Kupplungseinrichtung an Verschlebefahrzeugen.
Coupling device on transfer vehicles. The invention relates to a coupling device on shifter vehicles with an ordinary tow hook and a tool for decoupling from the driver's cab set up, hinged on the bolt of the tow hook bracket.
The known couplings of this type consistently have the disadvantage that the draw hook bracket consists of several interconnected parts and, for example, forms an articulated joint that is used for the purpose of equalizing the spring play of the draw hook and buffer. The use of such an articulated joint is cumbersome and expensive. Furthermore, the use of such an articulated joint for the coupling also has the disadvantage that the coupling process is not guaranteed with certainty.
In the event of significant deviations in the height of the towing device, it can easily happen that the towing hook bracket of the moving vehicle slips under the towing hook of the coupling of the vehicle to be coupled. It has therefore already taken Sicherheitsvor directions for these known clutches, but at best they can only avoid the destruction of the clutch. The readiness for coupling is impaired and in the event of failure, time-consuming repair work must be carried out.
These disadvantages are now to be eliminated by the coupling device according to the invention in that a Knickge steering is not used, but a einteili ger, rigid draw hook bracket is provided and a compression spring is attached to compensate for the spring play of hooks and buffers behind the draw hook. The device according to the invention therefore offers a considerable advantage in economic terms due to its simple construction. The drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in elevation and floor plan.
The one-piece, rigid pulling hook bracket a, which is only present once, is hinged to the bolt of the pulling hook b , behind which the compression spring c is switched on. The towing hook b and thus also the rigid towing hook bracket a can deflect due to the arranged compression spring c when the vehicles drive against each other. Furthermore, a counter bearing 1 is provided, which becomes a rigid pivot point for the entire coupling system at the moment the draw hook springs back.
In particular, however, the combination of compression spring c and counter-bearing 1 offers the advantage that the draw-hook bracket a must inevitably make an upward movement at the moment when the horizontal coupling impact occurs. So the draw hook bracket a must in any case, regardless of whether it strikes above or below the apex of the draw hook, move upwards. As a result, the bracket a securely falls into the draw hook b , and the coupling process is secured.
The arrangement of compression spring c and counter bearing 1 does not change the usual pulling hook in any way.
Only the displacement vehicle itself is equipped with the coupling device described - the usual screw coupling has been retained, with the bolt provided in the towing hook serving as the articulation point of the towing hook bracket without changing the hook. The opposing organs on the vehicles to be coupled are the usual, unchanged screw couplings.
