In der Zeichnung sind mehrere beispiels weise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungs gegenstandes dargestellt: Fig.1 zeigt die Gesamtanordnung eines Absorptionskälteapparates mit einem erfin dungsgemäss eingerichteten Kocher; Fig. 2 ist eine in grösserem Massstabe aus geführte Darstellung der Heizvorrichtung im senkrechten Schnitt; Fig. 8 ist ein wagrechter Schnitt nach Linie III III von Fig. 2;
Stoves in absorption refrigerators. The invention relates to a cooker in AbsorptionskUteapparaten that work with pressure-equalizing gas and are operated exclusively by heat. It consists in the fact that the cooker is provided with a heating tube which is in heat-conducting connection with the pump of the apparatus and the contents of the cooker and contains an insert that conducts a heat-emitting heating medium along the wall of the heating tube.
In the drawing, several exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown: Figure 1 shows the overall arrangement of an absorption refrigeration apparatus with a cooker set up according to the invention; Fig. 2 is a larger-scale representation of the heating device in vertical section; Fig. 8 is a horizontal section along line III III of Fig. 2;
Fig. 4 is a horizontal section on the line IV-IV of Fig. 2; Fig.5 shows another embodiment of the cooker according to the invention. The apparatus according to FIGS. 1 to 4 has a digester G, a condenser K, an evaporator E and an absorber A with the necessary connecting pipes. The heating device of the cooker ent holds a heating tube 10 arranged in the lower part of the same, which is open at the bottom and closed at the top.
The lower part of this tube is surrounded by a helically extending pipe coil 1.1 of the delivery pipe 12, which is a thermosiphon pump for promoting the absorption liquid in this apparatus. The pipe 10 extends into the liquid space of the digester container, so it is in direct thermal connection with the liquid pump as well as with the liquid in the digester itself. A gas burner 13 is used to heat the cooker.
This is arranged with respect to the heating pipe in such a way that the flat arm hits the heating pipe directly. Above the coil 11 gas vent openings 1.4 are made in the heating pipe, through which the heating gases can be withdrawn upwards into a jacket 15, which is the cooker G to. This jacket 15 is closed at the bottom and expediently consists of heat insulation material or is provided with heat-insulating clothing. It also encloses the coil 11 here, but this is not absolutely necessary.
The combustion gases exiting through the openings 14 also heat the wall 9 of the cooker from the outside and thus the absorption liquid located therein.
According to FIG. 2, a hollow insert 16 is placed in the heating tube 10 below, at the same height as the pipe 11, the cross-sectional shape of which is shown in FIG. This insert forms a central channel through which the flame passes. It carries a tube 17 protruding into the upper part of the heating tube 10.
The combustion gases first rise up through the pipe 17, then pull again between the wall of the pipe 10 and the outer circumference of the pipe 17 and escape through the openings 14 into the jacket 15, where they wash around the stove and heat it. The insert 16 with tube 17 is particularly valuable when the C '# as has a particularly high calorific value. Parts 1.5, 16, 1.7 are: made of stainless material, for example aluminum or stainless steel or iron.
In Fig. 5, a further embodiment is shown. 21. means an insulating edge of a refrigerator or a similar device that is cooled by the absorption cooling apparatus. 22 is the digester from which the poor solution flows through the line 23 to the absorber, while the rich solution, coming from the absorber, is fed through the line 24, the conveyor pipe coil 25 and the subsequent pump pipe 26.
Through line 27, the gases expelled in the cooker and going to the condenser escape. In the cooker 22, a vertical straight heating pipe 28 running through from bottom to top is arranged in such a way that free end parts of this heating pipe protrude above and below the cooker. The lower end part of the same is sheathed by the coil 25 pipe. In the tube 28 an existing in a helical shaped sheet metal strip which insert 30 is used.
On the one hand, this lengthens the flow path of the hot gases within the cooker, and on the other hand, it is heated itself and emits: the heat it has absorbed as a result of being in contact with the pipe 28 to this and thus to the contents of the cooker. This insert in the form of a screw-shaped metal sheet has proven to be particularly favorable for the absorption refrigeration apparatus in question here.
However, this does not rule out the possibility of using this helical shape instead. Sheet metal insert could also use another insert that is able to lei the heating means along the wall of the heating tube 28.
The exhaust pipe 31 is simply placed on the upper end of the pipe 28, which can be conical to this Ziveeke.
