Tapping system operated with pressurized water for liquids which are lighter than water and cannot be mixed with it. The subject of the invention is a dispensing system operated with pressurized water for liquids which are lighter than water and not miscible with it, for example those which are fire hazardous.
In these systems operated with pressurized water, there is a risk that if the pressurized water shut-off valve is not absolutely tight, tap liquid will continuously drip out of the system. For this reason, even previously known, pressurized water-operated dispensing systems for fire-hazardous dispensing liquids are not permitted for installation by the police.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is partially eliminated in that a so-called "pressureless" space is interposed between the locking organ closing the pressurized water line and the point of entry of the pressurized water into the dispensing tank, which is made pressureless before and after the dispensing process, ie is relieved. The shut-off organ of the pressurized water line and the organ determining the relief of the interstitial space are expediently connected to one another in such a way that the opening of the shut-off element simultaneously closes the relief organ, and vice versa.
In order to simplify the structure of the dispensing system, it is recommended to combine the relief channel of the non-pressurized room and the drainage channel of the storage tank into a common water drainage pipe, or to design the connecting channel between the pressurized water valve and valve chamber at the same time as a pressurized water sewer, sewer and pressureless room, whereby expediently the relief valve is designed as an overpressure sisslierlieitsventil.
According to a further development of this idea of the invention, dispensing systems can also be created with two storage containers that can be operated optionally, with the actuation of a single setting mechanism being sufficient to selectively dispense from one or the other storage container.
An example embodiment of the inventive idea is shown in the drawing.
1 shows a vertical center section through a complete dispensing system with two storage containers that can be operated optionally; Fig. 2 shows a vertical center section through the actuating mechanism; Fig. 3 shows a vertical center section through another embodiment of the water control fitting.
eD A dispensing system according to the invention consists of three main parts, namely the dispenser A, the water control fitting B and the storage tanks C, C.
On the accompanying drawing, a dispensing system is shown in an exemplary Ausfüh approximately form with two storage tanks @, one of which, 31, is completely filled with tap liquid, while the other, 22nd is almost empty.
The pressure medium lines leading to the tanks are denoted by 50 and 21, the dispensing lines by 23. The former open into the lowest, the latter into the uppermost parts of the tanks. The pressure medium lines 50 and 21 serve at the same time to guide the floats 47 and 32. These are attached directly to the upper and lower side conical locking parts 33 and 46, which into the correspondingly shaped mouths 49 and 52 of the discharge and tap line 50 , 21 and 23 fit and close them at the corresponding highest or lowest position of the swimmer.
In the housing 22 of the storage container is the broadly projecting float 32, 32 'with the two closure cones 33 and 46. This is laterally guided through a plurality of guide parts 21 and 24, with a guide part from the feed pipe 21 for the Delivery liquid is formed.
M The closed cage system is formed in the middle of the cross bars 25 and 25 ', on which the upper part also serves as a cover part.
The dispensing tube 23 opens at 49 in a known manner in the upper part of the supply container and opposite the pressure tube 21 with its opening 52.
If the lever 1, which is pivotably mounted about the axis 2 (FIG. 2), is moved in the direction a, then with its lever arm 10 it presses the valve control rods 3, 3 ′, which are provided with a spring 40, correspondingly downwards to the guide slots 4 . As a result, it sets the lever 5 in motion at the bottom and, at the same time, the shaft 56. The double lever i attached to this shaft controls the valves 8 and 9.
If the lever 1, the lever arm 10 of which is seated on the control rod 3, is moved further in the specified direction, then it finally begins to pivot the valve lifting rail 41, which is rotatably supported at 11, upwards. This pulls up the valve spindle at 12 and opens the water valve at 13. At the same time, however, the piston 14, which is arranged as a continuation of the valve spindle, is pulled up and the channel 15 is thereby closed. Now space g6 is pressurized. Like the latter, it becomes clear when, after tapping through piston 14, it flows back and the channel 15 opens.
The embodiment according to FIG. 3, in which the pressureless space 16 is formed by a SWeh, of the waterway for the inlet and outlet of the sealing water, acts in a corresponding manner in which the valve 14 which closes the pressureless space 1.6 during the tapping period replaces the membrane 6 in that it is designed as an overpressure safety device.
In this figure, the arrow lines indicate the flow of water (, sricht.uno, en of the water. And #n LI, the arrow a denotes the inflow of the pressurized water, the arrow b the path of the sewage to the sewer system and the arrow c the path of the sealing water to the storage tank. im The mode of operation is as follows: If the valve rod 14 'is moved downwards, the valve 14 with its guide parts and the spring 14' ' pressed onto the valve seat assigned to it, thereby sealing off the space 16, which has been open since then.
