Weir with main contactor and auxiliary contactor and separate winches for both contactors. The invention relates to a weir with main contactor and auxiliary contactor and separate winches for both contactors. with a sliding contactor and a storage flap.
In the case of weirs, it is necessary that the water level by moving the main gate resp. the auxiliary contactor or the storage flap can be quickly regulated in the required position. In order to meet this condition, the main contactor on the one hand and the auxiliary contactor and the flap on the other hand have been driven by two separate and independently acting winches.
It is also known to bezw at weir systems with double contactors and a common drive motor for the @ protection panels between the motor. the common main drive shaft and the lifting gears of a protective board to install a reverse gear with epicyclic gears so that when the epicyclic gears are held, the gears of the associated protective board rotate in one direction, while when driving the rotating wheels, the mentioned gears turn in the other direction rotate,
so that the same or opposite movements at the protection boards, as required.
It has been found, however, that in the case of careless operation of the known devices, even if the devices are provided with safety devices, malfunctions can occur, and in some cases even breakage of individual parts of the weir system. A difficulty arose in the construction of the known devices in that the main winch had to be built for the full load of the main contactor and the auxiliary contactor with the known installations, because the contactor or the damper had to be expected to sit on the main contactor .
In order to eliminate the deficiencies described above, a strand of the lifting means of the auxiliary contactor is out of flaschenzugähulich via a roller attached to this auxiliary contactor to a drive pinion driven by the winch of the main contactor in the weir according to the invention. This facility offers the advantage that the winch for the auxiliary contactor only needs to be set up for the lifting distance corresponding to the mutual movement of the two contactors and only needs to take half the load of the auxiliary contactor, while the other winch only needs to take the load of the main contactor and has to bear half the load of the auxiliary contactor.
In the subject matter of the invention, the otherwise necessary, extensive safeguards for maintaining the mutually possible positions of the auxiliary contactor or the flap with respect to the main contactor are omitted, so that the production of the weir is cheaper and the safety of the operations of the weir is increased.
In the drawing, a weir according to the invention is shown schematically in two exemplary embodiments. 1 shows a weir with main and auxiliary contactor in side view, the two contactors being closed, FIG. 2 the weir according to FIG. 1 with partially open auxiliary contactor, FIG. 3 the weir with raised contactors, FIG. 4 shows a detail of FIG. 1 in plan, FIG. 5 shows a weir with main contactor and damper in side view, with the main contactor and damper being closed, FIG. 6 shows the weir according to FIG. 5 with partially open damper, FIG Main contactor and the flap in the raised position.
In the weir according to FIGS. 1 to 4, an auxiliary contactor or a protection board 3 is vertically displaceable at the top of the main contactor 1, which is supported in the closed position on the weir base 2.
The main contactor 1 and the auxiliary contactor 3 are moved up and down by the double winch described below.
At the upper end of the main contactor 1 in the middle between its guides, a bearing arm 4 is attached, on which a pulley-like chain wheel 5 can be rotated. The chain wheel 5 is suspended from a chain 6, one of which is connected to a strand 7 with a fixed pin 8 '. The other chain strand 9 is guided over a drive sprocket 10 and connected to a stationary pin 11. The sprocket 10 is mounted on a shaft 12 which is rotatable in not dargestell th, fixed bearings.
On the shaft 12, a gear 13 is also attached, which is driven by pinion 14 of a stationary electric motor 15 through the intermediary of an intermediate gear 16 to.
The auxiliary contactor ä is also provided at the upper end with a bearing arm 17 on which a sprocket 18 is rotatable. This chain wheel is suspended from a chain 19 which, like a pulley block, is guided over the wheel 18 serving as a roller. One strand 20 of the chain 19 is guided over a drive sprocket 2.1 and connected to a stationary pin 22. The chain wheel 21 is mounted on a shaft 23 which can be rotated like in stationary La, not shown. In addition, a gear 24 is attached to the shaft 23, which gear is driven by the pinion 25 of a stationary electric motor 26.
