche, 2 the fork, 3 the crescent-shaped suspension body carrying at the bottom in the axis of the fork, a heavy mass 4.
The fork and suspension body are made from a single piece of thin sheet metal. The upper part or head 5 of the fork is provided with three feet 6 stamped from the sheet. These feet are engaged in corresponding holes in the bottom of the bobeche and folded there at right angles. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the feet 6 are arranged in a triangle, in order to constitute a good support for the log on the fork. The edges of the sheet metal are sharp and, therefore, give the fork a bite, so that the candle holder can hold itself in place when the branch on which it is resting moves.
Instead of being fixed to the fork by means of the folded feet, the bobêehe could also be subject to it by welding. Figs, 4 and 5 show this method of attachment. In this case, a slot will be made in the head 5 of the fork and the two legs 7 thus formed will be bent at right angles. The bobèche will then be connected to the members 7 either by autogenous welding or by electric welding.
The heavy mass could be made from Christmas tree balls or fruit.
