Meuble pliant à contrefiches. La présente invention se rapporte à un meuble pliant à :contre-fiches-, qui se caracté rise :en ce que- chacune de ces contrefiches, se compose de deux parties reliées l'une à l'autre par une charnière qui est disposée sur ua côté latéral de da -contre-fiche situé dans, un plan vertical à l'état dressé du meuble,
un dispo sitif de verrouillage étant prévu du côté laté- ral de la contrefiche apposé à la charnière pour verrouiller lesdites deux parties dans leur position de dressage.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en perspective. d'une table à contrefiches dont une partie, iden tique à celle qui est représentée; est arrachée.
Les fig. 2 et 3 montrent, à une échelle plus grande, les détails constructifs d'une dies centre-fiches de la table suivant la fig. 1.
La fig. 4 montre la position des contre:- fiches repliées sous le plateau de la table qui, elle-même n'est indiquée qu'en lignes pointil lées, et la fig. 5 est une vue latérale de la table ,suivant la fig. 1, à-l'état plié.
La table pliante suivant les fig. 1 à 5 comporte un tableau 1 avec des traverses 2 et 3 fixées sous, ce dernier et des, pieds 4 reliés entre eux, deux à deux, à leur partie infé rieure par une traverse 4a. Le tableau 1 est supporté par deux paires de contrefiches comportant chacune deux parties. 5 et 6 reliées l'une à l'autre par une charnière 7.
Les, char- nières 7 sont disposées saur les côtés latéraux des deux contre-fiches, d'une paire qui se font face, c'est-à-dire sur des, .côtés. qui sont situés dans des plans verticaux, lorsque ces der nières occupent la position de dressage mon trée à la fig. 1.
Sur les: autres côtés latéraux des contrefiches, opposés aux charnières sont prévus des-dispositifs de verrouillage, consti tués par un levier de verrouillage 11 pivoté sur la partie 5 et destiné à être engagé avec un tenon 12 prévu saur la partie 6.
L'extré mité des parties 5 se termine par une entaille à angle droit 8 par laquelle ces parties 5 prennent appui, en position de travail, sur la traverse 4a. Un étrier de fixation, à char nière, est fixé sur les parties 5 des contre fiches de façon à pouvoir être rabattu sur la traverse 4ca,
pour maintenir les contrefiches en position de dressage sur cette traverse, cet étrier pouvant lui-même être figé à demeure au moyen d'un boulon 10. Les parties 6 des contrefiches sont articulées, par leur extré mité opposée à la charnière 7, au tableau 1 au moyen d'un dispositif d'articulation à bou lon 13.
Les fig. 4 et 5 montrent .de quelle manière la table pliante qu'o:n vient de dé crire peut être pliée pour être rangée après usage. On voit qu'on ne pourrait pas si bien réduire l'encombrement de la table pliée, si les charnières 7 étaient disposées sur un côté de la contrefiche situé dans, un plan incliné.
Il est entendu qu'on pourrait construire d'une manière toute analogue aussi d'autres meubles pliants, par exemple des bancs ou des chaises.

The folding table according to fig. 1 to 5 comprises a table 1 with cross members 2 and 3 fixed under, the latter and feet 4 connected together, two by two, at their lower part by a cross member 4a. Table 1 is supported by two pairs of struts each comprising two parts. 5 and 6 connected to each other by a hinge 7.
The hinges 7 are arranged on the lateral sides of the two struts, of a pair which face each other, that is to say on the sides. which are located in vertical planes, when the latter occupy the training position shown in FIG. 1.
On the: other lateral sides of the struts, opposite the hinges, there are provided locking devices, consisting of a locking lever 11 pivoted on part 5 and intended to be engaged with a tenon 12 provided in part 6.
The end of the parts 5 ends in a notch at right angles 8 through which these parts 5 bear, in the working position, on the cross member 4a. A fixing bracket, hinged, is fixed on the parts 5 of the struts so that it can be folded over the cross member 4ca,
to maintain the struts in the dressing position on this cross member, this bracket itself being able to be permanently fixed by means of a bolt 10. The parts 6 of the struts are articulated, by their end opposite to the hinge 7, to the table 1 by means of a bolt articulation device 13.
Figs. 4 and 5 show .de what manner the folding table that o: n has just described can be folded for storage after use. We see that we could not so well reduce the size of the folded table, if the hinges 7 were arranged on one side of the strut located in an inclined plane.
It is understood that other folding furniture, for example benches or chairs, could also be constructed in an entirely analogous manner.