The second: strand 27 of the chain 19 is guided over a chain wheel 28 and connected to a fixed pin 29. The aforementioned electric motors 15 and 26 and the chain gear set in action by these electric motors form 1 Dop pelwindwerk through which the main contactor 1 and the auxiliary contactor 3 can be set in the manner described below.
In Fig. 1 the two contactors 1, 3 are illustrated in the closed position, that is, the main contactor 1 is in the lowest position and the auxiliary contactor 3 in the uppermost position with respect to the main contactor 1. In this position, the flow of water is interrupted by the weir.
If the auxiliary contactor 3 is to be set independently of the main contactor 1, the one engine I, which is formed by the electric motor 26 and the chain wheel 21 driven by this motor by means of the intermediate gear 24, 25, is activated to control the auxiliary contactor 3 to move from the upper end position according to FIG. 1 into the lower end position or into any intermediate position. Here, the chain wheel 21 is rotated in such a way that the part of the chain strand 20 lying between the chain wheels 18, 21 is lowered. The auxiliary protection 3 is therefore for example in the intermediate position of FIG. 2 leads, in which a relatively low ger water jet can flow away over the auxiliary contactor.
When the auxiliary contactor 3 moves up and down by means of the engine 1, the movement of the auxiliary contactor 3 into one or the other end position is limited by the fact that the current used to drive the electric motor 26 is automatically interrupted by a device not shown.
If it is now desired, for example, to pull both contactors 1, 3 from the position according to FIG. 2 so far that the water flow is completely released, then only the engine II needs, which is powered by the electric motor 15 and by this electric motor the intermediate gear 13, 14, 16 driven sprockets 10, 28 is formed, put into effect to who the. The drive unit 1I rotates the chain wheels 10, 28 in such a way that the pulley block-like chain wheels 5, 18 are moved upwards. The drive kettenrä.der 10, 28 have the same diameter.
Likewise, the diameter of the chain wheels 5, 18, which are similar to a flashlight, are the same, so that the two chain strands 9, 27 are moved at the same speed.
In the manner described, the main contactor 1 and .des auxiliary contactor 3 are moved into the upper position illustrated in FIG. 3, in which the water flow is completely released, without the relative position between the two contactors 1, 3 being changed.
If one wants to raise the main contactor 1 from the position according to FIG. 2 a little so that a water jet can shoot through between the main contactor and the weir base 2 in order to avoid or reduce the accumulation of accumulation, then the engine II is in this way The effect is set that the chain strand 9 pulls the main contactor 1 and the chain strand 27 pulls the auxiliary contactor 3 slightly upwards.
The relative position of the contactors 1, 3 to one another is not changed in this case either.
Since only a single engine II is used to move the two gates 1, 3 into the position according to FIG. 3 or into the previously mentioned intermediate position selected to avoid scouring, there is a risk that careless operation during the upward movement of both gates the auxiliary contactor 3 is moved too high relative to the main contactor, avoided. This risk would, however, easily occur if the main contactor 1 would be moved up by a special engine and the auxiliary contactor 3 .by a second special engine.
If the auxiliary contactor 3 were pulled up too quickly in relation to the main contactor 1, the auxiliary contactor 3 could be loaded by the entire weight of the main contactor 1 during part of the upward movement of both contactors, and the auxiliary contactor 3 could even move out of the guide , by means of which this contactor slides on the main contactor 1, are torn out, so that both contactors are separated from each other. This disadvantage is in the subject matter of the invention, in which both contactors 1, 3 was changed as previously geschil, are only pulled up by a single engine II, avoided; because the auxiliary contactor 3 can not change its position relative to the main contactor 1 during the common upward movement.
If necessary, when both contactors 1, 3 are moved up or down by means of the winch II, the auxiliary contactor 3 can be moved at the same time by means of the winch 1 relative to the main contactor 1.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 7, a bearing 31 is provided at the upper end of the main contactor 30, in which a damper 32 can be rotated. The up and down movement of the main contactor 30 and the damper 32 is carried out by a double winch similar to that of the up and down movement of the two contactors 1, 3 according to FIGS. 1 to 4.