By further lowering the valve rod 14 ', the spring 14' 'is given a bias t3. The lower end of the valve rod 14 'comes into contact with the spindle 13' of the pressurized water valve 13 and opens it. As a result, sealing water is fed to the fuel tank and displaced from the same fuel. which, as mentioned, is passed through a measuring device into the vehicle tank.
If during the tapping process a dangerous overpressure occurs for the tanks. so the tension of the spring 14 ″ is overcome, the valve 14 opens, and sealing water can escape through the channels 37 near the sewer system. The valve 14 thus acts as a safety valve.
When the valve rod 14 'rises into its upper starting position, the pressurized water valve 13 is initially closed. The valve 14 then opens and the space 16 is again free of pressure. When filling the storage tank, the check valve 53 is opened by means of the handle 38 so that the sealing water used can flow through the pressureless space 16 into the channels 37.
The use of multi-way taps makes it possible to tap several fuel strings with a single water control valve. So is achieved by moving the lever 1 in the direction to a. that the tap water entering at 17 first enters the space 16, then through (read the check valve 18 can flow into the channel 19 and into the valve chamber 20. Here it is through the valve 8 opened by means of the control rod 3 through the pipe (21) In this way, it displaces the dispensing liquid, which flows through the pipe 23 and the dial gauge 296 and can be taken from the outlet 27.
If the lever 1 is returned to its rest position, the control rod 3 is also released, which is pushed up by the Fe of 40 and thereby the valves 8 and 9 reversed.
If you want to tap the fuel from the other dispenser, move the lever 1 in the direction of b. Now he presses with his arm 29 against the fixed point 30. As a result, he lifts the valve lifter rail at 12 and thus opens the water valve 13. This time the water flowing in passes through valve 9, Then through the pipe 50 (FIG. 1) to the tank 31. Here it pushes the operating material to the outlet 27, where the desired menu is removed.
Thus, depending on the lever position, one or the other supply of fuel can be taken from the dispensing system.
When all fuel is finally drawn off, the float 32 , which floats on the water level under the petrol layer, has reached its highest level and now closes the opening of the pipe 23 with its upper valve cone and has the effect that, on the one hand, no sealing water can be released instead of operating material and, on the other hand, a safety device is maintained through which the tap water still flowing into the tank is directed into the open. This prevents the storage tank from ever being exposed to full water line pressure.
As soon as the swimmer has closed the pipe 23 , the boiler pressure naturally increases due to the tap water that is still flowing in and would eventually reach the water pipe pressure. Ura to avoid this, an overpressure device is provided.
It consists of a rubber m (, mbra, n 6 (Fig. 2). The spring force of the Alembrane pre-tensioning spring 14 "is caused by the increasing water pressure overcome, it lifts the membrane 6 from its seat 31, and lets the tap water still supplied through the room 28 </ B > Drain into the open air or to channel 37.
If the flow of water ceases when the adjusting lever 1 goes back, the membrane follows its spring pressure again and closes the opening at 34.
If the storage tank 252 is to be refilled, after connecting the tanker hose to the filler neck 39, the lever 1 is brought into an end position in the pivoting direction a. The valve 8 assigned to the boiler 22 is thereby opened. By rotating the screw handle 38, the membrane 6 is now lifted from its seat 34; as a result, the sealing water in the boiler 22 can flow off at 37, displaced by the amount of fuel entering at 39. In order to refill the boiler 31, the lever 1 is vertical, i.e. to bring it into its rest position, there , in this position the valve 9 is open and the sealing water in the boiler 31 releases the drain.
If almost all of the sealing water has been displaced by the entering operating material, then the float 47 in the Kossel 31 has also reached its lowest level and now closes the pipe 50 with its lower valve cone. From this moment the further water drainage is blocked and the inflow of the operating material is stopped the tank waaen stops by kD itself.
The fact that the float is provided with an upper and a lower valve cone ensures absolute safety. At its lowest level, it prevents the storage tank from being overfilled, and at its highest level, it never allows sealing water to be released instead of operating staff. Finally, however, he also activates an overpressure safety device, which prevents any inadmissible boiler pressure.
After opening the tap 51, the supply can be read on a scale in the storage tank by means of the What serstandes.
A pressureless space can also be created by the fact that between the What water flow valve 13 and the Rückschlagven valve 53, so in the line piece 16, a small hole or opening is attached. As a result, this line section is depressurized depending on the tapping process, but with the naelite part that there is a loss of water during each tapping process and that if the water valve 13 gets stuck, the large amount of water flowing in in this case can no longer escape.