An arm 33 is attached to the upper part of the main contactor 30, on which the chain wheel 5, similar to a bottle train, can be rotated. This chain wheel is suspended from the chain 6, one strand 7 of which is connected to the stationary Zap fen 8, while the other chain strand 9 is guided over the drive sprocket 10 and is connected to the stationary journal 11. The sprocket 10 is mounted on a shaft 41 which is not dargestell th, stationary bearings rotatable. On the shaft 41, a gear 42 is also placed, which is driven by the mediation of an inter mediate gear 44, 45 from the electric motor 15 of the wind turbine II.
A link 47 on which the chain wheel 18 is rotatable is provided on the storage flap 32. This sprocket is suspended from the chain 19, which is like a pulley block on this serving as a role wheel 18 leads ge. The strand 20 of the chain 19 is guided over the drive wheel 21 and connected to the stationary pin 22. The sprocket 21 is attached to the shaft 23, which can be rotated like in stationary La not shown. On the shaft 23, the gear 24 is attached, which is set by the pinion 25 of the stationary electric motor 26 of the winch 1 in rotation ge.
The other strand 27 of the chain 19 is guided via the drive chain wheel 28 and a guide chain wheel 59 to the stationary pin 29. The wheels 28, 59 are fastened on shafts 61, 62 which are rotatable in stationary bearings, not shown. The chain part, which is slackly hanging down and directly adjoining the pin 29, is brought out of the area of the chain wheel 21 and the electric motor 26 by the guide chain wheel 59. For the essence of the invention, the arrangement of this guide chain wheel is not important.
On the shaft 61 a toothed wheel 63 is also attached, which also engages in the wheel 44 of the intermediate gear described above.
The weir according to FIGS. 5 to 7 operates in a similar manner to the device according to FIGS. 1 to 4.
In Fig. 5, the main contactor 30 and the damper 32 are illustrated in the closed position ver, in which the flow of water through the weir is interrupted.
If the flap 32 is to be set independently of the main contactor 30, the engine 1, which is gebil det by the elec tric motor 26 and the transmission 25, 24, 21 connected to this electric motor, is put into effect. For example, the chain wheel is rotated in such a way that the flap 32 is brought down into the intermediate position shown in FIG. 6, in which a relatively small jet of water flows over the flap.
If the main contactor 30 and the damming flap 32 are pulled up together to fully open the water flow through the weir, only the engine 11, which is driven by the electric motor 15 and the above-mentioned, for the rotation of the drive sprockets 10, 28 are used Intermediate gear is formed, put into effect in such a way that the pulley blocks 5, 18 are pulled up. In this way, the main contactor 30 and the damper 32 are moved upward in the position shown in FIG.
The parts 30, 32 can also, as explained above with respect to the parts 1, 3, be brought into an intermediate position so that a water jet preventing or reducing scum passes between the main contactor 30 and the defensive sole 2. When the upward movement is shown, the relative position of the parts 30, 32 to one another is not changed, so that the same advantages as set out above with respect to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4 are achieved.
In the schematic representations (Fig. 1 to 7) is only a single chain for setting the contactor relay or the storage flap BEZW. how to pull up the main contactor together with the auxiliary contactor or the storage flap. For the essence of the invention, however, the number of chains by which the main contactor, the auxiliary contactor or the storage flap are influenced in each individual case is irrelevant. For example, in the embodiment of FIG. 1 only a single chain 6 BEZW. 19 for moving up and down a single pulley block-like chain wheel 5 respectively. 18 be provided in this.
Trap, viewed in the direction of current, in the middle at the top of the main contactor 1 respectively. is mounted on contactor relay 3. However, for example, two chains each can be provided so that two corresponding pulley-like chain wheels, viewed in the direction of flow, on both sides of the main contactor, respectively. of the auxiliary contactor are stored, can be moved up and down. The chain wheels 10, 28, 21 arranged on the shafts 12, 23 are then doubled.
Instead of chains, other traction means, for example ropes, can be used to move the weir's stowage links up and down. These ropes are guided over appropriate pulleys or rope drums.
In the described Ausführungsfor men, the chain axes of both wind works 1 and II can be rotated by 90 about vertical axes compared to the arrangements shown.
